What should have taken 6 days took 6 weeks! Some was down to Israeli bureaucracy - but there was no warning or advice on the issues with Israeli customs. Had we known we could have averted some of the problems. Took 2 weeks to get to Israel though promised it would be delivered to the address in 6 days! Additional final charge of £7.30 I believe to be illegitimate. but it was close to impossible to challenge it.

Always use Parcel Monkey when sending things to my family in another part of the country. My package is picked up on the day and arrives very quickly. The only issue is not having a time frame of the pickup even just to a few hours but still happy

We (RoverUK.co.uk) use Parcel Monkey daily and continue to use them as they are competent, trust worthy and offer fair prices. The courier of choice is Parcel Force, pay a bit more get a better service.
Whenever I have had a problem and notified PM they have got back in touch with a solution within an hour if not sooner. I recommend Parcel Monkey.

Absolutely not recommend - I ordered service Parcel Force using PARCEL MONKEY and then my parcel after 10 days was returned to me. And Parcel Force claims that was a Parcel Monkey fault and I need complain there so I did wanted recompensation. And... I got email from them that need to pay additional cost for that bad service!!! No! No recommend! Absolutely not professional and waist money and time!

So far the delivery service has been great. Make sure to measure parcels correctly. When we did have a query they responded but not as quickly as we were hoping. We’d recommend Parcel Monkey

Parcel collection booked with Evri Collect through Parcel Monkey, for a specific collection day. Not collected, no communication directly with me or the sender, so I only realised when it was not delivered. No contact phone number, very confusing contact system, rubbish chat bots. I have requested phone calls, now over a week late and unlikely to ever see the parcel.

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE An absolute joke of a service. I wouldnt even give it one star but you have to give it at least one to write review. Here are my reasons why I wouldnt recommend to anyone: * PACKAGES WERE NOT DELIVERED! Spent nearly 2 months of reporting "the problem" to what seems to be an AI generated response which I received over 15 times "We are sorry we will get back to you when the courier gets back to us" * Approximately 3 different tracking numbers for 3 different companies? * TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE You are not able to speak to a human or get a straight answer. Was bounced back and forth between PM and DPD with no one taking responsibility (Although I know realise its PMs fault at the get go) * INEPT LOGISTICS TEAM How can a company dealing in parcel delivery fail to send two packages which is what was paid for and now they are being returned ( and better not be at my expense!) because the courier DPD couldnt amend the data ??? Disappointing that a service that was offered and paid for couldnt be carried to completion!

we sent a parcel to netherlands on the 10 th july from parcel monkey there has not been any updates on the tracking since the 13th there is no way this can take so long to reach our customer is still waiting for the parcel when you on on the line chat they are only limited for answer which should not be the case this will affect our feedback from the customers which is not good for our business we are really thinking of just closing the account and use an alternative service , we have sent parcel in the same country with other courreires and they have been delivered within 5-6 working days

Terrible service. Tried using it to ship a parcel to Asia. Followed all the instructions from the email from Parcel Monkey. Paid almost £40. Yet parcel went around the block and returned back to my flat a few days later. Parcel Monkey is refusing to rectify this issue - even though its their fault - as they have not notified me that I had to submit an electronic invoice to the shipping company. Not even sure where that should be done on their portal. They are refusing to refund me. Terrible service. Watch out when using them because clearly they do not play the role of the middle-man very well!

The worse experience Ive ever had, I Booked a pickup through ParcelMonkey with UPS on Monday 10th July. I received all the confirmation from Parcelmonkey cone Monday nothing happened, (pm) apologies says arranged another pickup with UPS the next day.. But again nothing.. I contacted UPS directly who said they never had anything from (pm) about me. Wednesday and Thursday went no parcel... it was finally Friday it arrived...my advice is NEVER NEVER use ParcelMonkey, if you want a parcel pickup and delivered on arranged dates..

The online instruction manual for posting a parcel will need to improve. Lacking of a clear guide to getting the right location of the parcel collection point. In addition, my parcel was placed at the parcel collection shop on 13 July from UK to HK. However, it had been sent to NL on 18 July and I have not received any further updates then. Today’s date is 27 July and my parcel is still pending on it way somewhere out there that I don’t know what is going on? Actually in two weeks time has passed and the delivery is still pending! I’m feeling really frustrated about this situation! This is my first time to try your service but I’m sure that could be the one and only one I have made a mistake to trust that company. Thank you.
