I didnt receive any notifications of pickup or dropoff but I got my refund so the package must have been delivered.
As the package was being picked up from another location, some basic comms would have made it a 5Star.

I’ve asked for the money back ! Was f##ked about by Courier ! So went and got it Friday night !! You service is hard to state due to Courier !!!! Not paid back yet !!!!

Took long for parcel force to deliver. Suppose to be 48 hour service but it took them 96 hours to deliver. Not happy with them this time.

I paid for the fastest service to the USA. 2 - 4 days as the recipient was leaving the state. It took 5 hours to get my shipping labels ans so my parcel could not be sent on the 1st day. I was assigned a new booking number and this caused tracking issues. I was unable to track at all. On day 4 I went online with customer service to track and they said theyd be in touch. I received an email on day 5 saying it would arrive on day 7. It was received the next day on day 6. Very luckily, my recipient had been delayed moving so it worked out in the end.

The contents were totally smashed to pieces. We carefully wrapped and protected the contents as described by the carrier. We put FRAGILE on the wrapping paper. Will never use Fedex again. Shocking!

Customer support is total pants! I was informed that one of my parcels was being returned (the carrier could not find an industrial estate near Bristol!). I was offered the opportunity to collect from the PM depot in Southampton. I accepted this, but have never been given the address of the depot! half a dozen request for the relevant address have met with stonewalling and sheer incompetence. I have used PM extensively for several years and customer service has never been great. However, this one takes the biscuit.

We have used Parcel Monkey for our business for the last couple of years, spending ££££s with them. We have never had an issue, but suddenly, almost every other parcel is now receiving Surcharges, some up to the value of £124, for a surcharge!! All of the parcels we send our EXACTLY the same and packaged EXACTLY the same, so if these were legitimate surcharges then they would be on every parcel! We have tried numerous times to contact them regarding this, but they completely ignore us!! We can only assume they are making up for lost earnings!

The parcel was impossible to track once it left UK. I paid for 3-8 day delivery, it took longer which was worrying as I couldn’t track it. But it did get there

My parcel collection was cancelled without my knowledge. I received no notification and no refund. I am trying to rescheduled the collection but it has been two days and the courier is yet to reply.
