Courier didnt turn up on the requested date! I had to deliver the item myself, as item was time sensitive. 6 hour 300 mile drive. Now Courier wont even refund the cost of parcel delivery let alone re-fund me for time and petrol etc. Absolute shambles.

Parcel Monkey has directed me to Parcel Force which promised to deliver my parcel within 3-4 days. Two weeks on, it is still sitting in the international hub waiting for despatch abroad.

Sent small parcel to Italy, Royal Mail Drop off. Parcel was approx 12 kilos and within all guidelines for measurements and weights. After parcel delivered was hit by penalty charge saying I had under estimated weight. I was advised that I disclosed parcel was 16 kilos when in fact it was 28 kilos. Total rubbish, I have all the documentation and was disclosed as 12 kilos as was weighed at 12 kilos. I requested their paperwork and evidence to support their allegations……..nothing has arrived but my debit card has been charged……..

So easy to organise the sending of my parcels. I post monthly to my daughter in Australia. The parcels always arrive within the allotted time frame. The customs document is easy to complete. Just wish it wasnt so expensive to send things out to Oz.

Would have done 0 if i could Still waiting for a parcel to be collected that i booked for a next day delivery back at the end of January. "rebooked" 4 times and still nothing. I have done all the chasing. All the following up, all the contacting them. No communication from the whatsoever. Just empty promises and script written information in each chat. Currently waiting for a manager to contact me. Caused loss of earnings for my business and a product that someone left for me currently still in London.

Requesting collection online was simple, the delivery man arrived on time and was polite. The recipient received the parcel on time and in between I was able to track the package. No reports of damage and feel confident next time to use the same service

Well the client I brought the package from put fragile and this way up, well it must have been on the side as the player side off and scratch the plinth and bent the needle right over, so i was very upset when it turned up. Jc.

A good choice was made using this service and Parcel force as it was a heavy item. Driver came on time picked item up no problem and delivery was promptly done.
Option needed a printer ours not working but managed to get a link to print Label at library. So all was well. Would use service again.

Last time is the worst ever. Booked for collection and waited all day. No one came, so reschedule booked for the next day. Contacted live chat and asked what happened, no definite answer except sorry. Waited the next day, no one cam as well. Then got an email to rate my experience and there it is!

I always use Parcel Monkey if I need to send a parcel. Its easy to arrange a collection and the courier turned up as scheduled and was very pleasant. My parcel was delivered the following day, again as promised. A great service that I will use again.
