Parcel Monkey is great, instructions clear etc, but some of the carriers leave much to be desired. Evri give you a tracking number, but when you log in, you are faced with a blank page

I delivered the item to the Post Office for collection as directed on 22.03.24. I checked the tracking number yesterday evening to find that the item I had hoped was being delivered in Belgium had been delivered back to an address in Belleek, Northern Ireland. Now it is a Bank Holiday weekend and nothing will be done until Tuesday. Terrible service, absolutely terrible.

The experience was painless, I went online put all the details in they asked for. I was able to print of my labels which was great. I was able to drop it off, get a receipt and my friend had her parcel in two days.
Very happy I will use this service again.

Everything was fine except I made a mistake with the weight of my parcel. Money was taken out of my account without my permission to pay the difference. Not at all happy with this.

Use to compare prices but do not buy shipping with them. As soon as something goes wrong with the shipment its impossible to get any feedback. They are quick to respond initially but only to say they will look into it. After that, I never hear anything back and the courier wont talk to me directly as I booked via a third party. I also received a second invoice on top of the original shipping fee from parcel monkey of over £40 claiming the parcel was oversized. If this was correct then I would be ok with it but they are claiming my 20kg parcel is actually 74kg.....

The parcel was labelled and recorded as having South Korea as the destination country, yet it went twice to Singapore before finally arriving in Korea. Not very impressive, but it did arrive in the end.

Booked an international FedEx priority 1-3 days, with drop-off service. First issue - every FedEx drop off point said that the bar code labels Parcel Monkey emailed werent valid. Called FedEx, they said they would need to rearrange to collect from home since Parcel Monkey produced wrong labels - very inconvenient for me since Im on the road. Now, its been 7 days since FedEx collected from home, and on a 1-3 day priority service it STILL hasnt even reached the destination continent, let alone the correct country. Was only a letter - wouldve been better sticking it in a bottle and chucking in sea !
