I used to think sending a package overseas was this whole complicated nightmare, especially with all the Brexit stuff going on. But I recently tried Parcel Monkey and honestly, it was a breeze!
Their website is easy to use, booking a pickup was a snap, and their prices were way better than I expected. Best part? They totally explained the customs paperwork in plain English. No more hours spent feeling like a confused ***** on government websites!
My package made it across the pond to my house in Spain in record time and Ill definitely use these guys again. If you need to ship something internationally, dont stress – give em a try.

Item sent to Ireland 17th April; still not arrived with my customer. ParcelMonkey are allowing ParcelForce to take an ADDITIONAL 2 days to answer us, after weve already waited 2 days! In such hard times where businesses are struggling, all we need is terrible price comparison sites like ParcelMonkey & the Couriers they use alike, messing up deliveries losing small businesses money. Look forward to your reply, acting like you care just to give the impression that youre professional, when youre NOT. AND BEFORE YOU SAY IT

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Weeks after I sent my parcel with a cost of £30 I was contacted by the chat in their website saying Customs held my parcel. They told me I had to pay almost 100€. I refused to pay and then they charged me £20 for the return. Once the parcel got back to the country they charged me another £30 to send it back to my home. And I didnt even recieve it yet after two months. Theres 0 customer service and no one to complain about to. Horrible experience, i lost almost £100 in trying to send something that never got delivered. NEVER USING THIS AGAIN.

The parshal was not delivered. and parshal monkey have yet to tell us it not delivered. The person who was to receive the parshal was not happy either. We will have to re send with a different courier

when it goes wrong with these guys it goes wrong. we use them often but are now going to use one of the other sites for shipping. basically a parcel was shipped to holland , no calling card was left so customer didnt know anything. it was then returned, then when we ask for a refund we are told the shipment was used up and they cant as the parcel was there waiting to be picked up and nothing was picked up. apparently its just to us to monitor tracking. the fact that no card was left doesnt matter.. i would use a different company to anyone wanting to ship

Paid for a 24 hour service, took 48 hours to deliver. Got fined £75 for being in breach of contract with the customer we were delivering to.

The person never picked up the package and despite paying for the collection service never rolled up. Ended up having to drive item to the post office ourselves.

Sent a parcel with them but it was "held". i checked daily on the parcel but PM just told me "it was with DPD". Suddenly parcel monkey message after 2 weeks to give me the reason and they told me i had until the 16th to give them a response for DPD - they told me this on the 16th. Parcel was returned to me and no mention of a refund from PM. I have messaged them, explained everything and now they just dont respond. Absolutely shocking service.

Booking and Collection went well. Unfortunately the two cast iron gratings being sent for repair suffered damage in transit. Not the end of the world as they are being repaired.

My parcel wasn’t collected, the carrier came and said it weighed more than l stated. I told him l used the scale l had at home, he said then the scale must be wrong and if l could take somethings out he would be back the next day to pick it up. He never came back.
