Great, swift and slick service. Easy to follow details. Maybe not the cheapest courier but I am happy to pay that little bit extra knowing my parcel is delivered safely and quick. UK to Bahrain in 3 days. Impressed and would recommend.

Well priced. Both collection & Delivery through DHL were prompt & informative. We were even given 1 hour collection and delivery slots

Simple enough to use however courier charged me extra £1.52 because a crochet blanket I sent was weighed in at 7kg instead of 1.4kgs (clearly impossible). The problem is as it is 3rd party there is no clear complaint route. The courier probably adds fees knowing it is too much work to complain for £1.52. I sent a different parcel at Christmas and it arrived damaged. Whilst those items were low value, again there was no clear way to complain. Bottom line, go direct to a courier or use the post office. It is clear that using a third party to utilise the service is detrimental to the customer experience.

Collection between 0900 - 1700. 1730 no collection contact customer services by email: Parcel Monkey "ok pls wait until 1800 then come back to us if no luck" 1800, no collection. "Parcel monkey no courier" PM "Ok good to hear, if you have any concerns please contact us" Me "What? it has not been collected" PM "OK we will pick up tomorrow between 0800 - 1900" Me "So I paid for a next day service that I am not getting?" PM "we apologise on behalf of the courier"

Most unhappy right now. Paid £19.85 to send a parcel containing a return of perfume to Bulgaria (a fake perfume copy - ripped off) to get a refund from said company. Paypal recommended me using Parcel Monkey. Filled out the customs label, entering the perfume description from the drop down box, along with the customs code from HMRC for sending perfume to Bulgaria. Parcel paid for on the Parcel Monkey website. Parcel labelled correctly. Collection arranged for the next day by DPD - all good up to this point. When the parcel arrives at Parcel Monkey, they email to say that the parcel is being held as it contains perfume & cannot be shipped to Bulgaria, as it is prohibited. I can either pay £12 (on top of the £19.85) to have it delivered back to me or they can destroy it for me, on site. Now stuck between a rock and a hard place with a second company ripping me off. Why allow you to enter all that information without telling you that it is prohibited? Why is it on the HMRC website giving you the customs code for perfume to Bulgaria, if it cannot be shipped? When I ask various questions like why does your system not pick this up/refuse your order, I am told that it is my responsibility to check prohibited items before sending the parcel. When I ask where is the prohibited list for a customer to check, I get directed to a list that is nowhere obvious in the first place when making your order. Struggled to find this info anywhere on their website looking for it myself until they direct me to it. It is nowhere obvious. So now, I have paid to date: £60 for fake perfume £19.58 freight to return the perfume to Bulgaria for a refund So I will need to waste a total of £91.58 to get the perfume back (to be at square one) or waste £79.58 to have them destroy the parcel. As you can imagine, I am furious!

I received this massage Wednesday 24 February at 5.26am about a parcel which I posted couple of days before. It seemed so genuine,with Royal Mail logo and telephone number(+447375770538) I complied, but later I realised that it was scam.
They have taken all my personal and bank detail. I do not understand how they knew I posted a parcel just a few days ago.

Quick, efficient service. Only thing I had to do was enter 2 parcels as separate orders as when I entered them under one order there werent as many options, even though I used the same carrier. Good value for the pickup from your door service.

Printing of Label I have now waited over 50 minutes for the print a label action on my computer. To enquire why this is taking so long their chat site has had a permanent number of 22 people on chat. It is impossible to arouse any response. Payment has been made, however its impossible to obtain any information for the delay. Its a very poor way to treat customers. I shall cease to use this compsany. I do not recommend Parcel Monkey

They provided 5 shipment labels with the same tracking number.I sent tracking to customers. It is easy to imagine that all 6 shipments according to the tracking number provided was signed by one recipient. Of course, the other 5 customers after checking the tracking number requested a refund.Parcelmonkey customer service totally ignored my messages. Unfortunately, I would never think that you need to check tracking-numbers on each label that is generated by their system. Totaly ignorants.AVOID!!!! at any costs

Useless company, Do not use. Parcel is currently 2 Days past its delivery date and not an update in sight. This company resells services without any method of communication other than email?? My response was to wait for 24 hours for an update to be relayed to me: "Apologies, unfortunately, we only communicate with the couriers through email as we dont have a call centre yet. Rest assured, the soonest we hear from the courier, we will advise you" Jesus, just go direct with the delivery company next time, keep away from these guys.

Great service, I used Parcelforce 24 at a very reasonable price for a large heavy parcel. Didn’t get there in 24 hours but it arrived the next day so was happy with that. Will definitely use again.

I got some estimates from the website,
Packed my item, measured and weighed it then paid on-line and printed the delivery label.
Took it to my local Post Office and it arrived 2 days later.
All very straightforward and competitive pricing.
