I sent two parcels from England to Greece on 31st of October. They should have reached the destination till 6th of November. Its 8th and they havent receive yet and I have no information about their location or till when I should wait for them. I dont think I would trust this application ever again.

Really good site to use for parcel collection from your home. As yet not had any problems at all which is great.
You could improve the way tracking details are updated as sometimes the parcel has been delivered and it hasnt even updated to a delivery date when you check. Sometimes it never shows it has been delivered from your account even months after.

Perfect experience with these guys, posted a 20kg jack through parcel force, via parcel monkey.. £10 cheaper than parcel force direct.. delivery went perfect.. keep it up guys

LOST ITEM NO COMPENSATION Sent an expensive parcel through Parcel Monkey (they are NOT a comparison site as they seem to say they are when responding to these reviews - they take payment for the service, including any additional insurance payment, therefore they are a Broker, and thus 100%responsible for the consignment as someone mentioned below) The item, not over 38 days on has never appeared nor had any scans from the courier. The item had additional insurance paid out on for full coverage it. Parcel Monkey have declared the item as lost in their own emails to me. Parcelmonkeys support team are clearly trained and designed to ensure that they give no information or answers and no time lines as to when anything will be dealt with. I suggest to others affected by these criminals that you open a Money Claim Online- it only costs £25 and the Courts will deal with it for you. £600 out of pocket currently, this wont go away Parcel Monkey I can assure you!

Will refuse ANY claim Shocking. Parcel has been lost for over 40 days. Parcel Money refuse to pay any compensation or respond to support tickets opened on their site with any actual information. It is merely sorry, we will look into it type responsesm which essentially mean nothing, and after forty days, one realises you need to take them to court to have them pay out on anything. If you look around on the internet, its a fairly common experience from other people who have used their broker service. They also report all bad reviews as spam in an attempt to have them removed.

Dishonest, and will prevent paying out on lost items for as long as they possibly can, hoping that the customer will either get bored, forget about it or die. The main CEO of this company goes by two surnames also and has a multitude of home addresses around the Southampton area. Do a little research on the internet and contact a certain reputable newspaper if you have any issues. The newspaper has run multiple consumer columns on this shambles of a company before.

They damaged our package and we lost customer. We provided the evidence from the customer and have requested an update on 3 further occasions and still they wont provide compensation We have had double the product cost and delivery cost to get the replacement to the customer. we took out their insurance too Avoid this company - if the delivery goes well, then its fine, but if your item is damaged by them (or their couriers) or is missing, then they dont want to know.

I booked delivery and paid extra for £200 insurance on the parcel. The item was severely damaged during the delivery. I raised a claim 7 weeks ago, completed claims documents, provided evidence, etc. etc. and chased several times. There is no resolution offered and Parcel Monkeys excuse is that they are waiting for confirmation from the service providers.

My parcel was collected on 01.11.19, on 48 hr service, it was being prepared for delivery on 05.11.19, nobody will help, parcel monkey say they are waiting for carrier response, parcel force just ignore me, £260 worth of Goods gone missing, no help at all. Do not use them, they have taken payment for no service and will not help in any way, I’m going to seek legal advice as they not be allowed to get away this.

There needs to be an accessible envelope regarding invoices and associated documents for those parcels going overseas. Right now my daughters parcel is stuck in customs Botswana as nobody thinks to check the envelope I taped to the box.

absolute shambles, do not use, 4 attempts to pick up my parcel, even sent satellite images of the location , still no collection. Cut my losses and had to cancel as they couldnt even tell me why it wasnt collected. Terrible customer service, kept just apologising for the inconvenience Im so out of pocket as i needed the car part for mot, its cost me over £100 in losses and i still dont have the parcel. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Wouldnt even consider any of the others.
Parcels arrive on time (or even before time),
Old friends the other side tell me delivery man even took parcel inside and placed on table for them.

Ok so not only did these guys not another courier when ordering next day delivery but advised me I would have a refund within 3 - 5 working days. It has been 6 working days and no refund (for an amount of £104) I logged back into my account to find that it takes 3 - 5 working days to then send you a message on your account stating you have been accepted for a refund and you have to claim the refund within 14 days? Like what the actual f*#k. Don’t tell someone the refund will be processed and then I find out I have to accept the refund. I bet loads of people don’t spot this and then they lose their refund. Be careful everyone and just avoid using them in the first place

I have used parcel monkey for many years, for both my personal and business custom, never have I had an issue thats not been quickly and professionally cleared up, Ive always packed my items well, this is the best idea for any item, pack it well, book in plenty of time
