Took 5 days to arrive, not bad due to customs, theyve did it in 4. 3rd time I used them this year, all good. Theyre also cheaper than other comparison sites. Use Parcelforce, cheaper and more reliable than DCP

Two days running no collection with Courier, they are trying for a third day. Happened last month with another collection they booked. Easier to book easier with courier directly.

The parcel for collection and delivery contained a 55 inch television in a purpose built, double walled, well packed box for a 55 inch television. The courier was Parcelforce. The television was delivered to the delivery address upside down in packaging box which readily identified the top from the bottom of the product, as packaged. Parcelforce are not legally accountable for the smashed and bent over screen as the arrangement was made through Parcel Monkey. In turn, Parcel Monkey have failed to respond to my complaint and report of the matter. The consumer must ask that if the delivery of of parcel, heavily marked with “Fragile” tape is delivered in the fashion witnessed, just how was the parcel of this 55 inch television handled when unsupervised by the consumer. Don’t use Parcel Monkey. Some may suspect that they act to give impunity from responsibility from any courier the consumer decides to use via Parcel Monkey, who in turn, don’t respond to complaints.

Parcel Monkey are a shambles. Tried to send a parcel to Turkey, they attempted delivery, recipient not there, parcel was sent to their nearest depot but made no communication with recipient. By the time PM had contacted me re failed delivery the time had run out and it was returning back to England ???????????? Rubbish service don’t waste your money like I did

Shocking company- stole additional funds by claiming a parcel was bigger than we sent We requested via email that this is disputed with the couriers but since they stole additional funds they have ignored all emails Also upon checking there website - for the parcel size they claim we sent the difference in price is £2.30 This a scam parcel booking company with disgusting non existent customer service Shame on you your thieves

Its easy to have a parcel collected from ones home/office and delivered elsewhere, and every courier company does so. However, the reverse procedure (setting up a collection FROM a customer in order to deliver it here) is generally much less straightforward, but Parcel Monkey made it very easy. The details and parcel label were accessible to my customer, and the package was collected on time. Highly recommended.

Customer service is shocking, non existent. Not willing to deal with any issues just standard robotic, scripted responses. In a time critical industry they show no urgency or willingness to fix problems that occur regularly

False advertising of the service they offer. Told me it would be collected next day by DX and wasnt. Spoke with DX and they say they can never collect next day and that Parcel Monkey shouldnt promise that. 8 days later I still have the parcel and its not been collected. Lots of reviews online saying that refunds never arrive. CEO has seen my LinkedIn messages but is refusing to reply. As are all his minions on there too. Customer service is useless, just pedal lies and miss-information. Spoke directly with the courier company who say its always the same with Parcel Monkey and that they recommend no one should use them.

My customer said that she stayed on to receive the parcel/ Only to be told that they had tried to deliver and no-one was in. the parcel was then redelivered 2 days later .

Purchased a drop off service for one of our customers mobile phones for repair through their UPS service, 10 days later our card is charged for £79 for extra charges, for a box thats no bigger than 6 x 13 x 15cms and with a total weight of less than 300 grams, and they are saying UPS registered the parcel as 154cm x 79cm x 10cm for a mobile phone, and the weight remained unchanged. If a package was this size surely the weight would be much heavier, Parcel monkey can see what the size of the phone is why would we have such a big size, its crazy that they charged us an additional £79 and trying to speak to anyone to get sense out of this is impossible.

Paid for shipping, parcel was collected. Next day, I had a message saying that the address wasnt right. (Turns out my address is outside DPDs delivery zone for that service (even though it says "Air service"...) I immediately worked this out, and asked PM to either make the parcel available for another courier or to ship it back, as it was time sensitive, and I still had time to get a courier to get it to me before I needed it. PM left me waiting for a week, then asked for £42 extra for air service - I declined and asked for the parcel back. 2 weeks after this, I get it back, with the outright lie that I had not provided a valid address - in the same recorded chat stream where they confirm that the address was fine, but I need to pay more for air service!. Im now taking PM to the small claims court for breach of contract. Absolutely useless.

Brilliant service so easy measure get weight and apply, price in seconds print labels including customs paper work. Pay and get collected the next day from home. In Australia delivered in a week. what more could ask and so simple to do.

Totally the worst courier company, and Ive used most of them. Booked a service via PM with DX. Promised next day collection on the Thursday. Late on Thursday DX called to confirm booking for the Friday. So the next day collection didnt happen, and its DXs process to call and confirm and book in for the following day, so PM knew it would never be collected the following day. DX confirmed that PM didnt send the booking to them until around 24 hrs after I booked it. DX didnt collect on the Friday, or the following Monday. PM rebooked for the Tuesday promising collection on the Tuesday. Call from DX on the Tuesday to confirm collection on Wednesday. So nearly a week late. Its 4pm on Wednesday and no sign of DX collecting yet. Customer services are worse than useless. Chocolate teapot springs to mind. Making false promises that DX say can never be done with them, refuse to compensate me for my losses and loss of reputation with this customer. Its been a nightmare and they simply dont care. They make false representations about the service you are buying, wont help correct it and wont compensate. Im not going to let this go, if I have to take it legal then I will.

You took my money for DPD to collect my non functioning Swan Mircowave. They turned up at the wrong address. DPD did not want to know! If you knew that a parcel was about to be collected, would you be out! I think you DPD, EURI and Parcelmonkey are a complete waist of time. I have already posted my thoughts on Trust Pilot and have had a few views. Tell me how one contacts you to get a refund. To date I can not. All this happened in January, all most all of it.
