My experience with Parcel Monkey has been both frustrating and disappointing. I booked FedEx next day delivery and was delivered to store on 26th June, delivery anticipated on 27th June. I attempted to track the parcel but continuously revieved the message unfortunately unable to retrieve your tracking results at this time....27th Passed and no delivery. Contacted PM via online chat who were very unhelpful. They told me that next day is not guaranteed... So why offer a next day facility which costs more money. They told me the courier had encountered a problem but could not tell me why and that it would be delivered on 28th. I could intermittently track the parcel which showed it in transit with delivery date pending. No delivery made on 28th so once again contacted PM via online chat. Once again very unhelpful and could not tell me why my parcel had not been delivered. Just kept telling me to wait and monitor tracking which worked intermittently. Customer Services at PM leaves you even more frustrated as you spend over an hour on chat to be no further informed at the end. Now 29th and still waiting for delivery. I will never use this service again AVOID.

Absolutely appalling. Organised a collection on a Friday for next day delivery-no show for the collection. Organised a collection on the following Monday for Tuesday for next day collection - no show. Contacted customer service to ask for the 2 x refunds, which Im advised they will forward to their finance department. I hope we receive them! Did not get a "sorry" or any sort of apology nor explanation. Will try to avoid this company at all costs in the future

I had a terrible experience with this company. I had to rebook three times before they actually collected. Once finally collected, they left the same packages on my doorstep the following week with zero explanation. I am now still waiting for them to collect the packages which I initially booked over two weeks ago. I’ve wasted so much time trying to resolve this simple thing, very frustrating.

sent a parcel to Ireland did all the necessary forms to go through customs and my parcel got rejected. it was only motorbike panniers. The parcel wasn’t even checked and the form to customs hadn’t even been looked at. Now it’s returned back to me and having to cost us double to try again

Arranged for a parcel to be picked up For collection on a Friday no collection by courier then Monday yet again no collection then re arranged for tuesday the wife sat in all day from 8 to 6 still no one collected the parcel the parcel costing nearly £400 for delivery hence we have cancelled and gone through another company no wonder they are called parcel monkey we don’t recommend there sevice

Every thing went well with my parcel posting to NL. Just one gripe was I had to spend a huge amount of time and confusion to find customs codes that would fit the mixed contents of my parcel. Something not enforced by Royal Mail, where just description, weight and cost is asked for for each item.

Paid for ParcelForce 48hr, it took 4 days, but apparently still within service level so no refund... Whats the point in paying for 48hr delivery then...?

Take my advice and learn from my experience and dont waste your money using Parcel Monkey....Whats the point in sending parcels through a company that sporadically reply to messages, sometimes three days after you have sent them, my item failed delivery twice apparently although my customer swears attempt, card or text message tracking was received, so parcel was returned to sender but not me, no, it went back to parcel monkey HQ then i had to pay to get it sent back from them to me plus a surcharge on top for administration so it cost me £10 to send and about £17 to get back?? I will never use them again

The best price was offered by Yodel, who claimed a 2 or 3 day delivery. Unbelievably it took 4 days because, despite me taking my parcel to a Yodel pick up point, they did not collected the parcel that day, but the next day.
Apparently Yodel always leave parcels overnight at pick up points, unlike every other parcel delivery company I have ever used.

I paid for the parcel to be returned on a 48hr return. It was collected on 19/06/23. To date (26/6/23) it has still not been delivered back to the company. So I have not yet received my refund of £189.00. On your tracking it is still in your warehouse. Rubbish Company.

They sell services they CANNOT provide. I purchased a FedEx delivery that needed a drop off to a shop however they dont actually know what shops can provide this so there find location is wrong. This is totally disgraceful as the customer service did NOTHING to help and they still have my money. Im honestly disgusted at the service provided. AVOID!!!!!!

I booked a courier for three packages to go to the Check Republic which were collected on on 16/6/23. Two progressed satisfactorily. Their courier lost the third and it has still not been found. Parcel Monkeys only response was to ask could you please "re-send a picture and provide a description of the item so I will be able to raise the search (with the courier)" ? Their only advice has been along the lines of "We certainly understood your concern, however, we cannot give you accurate feedback just yet, as we need to wait for the carriers feedback regarding your parcel." Sorry for the delay.
