Parcel Not collected so I contacted Parcel monkey. They arranged to cancel and refund and I then rebooked with parcel monkey to drop off at the post office. I was very satisfied with the online chat and customer service received.

Absolutely awful company, with no way of contacting as their live chat system does not work at all. They have no registered phone number, wish i knew this before using them I booked a courier via parcel monkey (DPD) for a tracked service to return an item to the sender for a refund (damaged goods received). Not only did the item not get delivered, the DPD tracking information was not updated and just showed your item is on its way I couldnt get an update via PM as they just direct you to DPD and when phoning DPD (at least they have a phone number) they redirect you back to PM for an update! All in all Ive now lost the right to return the item within the given time frame as apparently its not received, and i cannot prove it was delivered via the tracked postal service i booked! Ive lost the original purchase price plus the cost of the courier, and i have no item.....AVOID

Used service twice now to Canada and no issues. Would recommend as seems to be most cost effective service.

Really disappointed. Ordered specifically from this company so that my parcels would be collected on the Thursday for a 24 hour service so they would arrive on the Friday. Parcels were not collected on Thursday which was the fault of the driver of the Courier Company so admittedly not Parcel Monkeys fault but when I tried to ask them about it (as it says to do on their website) they just said they couldnt do anything as they were a price comparison website. Managed to get in touch with Parcel Force who were able to help and thankfully the driver did pick up the parcels at the end of the day on Friday. The parcels arrived on Tuesday which was OK for my customer as I had allowed a buffer but I paid for a 24hr service to arrive ok Friday so I am really disappointed with the whole experience and how it was dealt with by Parcel Monkey so I am unlikely to use them again.

First time using ParcelMonkey. Very slow service. Ordered a DPD label which should have arrived within 30 minutes - it took over an hour. I tried contacting Live Chat, who (according to the system) read my messages - but I gave up waiting for a response after 20 minutes. They eventually replied via email the following day. No telephone number either, so I couldnt quickly resolve a separate issue that cropped up with the label when dropping the parcel off. I wouldnt recommend ParcelMonkey & will not use them again.

I understand that my parcel had to travel far but there is absolutely no excuse for the state in how it arrived to it’s destination! I am now having to refund money back out of my own pocket for something that is totally not my fault! Your couriers need to grow some respect for other people’s items ????
