Booked with parcelforce via parcel monkey again but this time when the box arrived at my customers place, it had been ripped right open, the top was well taped but still, nearly the whole top had been ripped open and some contents were hanging out. Cant figure how this happened but I am not impressed. goods are sent in trust with faith or should be but when things like this happen, I soon lose trust. I pay for a service and I expect the goods I send to be treated in a better manner than this. Wherever this happened, no attempt was made to reseal it and there was no apology from the driver when it was delivered.

Great experience. They were recommended by Amazon as I was unsure how I was going to return a lawnmower to the seller. I selected parcelforce who picked this up when they said they would and at a very reasonable charge. Would definitely use this service again.

Nothing wrong with Parcel Monkey but the courier Parcel Force was utter pish. I booked 24hour delivery and it took 3 days. As noone was going to be in on the 3rd day I rebooked for 2 days after that which they ignored and tried to drop off twice on day 3. After a phone call on day 5 (and in fairness the lady I spoke to was professional and helpful) they did deliver late that day. But the box was truly battered and Ive yet to check my item..

I had never sent a parcel by courier before, Parcel Monkey made it easy to choose and arrange. I got text before to first tell me the date and then on the morning of the collection l received another text giving me a 2 HR window. Collected and delivered next day. Great service all from my arm chair !! it was a really bulky item and would have been difficult to take to a post office.

the parcel was supposed to be picked up on Tuesday. It wasnt. So I rebooked it for pick up on Wednesday. It was still not picked up. Tried to rebook it for Thursday and was told van driver not in the area on that day. So drove the 70 miles myself and picked it up.

posted goods using express 24 next day delivery , there was perishables in the package thats why next day delivery was paid for. Collected on the Thursday for Friday delivery , its now Sunday not only did they fail to deliver Friday but also didnt bother Saturday mainly because Sat is more expensive but thats their problem. Contacted them, we will contact you as soon as possible. Furthermore this is the second time in 3 months its been more than 2 days late, but oh no refund of postage despite paying for a service. These big companies think they can get away with and need penalties. Will not use again.

bought express shipping from usa to sweden. Package arrived in sweden costum, after 3 weeks it went back to usa. Apparently they did not write my full name, so package could not be deliverd. First and last time using this

Biggest con Ive come across in years. Advised by Amazon to use them to return a parcel. 10 days after they said the courier weight showed 81kg and not the 15kg I sent. Even the invoice attached to their revised bill was incorrect. They said to dispute it I would need to show photos of the item on scales and with tape measure showing dimensions. Then chaged me extra. No point in complaining, they are not covered by the ombudsman, have no customer service number and just ignore any ticket you raise on their website. Avoid otherwise it will cost you.

Problem after problem. Issue is their systems just arent mapped to the courier ones correctly, they mangle collection adderess if its more than one line, for example 12 Office House, 34 Big Road, City, AB01 ABC theyll pass to the courier as 12 Big Road. So switched to another courier with a drop off option, they refused drop off as digital clearance documents not present, but as I did not book directly with FedEx Im unable to sign in as step 1 on the FAQ. Lesson learnt, dont use a broker.

Parcel Monkey lost our package, blamed everyone else for the problem, and refused to compensate us! I would not recommend Parcel Monkey at all and suggest that they be avoided. Go direct to a reputable carrier.

Ordered Express 24 service to collect my package on Tue. Without any notification, they didnt come to collect my package. then they rescheduled for Thursday and again they didnt collect. and for the third time rescheduled for Friday and after a lot of following up messages to their support, THEY DIDNT COLLECT the package. I had to print those labels 3 times and stay at home all day for a collection. Dont waste your time and money with Parcel Monkey. Even 1 start is too much for them.

Second time we booked with these guys, total disappointment! First time no one collected the parcel, only after 3 attempts and 3 labels later we managed to get the parcel collected. Second time, same story, already printed out the 3rd label and guess what, no one picked the parcel up again!!!!!!

They ripped off my money I paid on 10th May 2023 amount of £9.99 to collect parcel from my home address I have ref number PM11444103 No-one you can contact I lost my koney as seller give 48 hours to ge return I lost £185 and the bloody parcel monkey £9.99 They are bad news dont you ever use them.

Booked parcel to be collected. Was pleased to see that it was being able to be collected on the Monday, which was a bank holiday. Booked & paid. When the receipt came through, it was booked for the Tuesday. Was annoyed because I was working the Tuesday so had to make arrangements for someone to be in

We have been using Parcel Monkey for many months now without any issues. However, all of a sudden they have started issuing us with additional charges saying that we didnt declare the item dimensions or weight correctly. When I challenged this they said we needed to send photos with the label on the box and a tape measure showing the dimensions and a photo of the contents on a weighing scale. Quite how they expect us to do this weeks after the parcel had been sent is beyond me but this is part of the con because they know this is not possible.

I booked a parcel service with Courier when I took the parcel to one of my local drop off points in Kidderminster, I was told that they could not take my parcel because I have the wrong type of label because local stores are now called Courier Express ! Apparently the label should have contained three bar codes, where as mine only had one. So I then had to book another carrier (Dpd) wasting the money I had paid you for Courier.
