The parcel was returned, we weighed & measured the parcel before collection & still you’ve charged an extra cost to my card. Not happy

Recieved my parcel late, I paid for 48 hr delivery and paid extra for guaranteed delivery. Arrived after 75 hrs and contents were damaged. They will not process my claim for insurance as I dont have proof of purchase for the item as its 6 years old and they have not refunded my delivery costs. They are not replying to my emails. Avoid at all costs, unreliable and untrustworthy.

Absolutely terrible company. Avoid like the plague. I booked for a Courier delivery which due to a ‘service code error’ they cancelled my order and directed me to submit a refund claim. This is a criminal company offering terrible service and stitching customers up. Every email takes 2 or more hours to be replied to and the online chat service never works

SADLY EVRI NO LONGER PRINT OUT A LABEL--GOT TO USE PHONE TO PICK UP AN APP.---SO CAN NO LONGER USE CO-OP JUST ACROSS THE ROAD BUT HAVE TO FIND SHOP THAT HAS NECESSARY MACHINE TO READ APP.---SO WILL NO LONGER USE EVRI!!

It was easy to send the package, but I wish I got more information about the possible challenges I would face with customs in Spain. The package was detained there and my friend receiving it was unable to get any help to release it. I learnt since that the problem was that value of the package was more then 150 euros - had a pop up appeared telling me that tax would have to be paid there I would not have sent him the package.

Having completed the collection and delivery, Parcel Monkey submitted an additional charge more than 3 times the original quote, on top of the price I paid suggesting that I had given the wrong weight information (which I hadnt). The weight suggested of 48 kg, I couldnt have picked up. Yet I carried the box out of the house to the couriers van. To make matters worse, Parcel Monkey wont respond to my emails or request for on-line chat to try and resolve this issue.

You let me book a parcel of 1.20 long with Evri and then couldn’t tell me which parcel shops would accept that length!! Very bad service and confusing ????

My parcel was not collected on the 1st date it was booked to be collected and also not on the re-booked 2nd date. I have now wasted several days and my package will not arrive at its destination in time. I leave town soon and have now run out of time. Absolutely unreliable. Do not use this company if your package is important.

AWFUL. I paid for Fedex through parcel monkey for important documents which were required sending quickly from UK to USA. However, what I wasnt told was that the drop off locations I visited didnt have up to date scanning for the labels I was given, I dont care if this is a FEDEX problem Parcel Monkey are selling this service and should be upto date. Had to spend 40 mins going round three different drop off locations to try and get my documents delivered. I find it strange that the three places I tried did not work. I gave up in the end because the service being sold isnt what customers are getting. DO NOT PAY FOR THIS SERVICE, it will only cost you time...not what you want from a courier facility.

Book as 3-5 day delivery, 10 days later its still not delivered, tracking hasnt changed for 8days. Will never use or recommend

I would never use this company again, I booked a parcel to ship to cambodia with fed ex, printed off label packed up and went to drop off. Could not scan so got in contact and was told to try another shop, 5 shops later ( not all shops they advertise accept parcels) and still unable to send, contacted PM but was told to try another shop, or I can cancel and rebook, I asked which delivery agent I could use and was told to go online, my point was it was still allowing me to book with fedex which they cant ship, I have been left now with the parcel waiting for a refund so I can ship. What a waste of bloody time and effort,

After the item was delivered, and I had already paid £14 for collection, I get another invoice through email for £76.60. I am told that the courier company didnt agree with my information provided, and that the weight of the item was actually 38kg, not the 10kg I had declared. The item was hollow plastic - 10kg was a very generous weight limited provided to ensure absolutely no issues. Parcel Monkey tell me that actually they work on volumetric weight not actual weight, which is why there is a discrepancy, and how they have arrived at 38kg, and hence the additional £77. Customer services not helpful in resolving dispute so I will now be forced to open a dispute through my credit card company instead. Do not use!
