Disgusting service, did not deliver my parcel, four weeks and still not refunded the cost of the lost/not delivered item plus the postage of which I paid additional insurance. I have tracked this from day one, constantly messaging them fir an update, there is no telephone number, when you go through the message system, they do not answer your questions, just offer an empty apology, do not apologise just refund what you did not deliver/lost, they have ignored my six requests for the names of owners of the company and contact details. ATROCIOUS ATTITUDE AND NO MORALS!!!!!

No phone number, email replies take 24hrs. I sent a parcel to spain, it went through customs ok but was never delivered, my friend and I both received emails stating he (the friend) refused to pay the customs fee and it was to be returned to their office (300miles away) my options are to pay £25 to have it delivered to me, destroy it or drive and pick it up. They cant produce a copy of the signed form my friend would of had to of signed to return it because it doesnt exist but they after 24 hours consideration they simply resent me the origional email saying they side with the company who tried to deliver. I know parcel monkey dont actually deliver the parcel, but given there is no evidence they signed to return it and i have sent emails from my friend stating this, they take the easy (free) path and side with the agent, rather than with their own customer....(rant over)

I used Parcel Monkey to ship two parcels. None of them arrived. Neither the receiver, nor myself, received any type of notification or message regarding the status of the parcels and/or chance of redelivery. We were not contacted whatsoever until I received an email from them informing me the parcels where being sent back. After enquiring and requesting a refund, all they said is they were sorry and to please pay for posting it back to me. For all I know the parcels never left. What a scam of company. Would not recommend it to anyone! Very disappointed most of all for their lack of professionality and help when dealing with my complain.

After ordering a next day collection for my 2 parcels, they failed not once, not twice but 3 times to collect the parcels. Absolutely ridiculous the support was abysmal with generic replies and no communication or help with the matter. I had to take 3 days off work!! I will be finding somewhere else a bit more reliable than parcel monkey

I will never use Parcel monkey ever again. This is the worst service i have ever received. I wish it was possible to rate below 1 star. The service i received was worst than zero. What also make this service more awful is that they have bad bad customer service support team with little or no knowledge about their role. I attempted to send a parcel containing some items to my sister in Ukraine from the UK. My parcel was returned as I included prohibited item (A perfume) to the parcel, which i was unaware about. I completely accept their policy. Along with my returned parcel, I receive a note from the vendor informing me that i am due a refund of my money except for a £20 handling fee/charge. This note i believe explained how to go about claiming some of my money back. I lost the note. About 2 weeks after my parcel was returned, I had an additional charge of £6.49 taken from my account without my consent. They claimed that parcel was "laser scanned for precise measurement and volumetrically calculated by the carrier". Their out of touch customer support team ask me to provide a picture of my parcel sent ( I already rebooked and shipped parcel). I also contacted Parcel monkey out of touch customer service team about my refund and was initially informed that i do not qualify for one as i included a prohibited item as with my parcel. I requested to be informed about their complaint policy to enable me escalate the case to the appropriate body. Another out of touch member of their customer service team then responded that "We are pleased to offer you a refund of £40.39". This is around £8 less than what i was expecting. I requested for a breakdown to why refund is less than what i expected and also asked about their complaint policy. Their out of touch member of their customer service team responded by answering a question totally different from what i asked. I am very disappointed with this service and I WILL PROBABLY NOT USE PARCEL MONKEY AGAIN.

The worst Delivery Service ever, my parcel is stolen/lost, even havent left the UK international Hub, unfortunately already almost 3 months past, parcel is very expensive, 460 pounds in total, service is terrible. Not confident staff are working there, no investigation, no information, I even provided them with invoices and bank history to prove my purchase, still nothing is done. Please, guys dont use this service.

I have always used parcel monkey, but l am very disappointed as my sister has been charged for the first time. I had no idea Courier would do such a thing. Do you they have hidden fees that your customers are not aware of? I have a receipt to prove it.

Took a bit long and sometimes A delay before knowing the destination on tracking. Then again there was a tracking log placed a day early before so stating the parcel arrived on March 10 when it was still only March 9

I was outraged to receive a demand for €17:50 for customs charges and handling charges for this package containing gifts for my grandchildren in France. The total value of the gifts was £30 and I had filled in the required customs form following dpd instructions. On closer investigation out of all the items within the package that they charged for was a child’s colouring book, valued at £1:50. This was patently wrong, but I had to pay the charge or the package was going to be returned to me at my expense. Please Parcel Monkey, get this sorted.
