First time I used Parcel Monkey to return a kitchen Extractor Hood and a bathroom mirrored cabinet. Amazing price, collected from home and delivered within 48hours. Tracking available all throughout. Really easy and simple to do at home online.

This is the second time I’ve used Parcel monkey and find it the best way to send a parcel. The price is very competitive and gives you many choices to drop off the parcel or collected from your address. The only useful thing would be to know the approx time parcel would be collected. Will definitely use again and recommend to my friends and relatives.

Used for the first time recently. Straightforward process and comprehensive list of courier services to choose from. One stop shop too with associated payment facility and carriage labelling provided via email. Would use again.

Lost package poor condition not interested attitude

My small chest freezer was heavily damaged in transport, over and above typical wear and tear. The damage was consistent with being dropped on a bar or edge, a corner of the package being crumpled too (photos available). In addition, communication from Parcel Monkey and UPS was particularly poor as to anticipated arrival and delivery times, with no accurate delivery window available for us to plan around. In this day and age, really antiquated. To top it off, I haven’t had an opportunity to report this outside this review panel. Parcel Monkey have a sole source of web-based contact which was so buggy I couldn’t submit feedback. Really disappointed, regret my choice completely and would like compensation.

This service was so easy to use and I didn’t realise how cheap it could be to send a large parcel. I returned a buggy and it only cost £10.58 which is much cheaper than sending via Royal Mail. It compares all delivery services and you get instant quote which doesn’t change as you go through the booking stages. I wasn’t even aware of this website but will definitely use again especially with Christmas soon approaching. Everything was as expected cannot complain at all! Defo recommend.

I have a missing parcel for 2 months now and they didnt help. Because they are not the courier you have to wait until they contact the courier, and they didnt give you any information or reply to your emails. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEM WITH THE PARCEL THEY DIDNT HELP. When I contacted the courier they said Parcel Monkey was the company that needed to help me because I get the service with them. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

I arranged for something to be delivered to our customer. I paid an additional fee, as insurance in the event of our product arriving damaged. Our product arrived with the customer 100% damaged and unusable. I began proceedings to document this through the Parcel Monkey portal. I was then on holiday. When I returned I checked the portal to discover that I had been sent a link to complete and because it was more than 7 days, there was nothing that could be done! Since then I have been offered £60 as a gesture of good will. This doesnt even cover the delivery let alone the damage to our product and the loss of a sale (refund to our customer). They asked for proof of sale, I have provided this. I have provided proof of damage. I have provided everything they have asked for and yet I am told they cant do anything because I havent provided proof! I can only conclude that the additional fee I paid to cover this event is a scam. I am yet to receive £60 as they are now saying the payment details I have provided are false! I will NEVER use Parcel Monkey again and I suggest you dont either.

I dont know why I keep coming back to you to move my material about the UK. This is the second time a parcel has gone missing. Out for delivery and then nothing. No follow up no nothing. I had to chase the courier company. This company will not be on my Christmas card list for sure!!!

Awful service will not recommend or use again. We sent an amazon damage parcel back and took all correct measures as per instructions and took photos of measurements and this company took an extra £70.76 out of my bank account after picking up saying measurements were wrong. The courier did not measure the parcel upon picking up and we have sent photos of correct measurements. We have a case with the bank against them taking money from our account. Awful communication no where to phone to discuss. Do not use.

Failed to collect parcels 2 days in a row, with no prior (or post) communication. I paid for next day collection, but on the day there was no communication at all. I checked the online tracker and it simply had a note that it is being rescheduled for the next day. Come the next day, the same thing happened again, with no apology or explanation. I had to arrange to make sure there was someone home to wait for the collection! I tried calling but couldnt get through to anyone, so i contacted them online. They simply said it has been rescheduled and then they even asked me to re-print a new label. I explained that I had to go to the printing store and pay money to print the original label so i would like to use the original label if possible, their response was (from Monica) - "You may use your old label since there are instances it is accepted. However, we always encourage using the new one to avoid delays and issues." - What kind of response is that? so it may or may not work???? AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Not only did they not collect the parcel, they are not taking responsibility.
