Exceptional service and great communication, I’ve used their services for years but recently had an issue with a Evri courier service, instead of just referring me to just courier site, they wrote and explained the circumstances, I issue was resolved without contacting the courier service itself.. as the shipping company prices goes, they’re just as good as others, but as far as customer services goes, they’re absolutely fantastic.

I sent a parcel to my Grandson. The parcel was taken to the pickup point and less than 24hours later it was delivered safely. Cant get better than that.

I was disappointed with the service this time - usually it’s fantastic. The parcel was dropped off on Monday afternoon so should’ve been picked up Tuesday. However the courier didn’t collect until Thursday and parcel delivered Friday

I use parcel monkey every time i need to post a parcel, absolutely amazing, price is unbeatable, picked up from home, delivery is always without doubt next day, even though it doesnt state at the time it would be next day, without doubt i would never never use another delivery service, if 10 stars were available i would rate 10

Booked a £40 collection and delivery through you from UPS, was supposed to be collected Monday, didn’t turn up, was out when they tried to collect Tuesday as I had rebooked for Wednesday, never turned up Wednesday, then out of the blue turn up Thursday, a almost a week after I had booked the slot

Firstly,I had to leave at least the 1 star, as the system will not let me go further without clicking on it to leave the review. I would have liked to have left no stars at all. I obtained a quote, measured and weighed my item then booked the service. A courier turned up, collected the item and it was delivered to the address. Here comes the rub. circa 1 week later I receive an email from Parcel Monkey stating that I had measured and weighed my item wrongly, and they duly deducted an extra £56 from my account. They even added 50p to process the transaction. I emailed them and requested their evidence, and I have heard nothing since. Do not use this service. Disgraceful

Despite repeated assurances every time we asked about customs, we have still not received the bike we sent to ourseles for our holiday, which is `stuck` in a city over 800 miles from where we are , despite our having filled in all forms that we have been asked to provide. Even the courier is at a loss - having been helpful trying to assist. The situation could not be worse.

Appalling, not sure my parcel has got to its destination as tracking feature still says not been collected from pick up point. It’s been 7 days either it’s still at drop of shop or it’s been lost. Either ways not good!
