No status updates, I have no idea where my parcel is and no one is helping. Please don’t choose them and rather go through an actual courier company even if you have to pay a bit more.

Paid over £55 for a priority FedEx service. Wasted a whole day and lot of petrol taking it to multiple pacel drop off shops to keep being told barcode number was invalid. Dont waste your time or money with these rip off merchants

Parcel was badly damaged (although very well wrapped), products were squashed and had to be thrown; looked as if it had been done intentionally as they were wrapped in hard container. Customer service not interested in dealing with it (parcel not insured). Will not use this service again.

Every delivery the just charge you extra, No discussion just a £1 here, £1 there. Just sent 10 parcels via other curriers and 2 with outfit, I was charged extra on 2 of these parcels guess who???

I have been using Parcel Monkey for more than 5 years, not been disappointed once.
Always best price found for my international parcel.
Good customer service and support.
The only issue is the recipient address field has limited number of letters which is not enough for a foreign address!
Not sure if they can increase that number or is there a rule beyond their control which dictates that.

Your service at parcel monkey has been fantastic you set me up with DPD who where also fantastic at first then the tracking stopped with the same message on the van out for delivery the person receiving the parcel was then contacted and asked to go to a completely different state to pick the parcel up this was poor service I informed him to say no to this as parcel was paid to be delivered to his address

I find Parcel Monkey very useful. I’ve used the site before, and it is easy to use, reliable and a great tool. It is now the first site I check when I want to figure out shipping costs and options. I can highly recommend it!

A great choice of options.
An additional charge was applied to my credit card when the courier weighed/measured my parcel. Given that the contents werent fixed, I suspect they must have moved within the package from when originally packed and measured, resulting in a change to the dimensions. This is a little annoying, but at least the parcel wasnt returned for a whole additional postage cost.

I have sent the parcel to Sweden 10 kg the Second Hand clothes I have sent To my niece, I have paid £45 and when the parcel arrived to Sweden, they ask my sister to pay another hundred euro and they hold my Parcel For more than a month because my sister they don’t have money to pay hundred euro just for nothing and then after one they returned the parcel to my home address this is kind of scamming

Very poor service, only takes the money. Feels like bad scam, dont use it, I recommend to go directly through delivery companies. Items were never delivered and dumped outside back to the location and after several times, calling and messaging they didnt help and all boxes got stolen. Dont use!

The main service was fine, easy enough to arrange and use. Received a supplemental charge supposedly based upon the dimensions being "wrong" which I know for a fact is just absolute nonsense. Measured it with an engineering ruler and a tape measure. So this is just a way of them appearing to have a lower price and then actually charging you more. Will not use again.

Using this company for a few years, but now last transaction was the other day, when I sent an item it was under declared on weight I was 3 kg out. I had declared 25kg was paying £19.38 to post. Now agent collected with no issues to weight etc. but I was charged £76.34, on top of with a direct transaction out of my bank, had the extra 3kg been declared ( cant weigh as dont have scales so was a guesstimate ) total price would have been unpalletised item at £44 plus vat, not £95, I could have sent via a pallet cheaper.
