This is the second time my parcel delivery has taken over a month to get delivered despite paying for an express service. Customer service is dire. Cant seem to resolve even the smallest problem. Do not waste your time or money

Tried to get Hermes to pick up an 8kg parcel from home. A complete waste of time. Used Parcelmonkey instead and delighted with service. Using Parcelmonkey was cheaper than going direct to courier. Excellent service and will happily recommend to others.

In these frustrating Brexit times getting a parcel into Europe from the UK was never going to be straightforward but at least Parcel Monkey had links to the governments interminable lists of second-hand or new socks! and what each was worth!! The only hiccup was when the parcel was taken to the Post Office for dispatch and as per PM instructions the customs form was in a clearly marked envelope taped to the outside of the box. The lady in the PO insisted that the customs form be taken out of the envelope and stuck directly onto the box (where everyone and his wife could see the contents) otherwise she said "they" would not bother to look inside the envelope theyd just send the whole box back.

Our parcel sent to Las Vegas in USA arrived in 3 or 4 days - much faster than a previous experience. We have recommended Parcel Monkey to others in our family.

Whole experience terrible: 1) Got charged twice 2) Part of my item was lost - (parcelmonkey just sub-contract to 3rd party courier firms) 3) The part was then supposedly found and delivered at a later date, but what was delivered was something completely different. 4) When I tried to get a resolution the 3rd party courier firm says this has to be done via parcelmonkey. Parcelmonkey DO NOT have any telephone support so has to be done via an online form. SO far I have received no response from parcelmonkey or even an acknowledgement they are looking into it. The delivery was a part for a job so the delay has meant ive suffered reputational damage from a customer who is now being delayed and I am financially out of pocket as a result. Absolute rubbish customer experience, first and only time using these cowboys.

I sent a large, heavy item via Parcel Monkey with Parcelforce as they provided the best price. Parcelforce collected the item on the day specified but with no indication of a collection time. The recipient contacted me after delivery with photos of a severely damaged parcel, it looked like Parcelforce had trashed it en route which resulted in parts missing.
I contacted Parcel Monkey and had a quick response, filled out their claim form and within a couple of days I was refunded the full amount of money that I was claiming for. I was really surprised as I wouldnt have had much hope of getting compensation from these companies but very pleased. I would use Parcel Monkey again but avoid any links to Parcelforce in the future.

I have used ParcelMonkey for a while and brought many new customers to them, but unfortunately at the first opportunity of actually needing them to help they were nowhere to be seen. I have proof that the parcel was collected via CCTV footage and a receipt from the driver to confirm the collection yet after a very drawn out process I just received a copy and pasted message to say that my claim was unsuccessful, even though I jumped through every hoop they asked me to over many weeks. Overall, yes, theyre cheap - but for a reason.

Sent a parcel 2.5kg , weighed at the post office, then they send you an email saying it was overweight from the USA! Totally rut claim as the post office accepted it when it was handed over. If it weighed 3.5 kg as the said it did then the post office would not have accepted the parcel with its stated weight of 2.5kg. Totally lost faith in this company!

IF YOU HAVE A RETURN, THE PARCEL DOES NOT GET RETURNED TO YOURSELF, IT GETS RETURNED TO PARCELMONKEY, THEN THEY CONTACT YOU TO GET YOUR PARCEL RETURNED. ILLEGAL. use another reputable company, there are many out there. PLUS THEY CHARGE YOU FOR THE PRIVILAGE AND IT IS MORE THAN THE ORIGINAL COST OF POSTAGE, eg £11.99 original postage, parcelmonekey return costs £13.99 + vat = £16.79

Have had a terrible experience with the delivery of this parcel with Parcel Force. They have taken it out for delivery 2 days on the trot and been no where near the delivery address. I am awaiting a load of excuses from the Belfast depot but nothing from them yet. I will be complaining to Parcel monkey for such a lousy service. I paid for 48hr delivery not a week!

Unfortunately a parcel had an estimate time for collection between 2-3pm. Had to use the online chat at 5pm to say it hadn’t been collected, to be told could be up to 6pm. Then at 6pm was told to wait till 6.30pm. This parcel was for a delivery tomorrow. Online chat informed me they had rescheduled for tomorrow, unfortunately having had to wait in all afternoon I couldn’t take the following day off work. Chat sorted the cancellation and my request for a refund should be done in 3-5 days.

I have used their services in the past and was not dissapointed, I am a foreign student studying in the UK and was trying to move back home, I had two parcels on with my clothes and one with my monitor. My parcels were stopped in the french border and I was charged with a duties tax charge(a big one at that, keep in mind I am a student I do not have a steady income). I tried communicating with parcel monkey and they have made it hard as physically possible. Their UK office has only email support tickets and no live chat, They threw all the blame to the company they used for my parcels which is DPD which funny enough DPD claims that any change for the parcel are Parcel Monkeys fault. My support ticket has been left unresolved and the time for me to pay the charge is running out. I personally blame Both companies hence the writing of this review for parcel monkey.Though I understand that Brexit played a role in this charge, There was no attempt to comminicate this possibility before hand or have a warning when filling out the Parcel Monkey forms , nor it makes sense for my personal belongings which I have purchased years ago which have more sentimental value than anything be charged like that. I would not reccomend using them to send parcels abroad or vice versa. Please for your sake stay awake from them.

This was the first time Ive used Parcel Monkey, having been recommended by a colleague. The booking process was simple to do and the parcel was collected on the day advised. It was delivered the following day, again, as promised. My only gripe is that I wasnt given any indication of time of collection, so had to take a chance that Id be in when they called. Fortunately, I was.

I used Parcels 2 Go a few times before but had such bad service, the last parcel was returned to me 6 weeks later with no explanation so sent it again with Parcel Monkey.... no problems, will be using again
