My package was delivered from the UK to the USA. I understood that by booking through parcel monkey all costs and charges were covered in a one time payment to them. At the time of delivery the recipient was asked to pay a $60 cheque for import tax or the item woud be returned to the warehouse. Neither the recipient or sender was informed that there were hidden costs and this was embarassingly sprung on the recipient at the door. Poor service from both parcel monkey and UPS.

Not recommendable. They appear to be cheap but arent. I sent a parcel to Canada and measured it carefully. The courier was Parcel Force. It took 10 days to deliver and they charged me £15.99 after delivery claiming wrong measurements. It was just taken out of my bank account via pay-pal.

After having multiple parcels returned or having incurred charges on parcels with royal mail.
we now use parcel monkey and all parcels have arrived in good time with no customs issues. we use the service to send to the republic of Ireland

Quite amazing the price difference Parcel Monkey makes even when compared to the same carrers own website. PArcels still get to where they need to be. Insurance cover is not very generous though and can get expensive for higher value shipments compared to other carriers. I will still use Parcel Monkey, but choose for what and when carefully.

Really impressed. First time user. Good comparison website. Able to choose Parcel Force which is a known company. Could track parcel every step of the way and it arrived at its delivery stop -Germany, really quickly.

The parcel has not been delivered I have tried many to manage this . Then you suddenly receive this message Steven, Ive checked on your parcel this morning and I can see that after attempting to deliver your parcel without success, it is now on its way back to the sender. We are unable to reattempt delivery at this stage as the parcel is already being returned. Waited in all day on 22/11/24 for a parcel to be collected. No one collected, parcel was for a customer and will now be delayed. This has a negative effect on my business. I will not use this company again.

Simple account referencing and downloading for yearly accounts.
I have had numerous problems over the past few years Ive been using PM UK and every time the issues have been dealt with swiftly - very comforting :)
I send about 2-5 parcels per week worldwide.

I find Parcel Monkey finds best price and system to send parcels to the US. Used it many times with no bad outcomes.

My contract for the delivery of my parcel was with Evri and not Parcel Monkey. However, I have written to you twice complaining that the parcel was delivered two days late and disagreeing with your weight of my parcel for which I was charged an extra £1.89. I explained that the parcel was weighed on Salter scales which were virtually new but to date I have not had the courtesy of a reply. I am not at all impressed with the service I have received and consider it totally incompetent.

The parcel was going to New Zealand from Scotland. The shop I dropped it off at didn’t seem at all efficient not knowing what to do almost! I chose 5 day service,it’s still not arrived after 14

Worst experience ever. Its been a month and a half and they haven’t shipped my package yet. I can’t cancel the order even though they haven’t started shipping it. The customer service takes often over a week to answer.

I will never use Parcel Force again though, they are useless.
