I paid 22 to send one parcel on 2nd April. It arrived on time. I then got an email to say they had taken another £76 from my bank as the weight, height and width were wrong which I know were correct. I have been trying to get rebate for 4 weeks, all I get told they were getting in touch with their finance dept. Now they are ignoring me. Dont touch this company they just take extra money from you. I sent a parcel weighing 27kg and was charged £98. Again I say dont touch this company.

Excellent service needed a parcel collected from the Isle of Wight to Republic of Ireland.
I chose which courier/ price/ time I wished to pay for. Downloaded labels, filled in customs forms job done. Whole process to delivery was 4 days. Very pleased.

I booked and paid for a UK same day collection/next day delivery but no one came to collect the parcel. I waited in all day and I was told I should wait until 6pm by which time it was too late to arrange an alternative. I had to spend a lot of money delivering the item myself! Then I was "offered" a refund whcih I had to accept within 14 days! The customer service process is quite possibly the worst I have ever experienced!

Everything went to schedule. Easy booking for a carton to the USA. Picked up when notified. Recipient notified same day and delivered in three days. Fast, efficient, well informed all the way. Thank you.

This was my first time posting a large item which was a bit concerning but it was quite straight forward using this service. I like the idea of them sending me a picture to confirm the parcel reached the destination, good service.

FRAUD! Do not purchase their service!! I paid £230 for shipping my suitcases to be delivered abroad in 5 days. Parcelforce came to pick up but then i never heard back. I started to chase, parcel monkey never gave me any information. They kept telling that they are waiting for an update. I emailed to parcelforce myself to find out my luggages. They were held in their depot and could not be exported somehow. So they returned my luggages after 15 days of purchasing the service. PARCELMONKEY DID NOTHING! ALTHOUGH I GOT THE LUGGAGES BACK, THEY STILL DIDN’T REFUND MY MONEY. I KEEP RECEIVING THE SAME RESPONSE: WAITING FOR AN UPDATE! Obviously, they don’t want to refund! This is ridiculous, their service and communication is the WORST! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

I sent a parcel out with them last week which they damaged. Brought it back today and the driver was still handling the box like it had bricks in it... even though I put several stickers on saying "handle with care" & "this side up" he placed the box in front of me side down.

Ive used this site twice, once to ship a large box to EU another to the US. In both cases I got the best deals I could only dream of using traditional post or courrier and the items arrived quickly to their destination in excellent condition.

I regret choosing the UPS option- the drop-off information is incomplete, drop-off times and days wrong on UPS site. It cost me 20 miles of extra travelling to get to an operational drop-off location. The actual delivery was timely.
