No one check the parcel if address is right in sorting before sending it, also there online system never detect it. An ebay item was sent and put exactly the same address which was one of the Norways island and they said it is not the Norway. then why did you accept is at the first place rather than contacting me after few weeks that address is wrong. and i asked them to make it correct and send it which they do not want to do but said that we have to send it back to you first and they charge me £15 to deliver it back to me when it was only a small parcel. What a rip off!!!!!!

The driver that collect the parcel was very rude and took the parcel and ran without attaching any documents. However, the price to Saudi Arabia was competitive and the parcel was delivered safely in four days so we were happy with that.

This is a great comparison site for postage services. Ready to use, stick in your parcel details and all the various services you could use pop up. Choose the one you want, book it through the site. All the labels and tracking come through the site.......very good.

I was very happy with the whole service. Even when I didnt put the right address, which was a major problem. The parcel was delivered very quickly to Majorca from England. Thank you.

Useless customer service when driver arrived earlier than expected. Parcel monkey had no idea whatsoever how to help by contacting the company/driver. I had to do it myself. Suffice to say I will go directly to UK mail in future and avoid using parcel monkey ever again

Once again thank you for another speedy delivery at a lower price than the actual courier I used if I had booked it directly from their website for the same service, naturally I will be using parcel monkey again in the next couple of weeks or so.

This is a great parcel service and reasonably priced. I sent a parcel to France on Monday and it arrived on Thursday in good condition. Very impressed.

Really good value for large parcels, very pleased with service and excellent price, almost half what I was quoted from the same company! Would have given 5*, only negative, you do not get a time for collection of your parcel. I understand this is probably how they keep the costs down, but I would have thought it would have been possible to maybe allow a 2/4 hour window. But I would definitely use again.

It was my first time using ParcelMonkey and I had a great experience. Easy to book, I found the prices very affordable. The company chosen (through ParcelMonkey) came to pick up my parcels on the expected date, collected them with no hassle. Parcels had been previously prepared according to guidelines provided by ParcelMonkey, so it is very clear what we have to do. The parcels were at their destination (from UK to Portugal) in two days only, and in perfect condition.

Pay peanuts ....what do you get ? Cheap price but .... I have my parcel back now - and I’m about 55 pounds poorer Oh plus the cost of having to compensate the person who was supposed to receive the parcel My advice : Spend the extra money on paying courier direct

My parcel was picked up on Monday and after trying to track my parcel nothing had changed by Wednesday, it still stated collection scheduled. I then used the chat function to speak to a member of the support team to find out where my parcel was. I was told my parcel was at the sorting depot and a new tracking number would be created when Courier took over. I had previously been informed DX Freight would be handling so this was a surprise. I checked again on Friday and it still hadnt changed. I spoke with the online chat team and after about half an hour was provided with the Courier tracking reference. After checking this I discovered my parcel was already at the destination with the courier in that country. Quite a stressful situation and feel it could have been made less stressful with better systems. Very reasonable price but need to update systems.

Terrible customer service.. paid for a parcel to be sent which never arrived at the destination and was then told would be returned to sender and could take several months .. never arrived and now telling me because i didnt claim in the first 10 days i cannot claim for the lost items !!

Absolutely awful. NOTE Parcel Monkey cannot be contacted by phone and their couriers also avoid and make phone contact virtually impossible. Required drop off point was not open when advertised 3 complaints by emails and lengthy phone calls to national line and local depots unanswered and unresolved by courier facilitated by Parcel Monkey. 4 days after drop off and with an angry customer, we discover from depot that drop off point have lost parcel and neither they, the courier or Parcel Monkey have had the decency or honesty to contact us to tell us. Now lost £20 worth of goods, £7.20 and other sending costs, hours of time trying to resolve and not a word from this company.

Our experience is just horrible. This is the worst company we have dealt with in many years. We sent a parcel that was never delivered, no one never replied to us anything else, that "we are doing our best" for months and we never got anything real. We subscribed an insurance on top, in case this kind of problem would happen and when we asked to activate it we never got any response. Do not do any business with this company, reviews must be fake. NEVER GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE COMPANY

Everything was done in a timely manner...and considering my package was delivered to me within the time specified in Ghana where we have no postcodes and not every street is named was quite amazing! Well done parcel monkey!

Very easy site to use but I choose a company that said would not require a label to print. As I dont have a printer I chose to use this company. I then received an email saying that I needed to print a label. Not impressed. I then had to find a means of printing one off. The parcel was picked up promptly with no further problems. I

Have used to send documents to India. Very good value for money. Costs slightly more than royal mail international signed for - but faster, reliable and trackable.

The Express delivery (2-5) days took 2 weeks and I was charged additional amount of money several days later, claiming my parcel was 2 kg (of quoted 1kg) where courier clearly wrote 0.7 KG! Horrible. I will never use them again.
