I run a small mail order business and have been using Parcel Monkey for a few years now. I tend to stick with the Parcel Force options for UK deliveries and recently have been using UPS for overseas and find both services have been excellent. This is not to say the other services may not be good. I just prefer to stick with those that I have used before. No complaints from me. Keep up the good work!

Online booking system easy.
I use it mainly for sending abroad. All custom forms and labels are complete and only need to be printed.
We select Parcel Force as it is a very competitive rate and makes it through French customs in about 2 working days.
The only annoyance is there is no indication of collection time and this varies to any part of the day.

Sent a parcel using parcel monkey - selected Evri. Despite me double checking size and weight - they claimed it was over and charged me an additional £1.80. Money was simply taken from my bank. Seems to be no way to prove it was within the limits - I had actually put it in as larger and heavier than it was - both rounded up. No response back from Parcel Monkey. Fuming.

I used UPS so i could get my shipment delivered in a day or two, I dropped off my parcel on 28th Mar 2024, but it only got delivered on 5th April 2024, which meant it took 9 days, I could have used the postal service and had it delivered in 4 days, i decided to pay the extra and have delivered in a day or two. I was disappointed because the person receiving it was waiting, and i only found out when i was on holiday, which meant i had to spend time trying to figure out where the parcel was.

After a bad experience with UPS, who were/are subcontracted with Amazon Parcel Monkey delivered a service which was straight forward. Nothing to fault Parcel Monkey for, they did a job UPS shud have did in the first place.

Experience was good for money! I never send any bigger parcels before,
I had some issues with computer and I had to take my boxes on taxi to the warehouse, where they load parcels to big cars.I was impressed by the ladies in the office, very helpful and kind.

Fabulous service from
Parcel Monkey. A parcel sent from the UK to New Zealand which arrived in under a week. Couldn’t fault it. Easy to print off labels and customs paperwork. Dropped parcel at local post office, which I found really convenient. Bravo to Parcel Force too.

Its now been nearly 3 weeks since our "international priority 1-3 days" letter was sent, at a cost of £50 - still not received! Parcel Monkey now havent replied to me for 4 days, despite me messaging every day. The courier wont talk direct since booking was made with Parcel Monkey. So left totally stranded without any information. Much better to book direct with courier, even if it costs more. DO NOT USE, you have been warned!

Is useless, not worth any penny to use this company, just order directly at courier website, parcel damaged, they can do nothing! Its a scam! Ordering directly, with the same price, on courier website, you can claim compensation. Its literally a scam!
