This is the first time we have used Parcel Monkey but my use again for sending Christmas parcels.

I booked collection for same day and parcel force did not show up, I had to call them at 5.30 to ask what time they were coming when they then told me that their collection system was down that morning and they wouldnt be collecting. It is 12.00 and they have still not collected the parcel. My customer is expecting the parcel today, this now risks our company looking very incompetent.

Parcel Monkey was great - courier arrived without any labels but he sorted it out and th parcel arrived safely.

We use Parcel Monkey a lot and it is usually very good service but occasionally parcels are not collected and we have to re-book them.

My parcel went missing after I dropped it off at a drop off point. So I didnt realise that parcel monkey do not have a contact telephone number. You can only contact them by web chat or email. And not only that, when they investigate the missing parcel with the courier, they only contact them via email. How ridiculous is that as its been over a week and my parcel still hasnt moved and unsurpisingly theyve not had a response from the courier. Im sure they would have if they actually had a contact telephone number! Frustrated is an understatement

The parcel should have been collected on the Friday and was not collected until the Monday with no communication or reason for the delay.

Used Parcelmonkey to send a parcel to Greece using Parcelforce, needless to say parcel was never delivered and now 2.5 months of trying to get compensation still nothing has been done, support has not been helpful.

My parcel of Christmas presents to my God children in Australia has been detained by customs in India because they failed to provide the correct documentation. Very unprofessional. Essentially they took my money and ran.

We always find there are issues using Parcel Monkey and ParcelForce when we are shipping tradeshow assets back from tradeshows, to an office. This was recently amplified by ParcelMonkeys ineffective (though polite and friendly!) web-chat customer service. This has happened several times before, so I think this will be the last time we use them for moving costly, professional items around the UK. On the other hand, the goods did arrive safely, albeit having been split into two shipments that had us worried.

I was really disappointed with the fact that I paid for my delivery to be picked up and nobody turned up. Yes, your customer service advisor was polite but struggled to reach a solution as to why the driver hadnt turned up apart from oh, he might of run out of time. You shouldnt be allowing orders to go through if the courier cannot make the pick up time.

Terrible service and no telephone contact number so any problems have to be dealt with through online messaging portal where it often takes days to get a response. I paid a premium for express delivery and four days later my parcel was still sitting in reception as the courier failed to show up when arranged. The parcel was then damaged and when they tried to return it, lost. Ive had to prompt Parcelmonkey time and time again in order to get any compensation. Twenty-eight messages and almost three months later theyve offered a refund for cost of delivery but nothing for the goods as they were samples. I now use Parcelforce directly for my business and the service is by far superior.

Parcel Monkey is my worst experience. I paid for the most expensive service and Parcel Monkey not even delivered making me lose a lot of money. They managed my shipment exactly like a cheap one. Ive been for 2 months asking them a compensation and Parcel Monkey is deaf. They only want to collect money for a disastrous service.

Not good service at all . they take your money and then do not pick up and then when you talk to Fedex they know nothing about any pick up order. DO NOT USE THEM.
