Unfortunately between these and parcelforce it took me nearly 3 weeks to receive my packages. They failed pick up 4 times and when they did finally pick up no tracking was issued and parcel monkey where clueless to where my parcels where, they was even going to issue a refund.. However I was still minus my parcels and after I had to email parcelforce myself multiple times I found them eventually. Not even an apology from parcel monkey they literally said seen as now your items are on there way we dont need to issue you a refund. No an apology would be nice. Shocking service. Will never use again.

Absolutely atrocious.. was told the parcel would be collected tues I had to take it to the parcel depot myself on the friday to ensure it made it to the depot.. then none of the tracking numbers worked they still dont nobody knows where my parcel is and trying to get hold of anyone from Parcel Monkey is impossible.. the name couldnt be any more fitting ..

Easy to use website. Lots of choice/prices. I sent a heavy parcel (12kg+) from the UK to SWFrance, it took just 4 days. The delivery person rang to check there was someone to receive it. and sign for it. Highly recommend this service.

Used for the past 4 years to send family Christmas and birthday presents from UK to the Czech Republic. Two large boxes - total weight 16Kg, took just under 3 days from drop-off to delivery (in November 2019) - great organisation and service -thanks!

Wish you had zero stars as that is what it would be,lost my parcels then stole £160 out my account,total loss of £450 and was offered £200,I have contacted watchdog and they are interested in listening which I will most certainly be doing,online chat is very poor,staff never answer and are rude and incompetent when they do,have contacted the ceo via LinkedIn and he’s not much better,STAY AWAY FROM PARCEL MONKEY

No issues...printed labels and dropped off at a post office for parcel force in this case to collect... cheaper than using parcel force directly

I have paid for express delivery but it was three days delay. Delivery status definitely not update and the staffs provided not accurate information. Not recommend to anyone and I will never use this no more. Very disappointed and totally think it is ridiculous.

Still awaiting a collection of a parcel on the 15th November. Same old reply " we are awaiting an update from the courier". Perhaps they should tell the customer who is awaiting his order. Price maybe okay, but pathetic back up and no contact number may give you a clue. Dave Somers The Wetworks

I waited 6 working days for my parcel to be collected. It never was. No pickup was attempted as there was someone ready with the parcel every day - waiting. I emailed yourselves on several occasions and was reassured that you were chasing the courier concerned and that my parcel would be collected. It never was. When I eventually cancelled the booking and used another courier (who collected first time as requested) and requested a refund, customer service confirmed that the refund would take place in 3-5 working days but there was absolutely no apology or even any slight expression of regret that you had dropped the ball. The package was important - hence using a courier rather than the Royal Mail - and the fact that it didnt arrive as Id promised cause real problems. I replied to customer service pointing out that there had been no explanation or apology at all and this communication was simply ignored. I am disgusted and will be advising colleagues and stakeholders to avoid your service as they are likely to be let down.

I booked the parcel to be delivered 4-6 day delivery service, sent on Friday 15 Nov, left the UK in on Sunday 17th Nov but will not be delivered until the 27th Nov why??? I bought the service 4-6 day because i had a customer in that area only until 22nd November (7days). So the service is no good to me and now i have not only lost the product but the potential of future business. This is the second time in my last 2 deliveries with yourself. THIS WILL ALSO BE MY LAST

My latest parcel using DPD took one week to be delivered, during which time I was unable to get any information about its whereabouts through on-line tracking.

Terrible services. Not sure all these positive responses are real or not. Driver never came to pick up parcel. Courier tracking is not vaild and customer services never helped to arrange redelivery. Never go there!
