I found ParcelMonkey to be unhelpful and downright obstructive. Would never ever use them again, took £130 of my money, in delivery costs, ParcelForce lost 13 identical parcels of oak flooring, each labelled and weighing 11kg, and 2 months later, I dont know where the flooring is nor does ParcelFarce or Parcelmonkeys! So they lose £550 of flooring, that cost me a further £130 in postage and ParcelMonkey are asking me to provide photos of the damaged items and I continually repeat to Megan (who must be a bot) as nothing sinks in, that the items have been lost and dont have photos. What I did supply them with was photos of Parcelforce collecting the items on the 11th December 2023, 10 weeks ago and loading all 13 parcels onto their van , which ParcelMonkey have ignored and they continue to ask for things I have replied to and things which I cannot provide. Blocking me from getting compensation that I paid for to insure items that might be lost in transit! Is this how British companies value their clients? Looking at other reviews on Trustpilot Megan appears to be common denominator ! ParcelMonkey take note.

My recollection was that the service chosen states that delivery would take 4 days. Nearly week into the process and the parcel has not left the UK.

This is the worst platform Ive ever encountered. Without any valid reason, they charged $1300 to our PayPal, leveraging an authorization setting in PayPal, and then proceeded to lock our account, demanding additional fees. I found myself compelled to raise a dispute with PayPal to address this issue. Their customer support was of little help, repeatedly telling us our issue was being passed to another department. After three weeks, they finally returned with apologies, attributing the problem to an IT issue, and offered us a 10% discount voucher, which was hardly a consolation. The most frustrating part? Our account remains locked, preventing us from placing any new orders due to a glitch in their system. My advice? Steer clear of them.

barely even worth giving the Parcel Monkey team a star - there is no way to contact them when you have a problem, their "instant" chat is not instant, they reply within an hour and ignore every reply you send them even if its an immediate reply. Megan was the customer service rep who "replied" to my query, she didnt read my replies or questions and told me to request a refund. She provided no support or guidance on how to address my issue of the label not working. How this company has customers blows my mind. Megan should get more training on how to help a distressed customer... or any customer... she comes across as the sort of employee who does the bare minimum which I guess goes hand with this companys ethos. And whats funny is knowing how corporate companies work, she will likely get a pay rise for doing nothing!

No problems with Parcel Monkey however the carrier that gave the best price Evri were appalling. It was collected on 13th Feb and today the 21st after many delays, broken promises of delivery dates etc, it has still not been delivered. This was an Ebay sale for a measly £10 so not a financial disaster but a pain in the bum. I will use DPD in the future.
