Absolutely shocking company. If something goes wrong at Royal Mail/Parcel force the parcel comes back to sender. This lot like to charge and charge and further charge and still don’t return item to sender even though sender is not at fault. Have had charges of £76 and £126 because they hadn’t manage to deliver parcel. No fault of sender, but sender pays to send, doesn’t get item back and pays a fee to have it destroyed as addressee has not got the parcel! Absolutely shocking, have used for years and never had so much hassle as in last few months. Back paying a little more and at least I know it will either get to addressee or come back to me ! DO NIT BE FOOLED BY INITIAL CHEAPER FEES ! RIP OFF MERCHANTS AND NO ONE TO TALK TO !

Parcel was within the dimensions and weight given but Parcel Monkey charged me for the parcel being oversize. I know it wasnt oversize and will never use Parcel Monkey again.

The Parcel I sent was severely damaged When it reached its destination the company won’t accept the return so I’m nearly £500 out of pocket. The box was in Perfect condition when it was picked up from my property !

The parcel was being sent to Poland and dropped off at the post office on 26th of may and it isnt being delivered yet over a month later. When I was booking it to be send the info was around a week for the delivery. If I would know it is going to take so long I would send it a different way.

None of the local vendors did not accept FedEx parcels as the system they use are not compatible, would recommend taking these vendors off your site for parcel drop off until the problem is resolved. Had to go to a main FedEx depot, and only after going to the 3rd one before finding one that accepts international parcels for delivery.

Absolutely 100% avoid this company. Guaranteed a 5 working day delivery which is now 7 days late and I have no answers and continually told by their support team just to wait for updates to the tracking

Booked for a parcel to be collected by Parcelforce through Parcel Monkey first so called attempt by Parcelforce to collect was caught by my ring doorbell he Knocked on the door very quietly then turned around and drove off the second attempt was even worse as they said they had attempted to collect but nobody was at home but nobody from Parcelforce came to my home I couldnt wait in for a third day so I have cancelled and am waiting for a refund which Ive been promised will take 3-4 days to arrive back into my account funny how these companies can take payments soo fast but not refund as quick when things go wrong.

Booking through ParcelForce direct The insurance level is for £150 at no extra cost. Booking ParcelForce through Parcel Monkey it is only £50 and I had to pay another £3.50 for an increased insurance level. Why? Otherwise the service was ok.

My experience with Parcel Monkey has been both frustrating and disappointing. I booked FedEx next day delivery and was delivered to store on 26th June, delivery anticipated on 27th June. I attempted to track the parcel but continuously revieved the message unfortunately unable to retrieve your tracking results at this time....27th Passed and no delivery. Contacted PM via online chat who were very unhelpful. They told me that next day is not guaranteed... So why offer a next day facility which costs more money. They told me the courier had encountered a problem but could not tell me why and that it would be delivered on 28th. I could intermittently track the parcel which showed it in transit with delivery date pending. No delivery made on 28th so once again contacted PM via online chat. Once again very unhelpful and could not tell me why my parcel had not been delivered. Just kept telling me to wait and monitor tracking which worked intermittently. Customer Services at PM leaves you even more frustrated as you spend over an hour on chat to be no further informed at the end. Now 29th and still waiting for delivery. I will never use this service again AVOID.

Absolutely appalling. Organised a collection on a Friday for next day delivery-no show for the collection. Organised a collection on the following Monday for Tuesday for next day collection - no show. Contacted customer service to ask for the 2 x refunds, which Im advised they will forward to their finance department. I hope we receive them! Did not get a "sorry" or any sort of apology nor explanation. Will try to avoid this company at all costs in the future
