No hassle couriers

If I could give zero stars I would. Shockingly bad, non-existent customer service. Failed to collect my package three times, order cancelled automatically. This despite multiple assurances the item would be collected. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! Try unibaggage instead - placed an order with them when these fools failed me. Collected on time, delivered on time.

My parcel wasnt collected, but the website said it was on its way. I had to reschedule another collection. But have a unhappy customer now.

Have used Parcel Monkey twice to send large parcels to family in Italy. Both times i’ve Used DPD as they’v Proven to be reliable. £20 to send a 15kg box that takes 4 working days - wow, amazing value! I used an incorrect postcode once, which caused problems in Italy, however Parcel Monkey customer service was easy to get hold of and they corrected my mistake immediately with no issues.

Absolutely a Joke Company. I booked a parcel 4 weeks ago after tracking for week(with no help from parcel monkey) I had to call myself the courier company and they told me that my parcel was returned to Parcel Monkey. Tried to reach out to Parcel Monkey by sending tons of emails and messages and after days they replied me my parcel was 4.6kg over weight. So the only option they gave me to pay the return postage(double the price of delivery). I paid and they booked the Parcel to return over to me. after Chasing through again for many days they returned the Parcel in a miserable condition. Ofcourse after being thrown away from one warehouse to another it was expected in that condition. Everything in it was completely destroyed.Luckily I covered it with insurance but unluckily they rejected my claim saying it wasnt packed properly. What a joke. On top of it they dont have number to call. Only email or chat. And customer service is the worst ever who repeat again and again and again(I mean and experienced it)only two things1- apologise and second that theyll contact the courier. If you book through Parcel Monkey then keep your fingers crossed if your parcel will be delivered. If not then good luck finding it. Will not recommend ParcelMonkey at all. Ive lost around £500 worth my money and in the end got only robotic apology. Dont be fooled by their cheap prices theyre for some reason. Please please dont waste your money instead pay to the courier a little more money and book directly with the courier which will give you peace of mind and secure delivery of your parcel. Parcel Monkey is cheap **** in the Market.

I always use parcel monkey, it’s simple easy and quick. It offers the best value for money I have come across and have managed to post some large stuff for not a lot at all such as brakes off a car, exhausts etc

For Parcelforce deliveries, always use Parcel Monkey rather than through a post office. It is cheaper and they can find the post code (the post office couldnt!) As you can give a contact telephone number for both ends, it is also more secure.

Price to ship overseas was very reasonable, especially conpared to rates offered directly via different mail services.
Was worried my parcel might be returned to sender as the address it was going to is quite difficult to get to for non-locals, but it arrived safely, in time and without any problems.
Will use parcelmonkey again in the future.

AWFUL. No 6x4 label printer option. Orders getting rebooked for different days as the labels wont generate with a hashtag symbol in one address line. Apparently "special characters are not accepted by our system". I would not consider a # a special symbol. Every Ebay GSP order has one. Sort it out!!

Booked 24 hour parcel force collection and although I had booked it within the time stated, the parcel was not collected. When I contacted the booker online, they advised that someone had attempted to pick it up but we were unavailable. This was not true but it would appear there is no other option but to rebook for the following day

Very user friendly process. The only slight problem I had was the parcel I was shipping was to an eBay collection point.......There was a restriction in the address line on the number of characters allowed! I had to write out the ePC number by hand & stick it to the parcel separately.

I did wait 2 months to leave my review but since my parcel never arrived I believe it is now time to share my experience. of course I review here the services of parcel monkey as a broker and not as a carrier since they do not provide that service directly. I left the UK 2 months ago. And before to leave I sent packages to myself overseas. I sent 60 kg (5 packages) and one of 30 kg never arrived. First bad experience when I asked where was my package they could not reply to me. and i was told I could not contact the carrier directly but let the team of parcel monkey contact the carrier on my behalf. this conversation took over a month and I was told my parcel was lost. They reemboursed my delivery fees since I did not have insurance for that package ( my fault ! that was the only package with no insurance btw) I appreciate the reimbursement and for that I give the 2 stars. But the story is not finished. They contacted me again to tell me the package had been returned to the UK. (a package supposly lost) and that the reason of the return was a non response on my part. When I sent multiple messages to know where was my package! (you cannot call them btw that is a big issue) Anyway I was still happy my package was somehow back ! I was contacted by the team to understand what to do with the package. since I left the country I was asking one of my previous colleague to receive the package. and specified not to return it to my previous address as I did not live their anymore....(and by the way I had to pay for that) guess what they did ?? they sent it to my previous address... and contacted me again to tell me my package was refused. OF course i dont live their anymore. verdict I still do not have my package. I feel tired by this process. my advise : for international package contract with a carrier directly, intermediate add problems. take a carrier with a phone number you can call. hope that will be helpful to you all.

Used parcelmonkey on and off for over a year with no issues, but they say the sign of a good company is how they deal with problems when they arise. Stopped using them recently. Sent a parcel via them, it was a pair of trainers to return to supplier within return period which is a regular thing as I buy and sell trainers for a hobby. Standard less than 2kg weight, standard trainerbox. Trainer company accepted them back no issues and gave full refund. About 2 weeks after shoes had been delivered parcelmonkey emailed me to tell me they were going to take more money off me as their courier had told them my trainerbox weighed many more times than i had claimed. These were trainers and weighed no more than 2kg but unless I could prove the boxes weight/measurements via photographic means they were charging me more. I requested that they send me evidence of the increased weight etc as I did not agree but they advised it was up to me to prove it which I could not. They taught me a valuable lesson in my reselling of trainers. Use parcelmonkey to get a quote and then go direct to the courier, the prices never differ that much, or if you have to use them always photograph the weight and measurements of anything you send with them, because one day sooner or later you may have to prove or pay more. Will never use them again left a really bad taste in my mouth.
