Up till now as I type this review, they have not delivered my items from Nottingham. No reason was given but the parcel monkey debited my account. The delivery company I chose from their website is Evri. I dont recommend them.

Terrible service from Parcel Monkey. Paid £50+ to send a parcel Italy for a 1 to 3-day delivery. The obstacles at Parcel Monkey are enormous - AVOID! No phone number and zero customer trust. I asked for the Complaints procedure - no answer SHOCKING.

We used your service to return 2packets of laminate flooring which by the time it reached the supplier they had been damaged and they would not except then back not only paying £40 for your service we have lost £141-00 We have tried to use your calendar no avail The day was 21-03-2023

** COMPANY DOES NOT RESPOND OR ISSUE REFUNDS** I agree with the last 1 star review left. I have been requesting a refund since 22nd January 24 for a cancelled delivery 3 times no response No refund.

I ordered the 24 hour service to be collected from my property , the parcel is still here 26 hours later , customer service only said, please give it till the end of the day. so we are now in the 30 hours so will be over 48 hrs. how can a company so big and worldwide not provide the service they quote and take peoples money for.

scam of a company,, wont reply to messages,, last message they sent , said theres no time limit too getting this problem solved. Basically we will drag it out so you never get your refund!!! Stay clear!
