Easy to follow Wed site, good price, good tracking and delivery as forecast. Only one problem, all items were well packed, lots of bubble wrap, well padded within a solid sturdy box, recipient even commented on this. But unfortunately damage was done to three items after asking to handle with care.

OK, until something goes wrong. Once you raise a query concerning a parcel, it doesnt matter what you say, you will receive a response within 5 minutes to say they are looking into it. Youll get the same message 5 days later. Zero help.

Terrible service. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. My parcel was deemed a completely different dimension by the courier apparently and they charged me an additional £124. Just took it! I did have one photo that showed its size compared to our front door and the weight was on the box, but oh no, they want photos with a tape measure. Who does that before they send a return to Amazon. I have me Amazon return which shows what the item was but they just font want to know. They make me feel like Im a liar when its not me at fault, someone hasnt done their job properly and Im bring charged for it

AVOID. TOTAL PAIN. WONT ACCEPT LEGITIMATE EMAIL ADDRESSES OR LEGITIMATE PHYSICAL ADDRESSES. SO STUPID ARE THEY THAT THEY DONT REALISE AUSTRIAN ADDRESS HAVE THE STREET NOS AT THE END NOT THE BEGINNING AND USE CHARACTERS LIKE THE LAST BUT ONE LETTER "Bahnstraße" ????♂️????. BEWARE: EXTORTION!!! I returned a large parcel from Amazon. It was too large to use my drop off centre, so Amazon said to use Parcel Monkey to get it collected and theyd refund it. Very expensive, but both collection service and item was refunded no probs by Amazon. A week later, Ive just received an email saying theyve decided to charge me another almost £80 for getting the weight wrong. However, this is THEIR mistake as theyve put the decimal point in the wrong place - but theyve already taken it from my card WITHOUT PERMISSION. Im absolutely furious, this cannot be legal!!!! I will escalate this to the ombudsman if I do not receive a swift reply AND refund. Ive noticed Im not the first to have had this extortion from this disgraceful company. DO NOT USE!!!

I got a list of all different carriers able to deliver my parcels with prices shown, how long it would take etc. Once I chose and booked, it all went like clockwork.

If Parcelmonkey fails to deliver your parcel they will threaten to steal it, unless you pay further fees. No currier operates like this apart from this criminal gang, as well now need to take these jokers to court. Definition of extortion. Was mislead when originally purchased a label through them and sure as hell never going to use their services ever again.

So simple, efficient and reliable! Great value for money. Organising shipment for something from my Mum in the UK to me in Australia, it was so easy. Enter the details, select the option, print the labels, stick them to parcel and drop off at post office.
Literally 5 days later the parcel arrived in regional Australia!

The fact that there was the option of parcel collection, I totally appreciated that as I was booking a pick up for a parcel in the UK that was being shipped to France.

Although the customer support respond quickly, they are very unhelpful. I am still awaiting my refund confirmation, they said that I would have received at a certain time and this never happened. My order has been cancelled and I decided to book directly on Evri website, which was so much easier and reliable. I will not book with parcel monkey again. I have contacted https..www.parcemonkey..customersupport...many times and they say to wait longer, my refund will be passed to the financial department and they will contact me. I have never heard of such a thing before, if you cancel an order they shouldnt have to pass me over to a different department for a refund, they should issue me a refund with no hassle.

Always use Parcel Monkey for my overseas deliveries. Hand on heart I can say I have never had a problem with them in all this time. Easy system to use online, pickups when arranged, no problems with deliveries, would recommend to anyone..
