Collection was ok just I wasted the whole day waiting in for it. The parcel was split open on arrival, I am still waiting to hear if anything was missing.

Website easy to use, had a few issues trying to pay with a card and ended up having to re-input all the parcel details more than one including the long list of contents for the parcel. Payment worked fine when I used a Mastercard instead of Visa. Parcel arrived safely at destination without any delay and recipient informed of arrival. Overall good service

The parcel arrived undamaged. However, the delivery company stated that they could not find the address so had to attempt re delivery the following day and found the address without issue.

Stay well clear, I sent a Christmas package on the 11/12/24 collected by Evri was told it would be 4-6 working days to be delivered, this time came and past, contacted these monkeys and they kept saying they’ve chased the courier, Christmas came and went, still nothing, 30/12/24 and apparently nobody can trace my package it just vanished into the postal abyss claim started but even that’s not going well because apparently you’re not allowed to pay for items using cash( I bought 2 items at a market) and hand written receipts aren’t enough so looks like not only did my partner who is overseas not get his Christmas gifts, I’m also going to be out of pocket, absolute sham of a company DO NOT USE!!!!

Do yourself a favour, if youre planning on sending a parcel using this company... Dont. The comparison aspect is easy and convenient but it is all downhill from there. I twice attempted to send a parcel in time for Christmas. The first one had to be cancelled as after driving around for hours, nowhere could provide the service FedEx supposedly offer, despite the shops being listed on the website. On the 2nd attempt, the parcel vanished completely. Neither ParcelMonkey nor Evri could provide me with any information about where it was. It contained a toy and some gift chocolates. I did not keep the receipts for these as they were purchased as part of the weekly big shop, and I naively didnt predict my parcel would be lost. Apparently food is also excluded from compensation. Im not claiming because it arrived broken or melted. Im claiming because it had disappeared into nothingness! Or some chancer has had his dabs on it before Christmas. Either way, after going around and around with customer service, its a month later and Im still out of pocket and a small child was deprived of a gift. Im glad it was a relatively low value package, so I can learn and move on. Id rather drive the 8 hour round trip to hand deliver something next time, instead of using this company. Read the recent 1 star reviews for other similar experiences.

It was very easy to use this website to compare prices for the parcel I needed to have collected and delivered. Links then took me to the courier and I was able to sort everything up very quickly. Communication was great and I was very satisfied with the whole experience.

Value of delivery service 0 Value of customer service 0 I’ve been waiting for two months a parcel back because been refused from the receiver cause was 3 days in late and I’ve paid for 24h service. They never delivered back to me and don’t answer my questions! Poor service, avoid them.

Sent me a final bill of £52.60 as apparently Parcelforce used laser technology and determined that the parcel was larger in dimensions and/or weighs more. Firstly Parcelforce express 24 allows upto 30kg and 3m dimensions. The car seat I returned weighed 15kg and was below 2m in dimensions. Can you explain which car seat weighs more than 30kg and has dimensions of more than 3m?? Fraudulent company have done this numerous times to other customers. I will report to companies house, HMRC and trading standards as this company should not be trading unlawfully.

OK when it all works but bear in mind they are a parcel courier broker and will have little or no interest when or of your parcel is delayed. Guarantee is a wasted extra expense as well.

Parcel Monkey & FedEx have lost an expensive iPhone their customer service is incompetent, I even took out insurance, this has been ongoing for nearly a month. Parcel Monkey see you in court.

I initially picked UPS as delivery agent as my parcel was going to the US! By the time I had gone through the process UPS had doubled in delivery price.
I returned to the 3rd option - NOT UPS and ended up even with options not much more than quoted.
Total mis information re UPS!!! Not impressed.
I was impressed with how easy and smooth the paperwork etc was through parcel money and the agent I chose.
