We sent an expensive used printer via parcel monkey using UPS. It was well wrapped in bubble wrap and a sturdy box. We are an experienced shipper. We paid more for the insurance than for the shipping. The courier somehow managed to completely smash it. Every side was broken and it was in pieces. Despite having insured it for damage, they will not pay out. We are out of pocket £2,500 + the cost of shipping and insurance. And they have not even apologised for smashing it. They just dont care. Angry doesnt even get close. Will never use parcel monkey or UPS again. And they havent heard the last of this.

We chose this service as it promised to arrive within 1 week to the USA via Evri international. 3 weeks later and the parcel still hasn’t arrived. I wouldn’t recommend this service.

The parcel arrived in Australia days after posting. Royal mail will only take parcels on their site under 45cm. My parcel was 55cm. Sending it through Parcel Monkey meant the Royal Mail would deliver it cheaper.

Paid for an express next day service which ended up taking four days due to internal errors. I requested the cost was partially refunded to reflect the service I had received and gave a good breakdown to justify this but was only met with repeat reference to their very courier generous terms. Note that if you pay for next day theyre within their terms to deliver within five days. Ridiculous much like their level of customer service and communication. Certainly will not be using these again and highly recommend you look elsewhere if you want your service requirements met in the real world.

Having booked a collection on a Friday and no one collected, I contacted the team, who very quickly re booked it in, and this time it was collected. Thank you for your help and support

Absolute disgrace. Horrible experience. Paid for Express 24 but did not collect for over a week. Ended up requesting refund.

Really good service for collection and delivery of parcel that was 15.4kg. Needed to return some disability equipment. Only issue was having to print label which was was a pain as my elderly mum hasn’t got a printer so had to ask neighbour

Box did not arrive for some unknown shipping error. 3 months later they offered to reimburse 20 pounds but they sent it to a credit card that is not active (indeed I sent boxes because moving out of UK) even though I told them so. The help chat seems all automatic replies whatever one writes. Overall quite a disaster

Excellent service, I originally tried UPS website to book a collection but found it confusing. I then tried parcel monkey, through whom I booked the collection from UPS very quick, no hassle and not confusing. Well done Parcel Monkey I will use you again. The collection took place on the day I chose. Thank you for making life easier.

Payed for 24 hour delivery and was unable to achieve it and no offer of a refund or part refund....never use them again! Ill go direct next time as parcelforce would of offered 50% refund.

The service was fast as expected. It was a few important letters from the UK, so we chose this route. Unfortunately due to brexit we had to pay an extra 6.22 euros custom charge to the Spanish post office on receipt of letters. And they say highway robbery was a thing of the past!!!

Evri booking was a mess. The courier tried to collect a day early when nobody was in and my parcel was marked asl cancelled. I rebooked it for the next available date and she came 3 days early! I had not received any new labels. She tried taking the parcel but her system wouldnt allow her to collect. She was very helpful but I had lost faith they would ever pick it up. I changed courier to DPD - no issues and parcel delivered next day. Wasted money on Evri

Not good. Parcel had tracking data on 24 hour service. Didnt arrive then parcel monkey wouldnt give me any information on its location or delivery time. More time off work and refused to give me details of complaints procedure until parcel had been delivered.

The Courier driver came to pick up our item after one week, when the next day service was ordered. We tried to cancel the order, but it was just promised every single day that our item will be picked up today. Very disappointed.

Got my parcel where it needed to at a good price.
A few minor issues, the parcel was wrapped in palletwrap and the courier wouldnt take it unless it was wrapped in cardboard, not mentioned at time if booking. Also some nonsense about volumetric weight even though Id put dimensions in when I got a quote. Finally you cant speak to customer service, just email which isnt great.
I guess next time the process will be easier

Really helpful service. I was nervous about arranging to post a 22kg parcel but Parcel Monkey made the whole process of choosing a parcel delivery service very easy, from price to tracking to collection from my door. I will use again.

I used Envi via parcel Monkey. They first tried to deliver parcel on a weekend. The company concerned do not open on a weekend. Three days later they are attempting to delivery again, this time 17.30 - 19.30. The company closes at 17.30! I went on their chat to try to change time only to exchange with a Bot that could not change time lot. Maybe they should employ a human...

Terrible service. Collection attempted 4 times. Wrong lorry sent twice. On two occasions no one attended. Parcel monkey customer service a waste of time. Ended up dealing with the courier myself. Would never use again.
