Have no problem with service in England but when it goes abroad that’s a different story. Driver reported to recipient that there was no no on parcel so he couldn’t deliver. My recipient had to go to depot to collect and it was clearly marked with full address!!! Driver just couldn’t be bothered to deliver! Maybe a review of international drivers is needed?

It was convenient to leave parcel at Homebase and be able to track it however it has been held up at depot in Australia “unexpected/uncontrollable event”. I don’t seem to have any way to contact depot so, at the moment would not recommend DPD.

They have promised me they will collect our packages for the last 3 days and still no sign of them, they dont have a phone number you can call so getting in touch has been really difficult.

Parcel monkey site very easy to use unlike some others, my only concern was the time taken for parcel to arrive. dropped off at collection point in the morning, the lady did say her machine showing the courier was dropping off not collecting that day-she found that strange. Consequently that, with a delay meant parcel took a week to arrive. NOT parcel monkeys fault as tracking showed this - maybe just probs with the courier they chose??

I have used Parcel Monkey a number of times now and have found them to be first class. My last parcel was slightly delayed but I was advised of this immediately by the company and the parcel was delivered the following day. I would have no reservations about recommending them to others.

Parcel Monkey is a useful service and I believe that it works OK. I was looking for a ‘pick up from my address and deliver to another’ service and found it hard to tell whether this was what was in offer in some cases. I chose a slightly more expensive service that clearly indicated this was what they did. The courier was Parcelforce.
I was given the day for the pick up but not a time slot - so was tied to the house until the collection van arrived in the late afternoon. The guy had the right label and collection - when it happened - was efficient. I assume the parcel was delivered OK it don’t actually know if it was. It would have been useful to have email confirmation of the delivery.
Overall perfectly adequate and not unreasonably priced but it could be much better!

Chose to use Parcel Monkey after their “good reviews” but unfortunately this has proved to be wrong in my case. Sent a parcel to Australia through parcel monkey with the DPD air express so guaranteed 3-5 days delivery , that was on the 26th November. It’s now 11th December and still no parcel. It’s lost apparently, system was updated to state this yesterday but the date was listed as December 2nd. I have sent messages and used live chat and escalated to management I think although I am not sure? The messages I got were all along the lines of “ we have emailed DPD and will get back to you when they respond” Lies!!! Messaged this morning on live chat, messages were ‘read’ but 2-3 hours later NO RESPONSE. This parcel had over £700 worth of irreplaceable handmade items in. I ignored the advice and called DPD who have been most helpful, shame I can’t say the same for Parcel Monkey. Now in the hands of international investigations and this is because of myself and the parcel recipient doing the leg work. Non existent customer service , this is an honest customer review . I am upset and angry. How can you run a business like this . I mould be ashamed if I was customer service manager for this company.
