drop off locations in this area of west wales are virtually non existant - all of the shops/locations on your website who you claim to be said they did not take parcels for Fedex and refused to take my parcel. THe only way I could get my parcel sent was to phone Fedex in Swansea to request a pick up. The driver then advised me that Fedex do in fact pick up parcels from all those locations mentioned on your website - so clearly it was due to the unhelpful/inexperiened attitude of the shop assistant who didnt want to be bothered.

I felt blackmailed when the local store requested a £1.00 handling fee on each parcel for FedEx, particularly as I had already paid online and the next nearest store is a 45 minute drive away. Whats the point in a comparision site if the total price cant be compared. I wanted to complain on the site, but it isnt possible, you have write and use the post!

The heavyweight item arrived in good condition and the online process of requesting for pick-up was quite clear. However, there was no section to indicate if I needed a site trolley/ extra help to move the item to the point of pickup (an open-ended section with attached fees will help with that). The pickup personnel was quite rude because I spent alot of time hauling the heavyweight item down to him and he dragged it in annoyance.

I would mark you zero if allowed, Needed a package picking up on the 6th June for a contractor never happened called the UPS centre was told it would be collected 8th June still not collected. suppose now i will spend half of my working day trying to get my money back and find a company that can perform a simple task. NOTE TO PEOPLE WHO WANT A RELIABLE GENUINE SERVICE USE SOMEONE ELSE!!!! "Parcel Monkey do not reply with your insulting generic response and insult my intelligence that this will be resolved.

I had an appalling experience with this company. I arranged for a parcel to be collected for delivery on 27 April (ref PM11416930). I paid £21.54 to cover this. I carefully weighed and measured the parcel. It as delivered and then out of the blue I was charged a further £64.60 on my credit card without my prior authorisation and no advance notice (in excess of the value of the parcel). Parcel Monkey refuse to refund the money and say the onus is on me to provide evidence of the size and weight of the parcel, nothing in the booking process said that I should keep such evidence. They claim the parcel was a few centimetres bigger than I measured which results in the charge being four times the original estimate!! The follow up with their customer services dept has been slow and unhelpful. They claim that they cannot even speak to their customers on the phone. It has been an appalling experience. They take your money without your approval and side with the courier company if there is any dispute. DO NOT USE THEM. I will continue to pursue this.

Booked evari parcel, it more expensive than evari website and didn’t give me QR code to print label in-store. Not impress and won’t use parcel monkey again.

Collection guy went to the farthest entrance because he couldn’t park closer and I had to walk a long distance to reach him. He was not a welcoming guy as well. I still didn’t hear that the parcel has been delivered which is taking longer than expected!

Used Parcel Monkey to send a bicycle with Parcelforce. Paid £46 plus an extra £12 for insurance. Bike box collected with no problem and then delivered no problem. 2 weeks after delivery informed that I shall have an extra £124 deducted from my debit card because the box was too large. Ok if it is charge me a proportionate amount more, but an extra £124...a total cost to send a bike of £180 to deliver a bike less than 100 miles...I would have driven it there. Total rip off, extremely poor communication, Parcel Monkey just invoiced me, no link to sort the issue out. Shall never use Parcel Monkey, never recommend and the same for Parcel force. Must say have better customer service with Evri...who would have thought.

Item was international delivery , UK to Oz , arrived same day I landed did ask for it to be arrive day after but luckily somebody was at home !
Picked up on the 2/6 for dispatch , from private address arrived 7/6 to private address .

Recipient not advised of parcel ETA/progress, even though their phone number was provided. Now has a 40 min journey to retrieve the parcel from a DPD location. What is the point in providing the details if they are not used? Otherwise, parcel would have been received within a good timeframe.

The worst ever courier service. Have paid for collection but still waiting for one week. The tracking details do not change, don’t give any phone number to contact. Robot is on chat and every time I put tracking number it disconnects. If this is not collected by end tomorrow I want my money back. The tracking number or order number is H03E8A0000261288

I genuinely think this service is a scam. No one came to collect my package. I rescheduled twice and nothing yet. I was home all this time, waiting for someone to come, and the dodgiest thing is they tell you not to contact the courier directly - maybe because theyve never been booked or heard of parcel monkey in the first place?
