While stressful to need to independently find this company and print the labels - rather than being within the post office, they delivered on-time and all in one piece. A good service overall

Its not a reliable service. I contracted the service of parcel collection but the courier never arrived. I cancelled the service and asked for a refund; however, in the following days, they assured me that I gave them my parcels. Even though I presented all the possible evidence that I didnt give my parcels to them they didnt consider my evidence and instead, they believed the word of the courier who just said "Yes I collected the parcel". For example, I asked them to check the labels of the boxes that they had collected to verify if my details were in the boxes, but they didnt respond. Additionally, even though I keep insisting, they dont respond to my messages anymore. I am afraid they wont refund me even though the amount of money is considerable.

When no one at home the driver dropped the parcel at a neighbours house. Nocard through the door of the recipient to let them know what he had done with it, and neighbour did not say anything to recipient, and now recipient claims INR. ParcelForce dont want to know and PM cant be contacted. Wow, what a mess.

Easy from start to finish, I wanted to send a heavy parcel and I was about to book at £19 with no extra value protection. I was a heavy parcel,and at £400 I prefered protection but hadn’t budgeted £45 bill (DHL)
So I tried shopping around and parcel monkey came in at £12 collected and with insurance £23, much more reasonable and easy to pay, parcel force were prompt

I used their online service, paid for the UPS Express 1-day service to ship from UK to London. A label is supposed to be sent to you - no label was sent to me. I was told to wait for 60mins. And by that time their customer service had closed at 5pm. So no package was able to be sent out. Dont use - its just a pack of scammers. I used ParcelHero instead, and a label was sent to me ASAP as you would expect. Now I need to claim the money back from these Monkey people. Apt name.

Poorly trained staff sending the same message over and over. They are also never in a haste to chase things up. My parcel is yet to be returned after over 4weeks. I paid for the return yet they emailed me again today that I may have to pay again. Beware of parcelmonkey.

I sent a small parcel via FedEx.Kettering to Bristol. It was dropped off at 2.50pm on the 23rd September. I paid for next day delivery. It has not yet arrived. Today is the 30th September. I tracked it. It left my town on Thursday and spent 3 days in Newcastle. It apparently will be delivered in Bristol today. Awful. Parcel monkey has always been spot on in the past but theyreally need to check their clients advertising. I could have walked to Bristol with it by now!

Paid for 24hr next day delivery with parcel force. Dropped off at post office on a Sat and missed the post was collected Mon afternoon and didnt arrive till Wed Noon time some 48hrs later!! The agent I spoke with on PM was absolutely no use asking for evidence of me sending such as invoices and pictures of the item all because I said the tracking information wasnt showing as collected or even where the item was until the Mon 6pm onwards in which I called the post office directly which they was more helpful than parcel monkey!! Moral of the story go to the post office and pay them rather than be told to go back to the third party to talk via text which didnt solve anything at all!!

I was able to drop my parcel off at a location close to home and it was delivered the following day.

Very bad service. They didnt provide a photo as proof of delivery. I called them twice, but they couldnt help, or rather, they didnt want to help. They just said, Oh, we cant help you, call later. We even checked the CCTV, and no one came to deliver the parcel at the time they provided in the tracking.

Item damaged. Made claim in July.Had to settle out of court in late September. Compensation paid by BACS which took 5 working days to arrive. Very little, almost non-existent communication from Customer Service or Claims Team. Extremely poor customer service standards. Had to send a Letter before Action for them to acknowledge their liability. Will not be using them or sister company another courier again.

Parcel Monkey directed us to many options from which to choose our service, so Im happy with that. I chose EVRI as they were one of the cheaper options and Ive had stuff delivered successfully by them before (even though Ive never arranged a collection from anyone, so I had no previous experience to go on). This didnt go so well and the problem is that theres no-one to speak to about problems that arise. I went to their website and typed through all the options on the chatbot, explaining the problem as clearly as I could; I did have the tracking number so that did help. I then followed up with a phonecall, but this was simply an AI experience as well. They said, "I can see there is a query on your order. We aim to resolve issues within 24 hours". 3 working days later, I was still trying to get through to someone to find out what was happening. Theres no way to find out the status of your query or to speak to a real person, so I ended up just having to cancel and take the parcel down to the post office. I hope I get a refund but havent seen it yet.

The package was stuck in the warehouse for more than the estimated time of delivery and till now, there is no delivery date thats confirmed. I am really disappointed and outraged by the service and there are no updates of when the package is going to be delivered
