Parcel was collected at 1.00pm on the day chosen and delivery occurred 5 working days later, so as far as I am concerned for the price this was a great success and would definitely use again.

I had a heavy little parcel to send to New Zealand and the Post Office wanted £76. Went online to Parcel Monkey who said they could do it for £44.19, delivery within 5-6 working days.
Booked that for collection on a day to suit me. It was collected by Parcel Force last Friday in the UK and delivered on MONDAY in NZ. Brilliant service, amazing time frame, couldnt be more pleased.

Generally very good site and service. Easy process throughout except for one niggle; the booking process allows me to get a quote and proceed with it but at the last minute states this service not available with this postcode. Then have to go back and start again to get a real quote. Probably not Parcel Monkeys fault but should be addressed as it is off-putting.

Used Parcel Monkey to send a parcel to my daughter in the Peoples Republic Of China over a month ago, as my last parcel with Royal Mail only took 10 days I began to get suspicious. I have contacted Parcel Monkey through their report a problem page, I keep receiving generic apologetic replies but nothing conclusive and was advised to send another parcel Not likely Parcel Monkey I will never use your service again!!!

Awful awful company. I have used twice. First time i paid for a next day delivery for a weekend event. My package eventually arrived 4 days later, Parcel Monkey customer service claim it is nothing to do with them, but were happy to take my money. I gave the the benefit of the doubt and booked another collection. Exactly the same thing happened. My customer called to say i had missed delivery (costing my business yet more money), i contacted Parcel Monkey again telling them that as they had missed delivery to divert it back to my office... Of course it wasnt it got delivered to my customer. I have begun legal proceedings.

I have used this company many times and I never had a problem even once. I think its because they dont offer Hermes or some **** services. I always choose PF or DPD and it was always delivered. The site also offers good value damage/loss protection and it can really save you especially when your parcels are big. I will continue to use this site!

Arranging collection and delivery was straightforward, but there were a number of breakages on delivery, which are the responsibility of the couriers - ParcelForce. I would choose a difference company next time.

Was really worried at first but they got my parcel to its destination quick and in good condition would recommend to anyone had no problems to call customer service so don’t know what that’s like

Very poor service! When the driver came to collect, he said "I hope it is not fragile or valuable, we mainly deliver very heavy items, so could get crushed." No customer service number to call when your parcel takes seven days to even leave the country (still being held). Unhelpful operators via the online message service. Will not be using again!

Second horrific experience of parcel monkeys terrifying service within a week. Booked a parcel to be collected on November10th which DPD did but yet to be delivered. No update since 13th November. Since then, whenever contacted Parcel monkey their standard reply is we are chasing DPD but yet to receive any update. When I personally contacted DPD they told PM has never contacted them regarding the parcel. On telling the same to PM they didnt had any response. It proves that PM is always lying. Please think before booking any parcel with them.

This service is absolutely rubbish The shop they told me to take the parcel has never heard off parcel monkey .. & no other local shop or post office has heard off them The contacts to getcin touch with parcel monkey is via email & they have not responded after 10days ... they are quick enough to take your money though Do not use this service

Parcel still not delivered. It took twice the time it was supposed to. At a certain point the address on the websites got changed so parcel was stuck.crazy!

First booking failed had to rebook So 48 hour service with Parcelforce took one week but it has arrived OK today thank goodness

I only gave 1 star as you cannot give less to proceed the process was a complete failure after 3 attempts / rebookings the parcel never got picked up . And no explanation was given. hopless just book with the relevent courier direct at least you will have a comeback and it is the same cost

Have used Parcel Monkey before and delighted on both occasions.Three large parcels uplifted from my home on a Wednesday (in Scotland) and delivered to St Albans on Friday. Great service and great value. Delighted , would recommend to others.

Fantastic service. Picked up mid day Tuesday. Arrived in Toronto on Thursday afternoon. Nearly as quick as delivering it yourself. Didn’t realise that I would have to pay extra for customs at the other end but not the fault of parcel monkey.

Never again with parcelmonkey, paid for 24hours next day service with UKMail.. waiting whole day for collection, no one there to another courier. Tried to contact them by mail and live chat, they just dont care and keep saying they are only third party, asking me to wait, rebook or refund. No real solution. I lost my whole day only to wait, i cant even post my parcel to the post office as they keep asking me to wait til 6pm. Post office closed at 6pm. Waiting for them till 6pm but still no one come. They ruin an important event, as the parcel need to be send immediately. Refund not that smooth, you have to wait for 5 days. This is fraud service!! Frustrating, Irresponsible, they need to be closedown.

Awful customer service, sat in all day, no collection, their response Stay in again tomorrow, the carrier may turn up . Pathetic, No recompense for this failure of service, therefore they wony improve, Parcel Monkey insults Monkeys, at least they have the ability to learn!!

I sent an important letter to Australia through Parcel Monkey and the tracking states "delivered to Snetterton and signed for by OLD LABEL"! I have contacted Parcel Monkey about this issue twice now and I still have no idea if the document has been delivered to Australia or not! Very disappointed with the customer service as each time they just say they will get back to me!
