have had great service nearly every time except for the last 2 times. On both occasions I have organised postage through parcelforce 24 to be collected by royal mail next day, both times no collection and no labels sent through from parcel monkey. Only after contacting parcel monkey on their awful online chat(not instant) has the collection be rearranged for the following day. Once they have organised the correct collection I have no issues. Should provide a phone number and not a chat as this lets the customer service down considerably

Amazing service. I needed to send a parcel to Canada, tracked and signed for at the other end. The post office quoted me in excess of £90 to delivery it. Parcel Monkey were able to provide me with exactly the same service, using exactly the same deliverer, but only charged me £35. The parcel arrived safely and on time. I cannot sing Parcel Monkeys praises loudly enough. Absolutely amazing value for money. I will definitely use them again. Thank you.

So I wanted to have my newly bought longboard (worth $215!!) delivered from San Francisco to London, UK. It said 11-22 business days, yet nothing after months. I kept checking the delivery status and it just kept saying pending. When I finally got someone reply to my message on their website, they told me it was on the way back to San Francisco after it had been kep at customs in the UK for like 4 weeks with me having no clue that its there and I had to pay the custom charges, I had assumed this was included in the fees. I might have not read everything in detail but an email that my parcel is there and I need to pay wouldnt have been too much to ask for would it!? Now I still dont know where my longboard is and with no phone number they are super difficult to reach, great company if you wanna get ripped off and still dont have your parcel. Thanks a bunch for nothing!

Kept informed throughout, collection was as specified... might be nicer if a tx from the driver could be sent to advise a time. 8-6 wait in could be avoided in these days of technology!

Very bad service. I ordered collection and payed for it , waited 2 days for someone to arrive. Finally manged to conact someone about it which they apologised for and told me that someone would come tomorrow as it was rebooked. On the 3rd day no one came and I got in contact with them again , first they told me that at 6pm they would come and collect then later told me that no one was coming. No one apologised. I payed for this service but got nothing and I still have to wait for them to give me my money back. I will never use this service in the future. Also I would like to say that when booking the same thing with Courier company it was much cheaper.

worst company ever wont be using again. I paid a premium rate for a parcel to be picked up next day. 3 days later still waiting for parcel. Endless lines of excuses. No telephone no is all very weird . Its a con dont use it again Bad customer service

My package arrived. However it was not only a day late it also finally came at 20:30 the day after it should have (I paid for a two day delivery, it took three). I had waited all day - working from home - for the package. The text service told me it was with the courier and on route to me at 2pm, but it didn’t arrive for another 6 and a half hours. By which time I’d had to cancel my dinner plans. Also there was a dent in the top of the package where it had clearly been dropped. Not great.

Twice now I have paid for pacellforce to do same day pick up and twice they didnt show, and it caused me so much grief, furthermore parcelmonkey didnt want to know, didnt want to refund me the difference for same day pick up and next day pick up, shame on parcelmonkey

Unfortunately the delivery period showed on your website for DPD was not upheld by DPD. It shows 4-6 days. It has now been 7 days and the parcel still has not been delivered.

I am beyond words for how awful this company is if you actually need to deal with them. It is a courier brokers, so book a collection, and as long as the courier turns up and does what they need to do, then everything is fine, because it is the couriers who are doing a good job which is in no way a credit to ParcelMonkey. However, if you actually need to interact with ParcelMonkey, they are abysmal! I made an error when booking a collection, so rebooked again and contacted them to explain that the original order was incorrect, and requested that be cancelled and refunded (the cost of each was over £55!). A simple request you would think. They confirmed they would refund it and I thought no more of it. That was in September 2017! To date I have still got no refund. I only realised this on the 23rd July 2018 by happenstance, and contacted them immediately requesting they refund my money. So far I have messaged them SIX times, and have no information on my refund, and clearly ... still no refund. I am now having to try and recover my loss through VISA. They refuse to be contacted on the phone and their customer service is non existent. Avoid them!! If you want to use a decent courier brokers, use another courier! They arent perfect either, but theyre MUCH better than parcelmonkey! Monkey by name, monkey by nature!

Wish there was a zero star option. Began when my parcel just wasnt picked up in the confirmed time - no advice. The following day the parcel was collected, but the driver decided to remove it from the pallet (which it was on to secure it properly and paid for dimension wise). Presumably this would have invalidated the insurance I paid for. The staff at Parcel Monkey, although polite were ineffective. I had 7 different support staff in one day, and most of them didnt know the problem - just kept apologising for the inconvenience. I wont be using this service again.

An absolute nightmare. I switched to Parcel Monkey because another courier kept losing parcels. Now Ive found a courier who seem to be okay at delivering but have this scam going where they simply charge your card after youve sent the package claiming the parcel is oversize or overweight. The first time it happened I wondered if I could have entered incorrect details so I did nothing. The second time not only was I careful but I photographed the box on the scales prior to sending. Sure enough ... they did it again. A £16 surcharge on a parcel that had already cost £45 to send. So this time, armed with my photographic evidence, I disputed it. I heard nothing for 10 days, after which I was told my claim has been denied. No further explanation, no apology and no obviously no refund. Essentially, because theyve already debited the funds, my only option now is to argue it with my card issuer as a chargeback. Its hassle, its time consuming and its illegal. Having googled it ... it seems this is a common practice on their part. Sure it all runs perfectly to begin with, I sent 10+ parcels without a hitch, but then this nonsense and absolutely no way to argue it or claim my money back. AVOID.

We send two boxes from Uk to France and only one arrived. Not customer service, Not phone number and never answer back to email. I am losing faith in to recovery my parcel.

Our window arrived yesterday broken and unuseable!!!! It was properly packaged in its original box for transportation. There is now re-packaged Courier tape around this. Please contact us - this parcel has been obviously mis-treated and we are not happy to pay such a high fee for a broken unuseable item. Thanks Catherine Dodd-Savaete +33-3-85-74-14-38
