On time to collect and return

Excellent value and arrangements for parcel collection but selected courier EVRI delivered the parcel in a hidden part of the recipients garden but failed to leave any note or message to say where it was. Took 3 days before I was asked to contact courier and told the parcel had been delivered. Fortunately no loss or damage to contents.

I sent a parcel to Malta from the UK and it reached its destination within 5 days. Usually I send items by Royal Mail and it can take 2 months. Its worth paying the additional charge and I recommend this company,

Wanted to send some tiles back to a warehouse, I paid £100 for parcel money to take these tiles and pay for extra protection. Three major issues with this service: 1. They picked up the tiles that were on a pallet outside my house 24 hours later than their original planned pickup (i paid for a next day freight). This meant I had to call their team on several occasions to find out what was going on 2. When the courier eventually came the next day, he returned all my tiles smashed probably by the way he off loaded them from his Van or that he didnt securely put them into his van. This meant that Yourtiles were unable to process any refund on the £300 plus worth of tiles I was returning and the whole experience was terrible 3. When I tried to get some compensation from Parcel Monkey on this issue, they were quick to point out that Tiles are not covered as part of their protection Thanks for wasting my time Parcel Monkey, will never use you ever again!

Easy to fill in the declaration and dropped off at local post office. Took 10 days to reach destination in Australia. Very happy with whole experience

I was suprised to find several options that were cheaper than sending my parcel by Royal Mail. As Royal Mail were still experiencing major difficulties due to the cyber attack, I was happy to find a better way to send my parcel to the USA. It was fairly simple to arrange on line, easy to drop the package off at our local drop-off point, and the parcel arrived at its destination in 5 days - 14 days faster than the last parcel I sent by mail. Excellent service, will use again.

Excellent online instructions & clear directions on where to take to post. Unfortunately the hubs aren’t always updated & we had to go to two places until we found one that was taking packages. Overall excellent & will definitely use again.

I went to 3 different Courier drop off points and 2 were had stopped the service but showed open on your site. The third one was only for Express parcels and the fourth one (not on the map) took it in.

i dropped a parcel on the 24th and 7 days later i cannot get a definite answer if the parcel is lost or delayed, just kept in the dark and wondering what has happened

The delivery took place within expected time frame, but what was more impressive was that after “delivery” I realised that on the printed label I had given the wrong house number, and you were very quick to respond to my concern.
The problem was resolved by my daughter (recipient) visiting neighbour to retrieve parcel, however, I could see that had that not been the case you were ready to help.

i weighed and sized my parcel properly (as i have done many times before) but at the delivery end courier "claimed" it was 1kg overweight (im disputing) no pics or proof, now p/m want an extra 21 quid!!!! no chance...ill stick with parcelforce from now on

Awful. I have used Parcel Monkey for my business. In the last 6 months I’ve just had issue after issue with them. Initially I took it to be my own fault. Even bought new weighing scales and checked and rechecked every parcel. They take additional funds, stating the parcel was a different size, therefore the ‘volumetric weight’ was different. They then added charges onto the parcels once the parcels are delivered (and opened!) My parcels are soft so can be ‘changed’ to whatever size they can squeeze it into. I haven’t got a chance when they state the length is suddenly shorter and the height higher! Which they then say equates to an additional £20 charge (after paying £40+ already). They blame Parcelforce but I don’t believe it is the case. Some sort of scam behaviour is going on. If you want to use ParcelMonkey you’ll need to photograph everything - weight, size but if they can change the ‘volumetric’ weight you can not prove anything. Not worth using them. They cheat and lie and give excuses that let them do whatever they like. Go straight to the shipper. In the long run it’ll save you money. And stress. Customer service is terrible.
