I communicated with you over and over to cancel my order You gave still not had the decency to reply to multiple e mails asking for a refund of £63 Will never recommend you

After paying the agreed fee, we got charged a further £125 for being 4kg UNDER the agreed weight. That is 300% of our original fee. Despite contacting them directly asking for further explanation, we have yet to hear from them about this charge. Will never use their service again. Awful company.

Have not collected parcels from a week ago

I paid for next day delivery and no one collected it. The next day they said they’d tried but that wasn’t true. The parcel then went to two different depots and got lost. No one could track it. It was handed to Royal Mail which I found out after having to make many calls. It turned up 8 days later and I’d already left the delivery address so had to pay again to get it sent on. The item was for the funeral of my mother, and was of significant sentimental value. The service was appalling. They had zero idea where the item was and declared they couldn’t find out as the carriers weren’t responding. They responded to me quite easily. I wish I’d read the awful reviews before I used them.

I did not received a label or instructions to send item back .only non readable message from you .I e mailed you and cancelled your services but you did not reply to me .I asked for refund and had to go to my bank and make a complaint about you and they trying to get my money back from you that you took off me and no label sent and no reply from yourselves to me . lots of bad reviews on your site.I also complained to company parcel was going back to as they recommended you.disgusted with your service.

Havent received my parcel, a week later than promised - no communication from courier (DPD). Parcel Monkey allows you to track but all it says is that they havent received my parcel yet. A shame for my first experience as it seemed like a straight forward process.

Just when you think there is nothing more they can ask for they think of something. They lost a parcel, Initially, they claimed it had been delivered and they had a picture to prove delivery which caused a dispute between me and the person to whom I sent the parcel. The buyer took a dispute out against me and won as there was no picture. The monkeys then said the parcel was returned to me (which it wasnt), and they then said it was damaged (which is possible as monkeys often do damage things). They are now questioning if I really sold the item and if the buyer really had his money refunded. Each time I have provided the monkeys with the documents they have asked for they ask for something new. On their site, they claim that they have a 4.5-star rating on Trust Pilot. However this site shows a rating lower than 4 (and its falling)

remember "you get what you pay for" its taking longer than a week to deliver a parcel 20 miles via yodel, would have been cheaper to deliver myself!

I sent a very large parcel with Parcel monkey, it was a rocking chair. Its gone missing and they will not even reimburse me for the £44 I paid for the courier charge and the £60 of extended liability which is ridiculous! Will not be using them again.

Left parcel at my local Post Office on a Thursday for ParcelForce 48 and it was delivered the following Wednesday. Very slow delivery i will not use this service again . Evri are even quicker than that.

Awful! Used them to quote up with a parcel for UK to Portugal. Our parcel was collected by the chosen courier and In 2023 its currently “ lost “ and for the last 5 days I’ve been waiting on “ Official “ messages on where the parcel is. Obviously they are not the courier but they state clearly to deal with them for parcels & they’re jn business taking money and giving a customer the run around for the last week!!

DO NOT USE PARCEL MONKEY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES They are liars and they are not fit for purpose, I booked an item of 26 kgs for collection I booked it for 30kgs to cover any discrepancies, they only attempted collection once and stated over weight, how can it be over weight, they then stated on 2 other days that parcel over weight and no one had been to property for collection, they will not give me a phone number to speak to them i am now 3 days late with no parcel and out of pocket £150 and they dont give a monkeys, also do NOT under any circumstances use Parcel Force they were the courier who couldnt carry out a simple job so be warmed neither of these companies are fit for purpose, they are absolutely disgusting the way they treat these paying customers

The parcel got to Japan in 3 days which was great and I was notified that it was delivered but it actually took another c.10 days to travel to Kyushu and my daughter had to travel to another city to collect it. Everything was fine with the package, no damage, but it was quite heavy for her to carry on 2 trains to get it home.

My family did not received the parcel yet. They are asking them to pay custom fee first than collect. What custom fee? Is there custom fee on gifts? Where was it written when I was purchasing delivery service from you? I am very disappointed. Please deliver my parcel to my family without further delays. I am very disappointed.
