This company seems to be okay if everything goes well. But it soon as it goes wrong (ie Labels arrived late, pickup was late, delivery was late and delivered to a wrong address in the wrong town so is now completely lost and with no true acknowledgement or apology for any of it) you will discover that this company has got no transparency, there are no names attached to the company, they’ve got no email addresses no telephone numbers and no complaints procedure in place. You can only contact them through the portal and if you try to contact them because they messed up, they will either ignore you or only respond with standard pre determined AI type messages. So take the gamble If you want to but please read the one star reviews first, you will see that you will not get any level of customer care and you wont get your money back. I so wish I’d paid that extra few quid and gone directly to the actual courier rather than placing my trust in a bunch of arrogant kids in a make-shift intermediary. Truly, it’s not worth the time, stress and hassle, pay the extra.

We needed to send a parcel to the USA and found that Parcel Monkey gave us the best choice and price for service we wanted. Fairly easy to navigate the website.
All in all, good experience.

Paid for a drop off item to be sent through fedex. Gave all details including weight of 10kg. Also chose the option for barcode scan as I dont have a printer. Received email advising the shop to scan the barcode and they would print off the label. I used the drop locations suggested near me. The first one wouldnt take the package because it weighed over 5kg. The 2nd drop off location suggested couldnt use barcodes or print off postage labels. After spending an hour driving around different drop off locations that wouldnt take my package I gave up and requested a refund. I now have to wait 3-5 working days for my money back.

U cant believe this couier company is responsible for the ness they gave caused for in delivered the parcel to Austria plus they are not investigating the case created plus nor giving me responses as to why and where was the held from 30-6? Not just now they are not refunded me nor compensation are giving plus liability and I dont trust this service at all thy are only after money thats all and same with fraud parcelforce

I sent a return parcel through UPS via parcel monkey, It was a very large heavy parcel worth £950 and it got damaged in transit. UPS updated to say they damaged the goods but partially delivered the item (1 very very small part) but this meant I could not get a refund for the item I was returning. I took out insurance with my parcel and put a claim in straight way, it has been 6 weeks since i made the claim and I keep getting fobbed off and ignored by Parcel Monkey. Worse company I have ever dealt with.

I have used you several times with no issues, on this delivery of 3 packages you managed to deliver 1 of the 3 on time with the other 2 a day later this did cause issues with my customer and meant i had to send another package express. to be fair i think it was the post office that caused the hold up

Parcel still not arrived. It was sent on the 27th of last month with an estimated delivery of three to five days. It is now the 14 th of the following month. Tracking currently states it is with a carrier in destination country

Beware. This company will try to STEAL from you. I posted a parcel from a UPS shop via a booking made and paid for there and then through Parcel Monkey online. The package was weighed and measured by UPS. PM then unilaterally and without warning or permission took additional funds more than a week later from my card. Initially they said this was because the package size or weight was under-declared. It was not. They then changed their minds and said it was a "Saturday Processing Fee" (whatever that might be). The package was indeed booked online, paid for and sent from the UPS store on a Saturday. If the Saturday price was different that ought to have been reflected in the price quoted, agreed to and paid. Instead, Parcel Monkey decided to raid my payment card without permission debiting further funds, although they dont seem quite sure what exactly this was for. This is called theft. Despite demanding a refund, I am sent ludicrous messages on their online chat telling me they are looking in to it and thanking me for my patience. Avoid these clowns. They are thieves.

I booked a pick up for the 7th in the uk my parcel was delivered on the 11 to the USA.
Exceptional service.
The one thing that could be improved is a time slot of pick up am or pm perhaps.

Do not use this service!! My goods were " lost" by the courier back in January. I am still fighting for my compensation now even when the courier company has admitted liability & offered to refund cost of goods. I even paid the additional premium to get a refund of my fee if the parcel did not arrive within the allocated time. My fee has never refunded. After four months of waiting my patience has gone. Now having to refer case to trading standards & use other legal means.

Horrible experience from start to finish. Didn’t tell me about additional charges that may be payable at the boarder otherwise I would have used the post office that offered a cheaper rate with this covered. Ended up paying an additional £80.00 on the other side. Now they’ve just just taken an extra £30.00 stating the weight of my baby carrier was 34kg??? Doesn’t take a genius to work there is an error there. So all in all its cost me £160.00 to ship an item. Ludicrous. Requested a refund for misleading me via the impossible channels of communication…did I get one….i’ll let you figure that out.

My experience went wrong-but! I sent up a parcel send with parcel monkey UK when they came up in a search-never heard of the company-took the parcel to the drop off point-in a newsagent -the system would not accept it-it was urgent so had to find a different way-But I would give parcel monkey 5 stars-I thought that I would not see my money again-sent the contact the problem (seems some drop off points are having to get used to Fed Ex) they asked me if I wanted a refund-I ticked the box-and it was refunded fairly quickly-so feel this was excellent service-was not their fault that the system went wrong at the drop off point (a connect+ location) they simply put it right-so when I am stuck again will go to them-its the ability to put things right when they go wrong in my view that makes it a good company-thats why I give them 5 stars

I send a large or number of very important personal documents to myself from the UK (tracked and recorded to ENSURE safe delivery) as I now live overseas to arrive quickly on the 6th of this month as there are time-sensitive documents inside. They arrived in country over a week ago but have not moved since so I contacted the customer services who looked into it for about a minute and then said oh, they havent moved for a week, wait 25 days and claim from Royal Mail. PATHETIC!! NO care, NO, interest, not a SECOND of trying to help, just get rid of me as soon as possible with the minimum of effort and bother and move on to the next poor sap whos used their service. I cant be bothered, wait and then get a pittance for OUR shoddy work. What a disgraceful joke of a company, Ive learned my lesson, never again, and I would advise others to do exactly the same.
