Parcel not collected. Boxes on form too small to enter address correctly which has meant after almost a week my parcel is still sat at the sellers warehouse! Useless if you cant put the address in properly!

Terrible Service - Avoid at All Costs! This has been the worst service experience I’ve ever had! I strongly advise against using this company. Here’s what happened: They failed to deliver my item as promised. When I requested that the item be returned to the sender, they manipulated the delivery address and demanded more money. Now, they are extorting me for additional payment to release my parcel. This company operates like a scam, and I will never use their services again. This was my first and last time dealing with them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I was charged an additional fee, the boxes were measured exactly but there were 5 of them and I was unaware that the lables were box specific. It was a very costly error. As they were all going together the lables were marked 1 of 5 etc I was unaware that this made a difference.

Always reliable and reasonably priced. Recently sent two parcels from UK to Australia via "Parcel Monkey Air Express" - dispatched Monday, arrived Friday, I was impressed!

No pick-up... no communication! I placed an order for a package to be delivered by 10am the next day - by Parcelforce. - It was never picked up - Communication went unanswered - The tracking didnt work - In the end - days later - I had to cancel everything and use a different courier I generally find it helps when couriers come to pick-up your parcels.

Parcel Monkey offer an all in one place solution for many things courier and shipping related. Easy to use, and covers allot of the major courier companies. All this without leaving the house or having to speak to anyone. Automation in its finest.

My parcel was delivered after the estimated time frame. I was told by my local post office lady that this is because the collection driver forgot to pick up my parcels at the post office on Tuesday 13th of August. Once I spoke to customer service about my issue they told me that because they failed to deliver on the scheduled time frame I am entitled to a full refund, which I will pursue.

The service is very poor, my parcel held more than month in the customs in Germany without any clear reasons and the carior refused to deliver it the recipient home address.l have requested few times the complaint procedure but they didnt send it me.l am in the process to complaint further. Its very poor service either the carior parcelforce or parcel monkey. I dont recommend it to anyone.

Everything was very good , except information in the country of destination. The tracking worked perfect till the box went out from the Customs at the destination and then for 3 days was silence. Actually for that I was going to give only 3 stars, but changed my mind for 4 stars. Thank you that delivered.

Totally mugged off. Attracted by the ease of getting a quote and the competitive pricing, I progressed through the process until "sorry your chosen carrier cant fulfil" or words to that effect. Guess what, the next best (only) option was almost twice as expensive, but, by this time you are invested in the process and a little weary, so, as they hoped, I just went with it. Found several cheaper options since, feel mugged right off. Lesson - if its too good to be true it probably is. I wont using the website again.
