I have used parcelmonkey for several years, the few times I have had to contact them for a claim it has been a massive hassle but more fool me, I continued to use them. Now I have had two emails to say they have charged me £65 on one order and £75 on another order due to the size being wrong. The sizes I entered were correct and if there was a slight discrepency, these surcharges are ridiculously high. No phone number to reach parcelmonkey. I have contacted them about both orders in their messaging system and have no reply from either. I have gone into my settings to remove the saved bank card to prevent them charging me any more and there is no way to access and remove the saved card from my settings. The only option is to "go nuclear" and cancel the card with my bank. I will never use parcelmonkey again and strongly advise anyone reading this to look at alternative providers. If you have any problem with parcelmonkey, you will regret ever using them.

Never will i use Parcel Monkey again, i sent a parcel to Austrialia, two small necklaces in a large letter in gift boxes. Size of the letter 22 x 17 x 3cm. They then charged me an extra £9+ saying the dimesions were incorrect, i asked for the couriers dimensions and was given 76cm x 56cm x 26cm, for two small necklaces!!!!???? All i was told was to provide proof of dimesions, weight etc, that was on 30th Jan, i responded but nothing since. So i called parcel force, spoke to a lovely lady who was willing to help a little, she confirmed that the dimensions given by parcel monkey were incorrect, and they had in fact a large letter size, not a parcel, in their system. Parcel Monkey i think are charging people and saying it is the courier, when you try to query it, you get no response at all, no phone number to ring, daylight robbery. Never again, I use another courier instead, much nicer, can talk to them and they dont help themselves to extra money out if your account without permission for false reasons.

I had arranged a collection from one company to another. The goods were ready and in the area as suggested. I assumed all had gone well, however the goods were never recieved. When i checked the tracking details it said confirmed other when i checked with the collection customer the goods were still there. When i tried to speak to parcel monkey i was passed from person to person, i was put on hold in total for over an hour , the call died several times (not my end) in the end i gave up as i was 1hr 20 into the call and still had not properly spoken to anyone - do not use they are rubbish!

I was frustrated trying to fill in the details re customs codes and such or even recipients address abroad (post code/spelling of street names). That could be better explained.

Not impressed with this courier Co. I paid for the 7 day service to deliver a gift parcel to Australia for my sisters 50th birthday. Was collected on the 31st January and stated it was to be delivered on the 7th February. Her birthday was the 8th February...as of now it has still not arrived! (10th) I have been tracking on the website and it is still stating "exported" ...it has not even arrived in Australia yet!!! Poor!

My parcel to Uganda was picked up as promised - I was worried about the effect of strikes by postal workers in the UK. Neednt have worried - quick delivery and in time for Christmas - to a rural address well away from the big cities in the country. Perfect. Well done Parcel Monkey!

The service I selected and paid for was Parcelforce Global Priority Drop Off. Emphasis on the "Priority" part, yet anything but! It has been travelling since the 17/1/2023. It is now 9/2/2023 and it is listed as being in the Netherlands, with no other updates. Parcelforce will not deal with the issue, redirecting me to Parcelmonkey, whose response is always "weve contacted the provider, we will update when we have news". HOW MUCH LONGER??? Its been more than 3 weeks now! I dont know where the parcel is, why was it delayed, where its going and when it will get there. Thats an unacceptable situation and Parcelmonkey acting like a broker does not help at all!

I was charged £64.40 additional charge taken from my account for apparently incorrect dimensions. Contacted Parcelforce to ask what was wrong with the weight and dimensions they said nothings been highlighted their end. Awaiting a response from parcel money but I paid £22 to send my original parcel which was a painting weight 8kgs and they emailed to say they have taken another £64.60 from my bank which my bank is unable to stop. 100% avoid this company, they don’t have a contact number to get in touch. Awful. Parcel late on paid for service. Also paid for protection insurance. Two small pieces of machinery. One arrived with a smashed screen. The other had hit the ground with enough force to snap two thick metal rails in several places. Because I used these monkeys, I cannot make a claim through dpd and had to use them. After a lot of chasing, my claim was rejected because the photos of the box do not show damage. I’ve sent very clear photos of the damage, but dpd will not recognise the PM tracking number. The only thing these guys are good for is to use the site for a comparison and then order directly from the courier, so you have proper recourse. Very disappointed

These people are THIEVES. They messed up my original order and when I placed it again for them to get it right, they messed it up AGAIN! To add insult to injury, they ignored all of my messages to either correct the mistake or refund me my money. So, I had to go to a different company and pay AGAIN to send my parcel, while they ILLEGALLY hold on to my money since they didnt provide the service I paid for. If you want the job done and value your money, AVOID AVOID AVOID this company.

Today I booked in 2 parcels as normal - both were cancelled by you as they were "over £75 in value" (despite me paying the extra insurance and them both being less than £200) Also Parcelforce have claimed we sent a 12kg parcel not a 4.3 kg one - and without notice you tried to take a fine out of our credit card - it was rejected and so you have suspended the account. So I cant re-book the other parcels in and you have us down as non payers, and I suspect that our parceforce parcel has been mixed up with another. This is not the way to deal with issues - normally you are better than this.

Really good experience. My only issue was Post Office have no printer for labels. If this was possible it would be very very helpful

Difficult to book; price rose during booking process. Customs declaration difficult to fill; no agreed deliver by date on conformation. No indication that 3 copies of customs declaration would be needed at dropoff

Missed collection and paid extra for this service. Damaged goods I was informed. Tracking not live. Goods then advised had been returned to eBay sender and not me the buyer. No compensation for poor service, delivery and also out of pocket for the goods I purchased and paid for courier delivery. I was advised I should have paid additional insurance to cover against damages. I dont even have the goods to see how damaged? Staff responses slow - they blamed the courier. OVERALL HIDEOUS SERVICE AND VERY COSTLY EXPERIENCE! Will not be recommending or using!

Fast delivery from the UK to the USA but as usual with Parcel force their tracking system is rubbish. The day after the parcel was delivered their tracking told us it was still in US customs awaiting release.

The package was delivered to your collection point, Booze Stop, in Aylesbury on 1 February 2023. The person in the store did not appear to know what he was doing and did not provide any receipt. We paid for next day delivery. The package was not collected until 3 February 2023 and not delivered until 7 February 2023.
