The parcel did not arrive. From the photo and map visible on the delivery record it was sent to clearly the wrong place. My daughter who was awaiting the package has contacted Evri and was told it was being looked into, but if it has still not arrived in 10 days, to contact us as the sender. That time is due to lapse and the parcel has still has not been received and there has been no further updates. Quite unsatisfactory.

I paid for same day delivery. My parcel took 5 days to arrive its destination. I tried calling customer service and an automation replied and was not helpful at all. Very annoying, I hated this service

The box sent to New Hampshire, U.S.A. from North Yorkshire, England arrived in 3 days and in one piece!
Three days! Shorter than a 1st class mailing to the next town via Royal Mail.
And lets not forget it was very clear about how to write in the contents for U.S. Customs.
Im telling all my friends - this is the 3rd year I am using this service to send gifts to family and nothing has gone wrong. Another box is being filled to send next week.

I paid for express 48 hour delivery. I posted my parcel on Sunday. The first delivery attempt was Thursday afternoon! It was eventually delivered on the Friday. Very disappointed. I would expect it to be delivered on Tuesday, or Wednesday at the very latest. I paid over £21 for those service. How do I get compensation?

To be honest the cost of delivery service was so low I was worried about delivery. I paid for 24 hr and it took a little over that but still very impressive and the item arrived unscathed.

Well, not sure really. They offered UPS who are usually good but this time the large heavy parcel/pallet of tiles they contracted to delivery, UPS refused to deliver the last twenty miles. They stated “Damaged”although there was zero damage. The depot manager simply decided after travelling 150 miles through their network he would not deliver due to weight. Impossible to speak to a human to resolve. Was this the fault of PM, UPS OR BOTH!

My parcel was collected by a very polite and helpful man and it was delivered to the recipient the following morning. It was so straight forward. I even found a picture of the parcel at the delivery address when I checked the tracking. I also was given the name of the person who received it.

it is hard to even give them 1 star UPS failed to deliver my parcel so returned to sender which strangely goes back to parcel monkey. 25 days later they still have my parcel after 5 failed attempts for parcel force to collect from them. To make it worst parcel monkey charged me for £20 to pay for the return no phone number to call generic messages sent back to you when you complain or post a report

The experience was very positive and I was able to make the labels quickly and effectively. My only issue was the custom sheet needed to be printed from a computer, could not save as a pdf to take to get printed.

Exactly as it says on the tin, bunch of monkeys. They make up definitions for their t/cs on the fly. ‘Glass’ apparently covers all types of solid perspex and plastic for instance. Not to mention, they apply their own layer of prohibited items on top of all services despite the fact they’re a reseller with no physical inclusion in the logistics process. Regardless of what the standard terms of service are for the couriers they resell services for. UPS has no prohibition of half the items on Parcel monkeys list. But because you’re going through Parcel monkeys half grade website process, you lose basic rights and terms of service. So, what’s the point? The customer service team (particularly Megan (probably an ai)) give little confidence to business customers and help to bottom out the limited business value this company supposedly offers. If your items arrive damaged through this service, despite having paid extra for insurance, you can expect to be left in the cold. Several times over (latest rendition linked). Shucksters

You cannot get a 30KG Parcelforce delivery label for less money anywhere. Around £10 to send a large 30KG box is a fantastic price these days.
