This was the second time in the last couple of weeks I have used parcel monkey to send a package from the UK to the US.
When I took it to the post office to drop it off, I asked out of curiosity how much it would cost with them. Their quote was £20 more without tracking or insurance.
Come on Royal Mail, no wonder you are in trouble.

Parcel Monkey was far more expensive than just going directly through yodel, parcel was delayed which I was not informed of and took 10 days far too long to reach my customer. I had many emails asking for reviews even before the parcel was delivered. So here it is I will not be using parcel monkey a second time.

On of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Avoid at all costs and just book to send your parcel directly through a courier. My package was delayed and so returned to the sender. Parcel Monkey are now holding the package, refusing to return it back to me unless I pay them a fee (greater than the original cost of the shipping), and have stated that my package will be automatically disposed of unless I pay this fee. I have tried contacting them on numerous ocassions over the past three weeks, but they are yet to reply to me. I keep getting told that the returns team are busy. Too busy to reply to a message, but apparently theyve got enough time to automatically dispose of packages. I rarely write reviews, but the incompetance of this company is truly extraordinary. I wish Id simply booked directly with UPS.

I always use Parcel Monkey, I find them very reliable and efficient. Following their system means I always have the right paperwork and so far all of my parcels have reached their destination really quickly.

"Since there are no intermediaries, the service is terrible. I made a shipment through their website, Drop Off and the post office on a Saturday. The website generated a label, but the post office didn’t pick up the box, and I had to take a taxi back home. I sent them emails asking if they do deliveries on Saturdays, and they responded with a generic email chain. Customer service is horrible, and they take too long to reply."

I chose global priority services where it was mentioned that parcel will reach the destination in 5-7 days. It’s been 11 days parcel hasn’t been delivered yet.

this is the best courier platform EVER! Ive always resisted importing from around the world due to issues in our local system, but that has just been pushed aside.....
I order lots of car parts from many suppliers around the world, and this was THE quickest and PAINLESS exercise Ive ever endured......

It was very easy to set up the package details, the contents and the sender/receiver details.
Even better it creates the invoice/customs documents. All went like clockwork.... Including customs clearance

Easy and straightforward to organise a parcel delivery, print own label and dropping it off at the Post Office. I chose Parcelforce which was very efficient.
For my second parcel, I had a little problem with the limited number of spaces to fill in the address and I couldn’t complete it as address was longer so had to go to Parcelforce’s own site to order a delivery which is slightly higher priced. Would have preferred to use Parcel Monkey for the better prices. Please sort out the forms filling, thanks.

The ordering, price and pick up was fine. There was no mention that the recipient in France would have to pay €15 for the package to be delivered with no reason stated. The parcel had not been opened by the French authorities. The contents of the package was well within the declared weight and size. The contents value was accurately described and valued and within the value limits, all accurately declared on the export form that was clearly attached to the parcel. The contents were redirected mail and childrens clothes. I still do not know why the delivery charge was made.

SCAM company!! Do not use!!!! Booked 48 hour pick up delivery it has been rearranged by parcel monkey 5 times!! Ive had to take 5 days off work, stay in all day and print off labels 5 times!! Its an absolute DISGRACE BE WARNED PLEASE DO NOT USE

we send a parcel to Switzerland and they charged afterwards another fee of 7 pounds for when asked way they said box size was bit bigger then we wrote if so that does not put up the price as we tried both sizes and came to the same price so beware of parcel Monkey, as they act like Monkeys

It took 2 attempts to collect when a phone call or email with a 2 hour time slot could have prevented it, The first collection failed when I had stayed in all day only to nip out at 14.50 to school and returned 15.12 to find the collection agent had been at 15.02
