Nice smooth operation as always

When booking the delivery it was never mentioned that additional fees will need to paid by the recipient on delivery. I shipped a parcel to my client who had to pay 37 euros to be able to receive the parcel.

I stayed in all day to wait for my parcel to be collected even missed a medical appointment for nobody to collect the parcel or tell me a reason why the parcel was missed. I paid good money for this parcel to be sent I am waiting today for collection so we will see as customer services confirmed it will be collected today just another day having to stay in

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Parcel Monkey. Despite booking a parcel collection, it was never picked up, and despite reaching out multiple times through their websites live chat, I received no response. After finally managing to cancel the service, there was no apology offered. As a business owner, punctuality and reliability are essential, and Parcel Monkeys failure has reflected poorly on my business. I will not be using their service again and caution others to do the same. It is unacceptable to be ignored and left without any communication regarding the status of my shipment. Additionally, this is not the first time Ive had issues with Parcel Monkey; in the past, I experienced a costly loss of an expensive parcel. Parcel Monkeys lack of accountability and professionalism is deeply concerning.

I was charged £76 extra, without being asked for a £20 parcel. Sent an invoice that this was due to my parcel being the wrong weight. I paid for a 14kg, my parcel they said was under, 10kg. Been 1 week no response from Parcel Monkey. I faced bank holiday weekend, without warning £76 down. Pushing me into my overdraft, for a charge that is wrong.

Shi_t, 4 parcels sent by royal mail parcel forceall samshed to bits, the damage was 100% deliberate as the parts damaged where 5mm thick steel. The chassis was bent and dented, in places sheered off!!!! To claim back I need proof of purchase wt_f......??? Ended up charging more for delivery and doing it myself.

Terrible service, parcel tracking totally incorrect, my package is now stuck in customs for over a week now, (shipped 2 weeks ago). Meant I wasted a flight to Spain, hire car and accommodation. Should have been 3-4 days! Won’t use again

Courier Express slogan is opposite to what they are doing. I paid for my parcel to be delivered to my place for my own convenience and peace of mind but end up collecting the parcel in the Courier depot. I waited the whole day for the parcel to be delivered only to received a message that I missed the parcel as no one is home. They did not even bother to knock nor leave a note, so unprofessional! I paid for their service for nothing!

I dropped my parcel off on Friday but it was not collected from the drop off shop until Monday. After that all went very smoothly, with regular updates and delivery was on time.

Once again a great service. However, we have had an issue with UPS. They slipped up on their procedures meaning we arent sure if the parcel will be delivered. Awaiting more from UPS as they look for our parcel.
The above issue is no reflection on the service provided by Parcel Monkey.

Horrible . They didn’t communicate properly with DPD who stranded by package finally got it back now need to pay again. No refund or anything. Always book direct don’t trust this company ever!

Another straightforward and easy process.
Dropped the package off at my local UPS shop (Bolton) on a Sunday and it was delivered to Ohio on Wednesday - absolutely fabulous service.
