DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- They have lost a high value parcel. Ok mistakes can happen, but the customer service dealing with this is appalling. Every day, we get several emails saying they will respond within 48 hours. It has now been 3 weeks with no update at all. Therefore, also no compensation. I paid for 1-2 delivery, it is now 1 month out and no progress on anything. AVOID .

Ive had a series of incredibly frustrating experiences with this service. On three separate occasions, I was patiently waiting at home for a scheduled pick-up that never happened. Whats even more baffling is that I was told they attempted to pick up my items, but there was no indication of any attempt – no buzz, no notifications. This alone was a significant inconvenience, wasting three entire days of my time. To make matters worse, I initiated a refund process after these repeated letdowns. I was assured that I would receive my refund within 24 hours, but here I am, still waiting for it. The services customer support is a mixed bag. The only positive aspect is their chat feature, but even that is far from perfect. The major issue is the inconsistency among their customer support agents. Each one provides different answers to the same questions, leaving customers in a state of confusion and frustration. Overall, my experience with this service has been nothing short of disappointing.

Booked collection for Thursday before noon previous day. Delivery required on Friday. Spent 10 hours waiting for collection (2 hours more than usual) - no show. Contacted customer service - no apology, just said they could reschedule collection for Monday! They have arranged for a refund as alternative arrangements have had to be made. Most annoyed not to even receive a sorry - it may have been out of Parcel Monkeys control but how much does it take to just type sorry about that.

Appalling service. Money taken, but pick up of urgent delivery didnt happen, hard to get help, help given was to just rebook the pick up days after the package should have arrived. I would advise not to use Parcel Monkey for any business or critical deliveries. Go direct to a reputable delivery company as then you might get some information as to what is happening. Refund requested.

On two occasions I have been disappointed by your team. My package failed to arrive as scheduled, I called multiple times but your team members kept telling all kind of lies. At a point, I was told the driver was out to deliver it, I waited for about 3 days if not more before I decided to visit your sighthill office and, it was so unfortunate to discover that the label on my package fell off so they couldnt even identify my package meanwhile, I was being told the package was out for delivery, I had to help them to indemnify my bag from the pool of bags. The second incident also delayed beyond th agreed time. I am really disappointed.

UNWILLING TO SOLVE PROBLEM There were customs issues with my shipment which were due to electronic mis-labelling by the delivery partners parcel monkey uses. The partner says that PM should have informed me of limitations in their customs labelling service but PM refuses to acknowledge that there is a problem and that their terms and conditions and lack of transparency caused it. I have repeatedly asked them for a refund and I have also repeatedly asked for them to inform me of their dispute resolution process and they refuse to provide information. This feels criminal.

It was 48 hrs late being delivered. I could pay an extra sum to be able to claim a refund if it was late, which I didn’t take up. I could possibly accept it being 24 hrs late as the delivery was split over a weekend, but not 48 hrs. It was staying on the UK mainland, not as though it was to an island off the coast

Please be cautious of using this company - I paid for an item to be collected and delivered which sadly went wrong - they state that they are not a courier company !! I would stay clear of using them
