Very happy with price. Used DPD collection for 2 parcels to go to France. Collected Monday early afternoon and delivered some time on Wednesday!

For ease of posting and the cost, parcel monkey was great. Just print off my label and the parcel was collected, and delivered within a day.

The parcel monkey site is easy to use, the cost is very reasonable, drivers polite, have sent several large heavy (20+kg) parcels recently and all of them delivered in the 24 or 48 hour delivery Also one parcel went to Spain, arrived in 4 days Great service, highly recommend.....Thanks

They never tried to deliver the Birthday present I sent to Canada. They opened a ticket and then ignored everything I wrote and returned the present which now sits in Portsmouth. No one could be bothered to get in touch with me. Really poor service

This is the second time I have used Parcel Monkey...Its the best thing ever! pick up from your home, all you need is a printer to print off the destination address label,and thats it !

This has been a disaster, my parcel hadnt been collected..I have TWICE been left a note saying Im not in, Ive been in, were in lockdown, plus these are Christmas presents.

I too used the cheaper option, DO NOT. Parcel was supposed to be delivered to France in 5 days. It is still sitting in the uk hub awaiting export. Parcel monkey no help as they can’t track it at the hub. It was a present for my granddaughter. Very disappointing and terrible customer service. Yes, they reply but only with excuses which do not lead to my present being delivered. DO NOT Like me be tempted to save a few pounds ????

So seamless and easy, no-brainer on using this service again!
Placed a courier collection order quite late into the night, got my label shortly after. Was pleasantly surprised it was collected the next day and delivered the following with no setback or problems.

Collected 9th November 2020. Went missing in Vannes - Chronopost/DPD, I can only assume stolen because of the contents. All docs requested sent for claim and now Parcel Monkey have gone very quiet. After requesting info, I was bounced around and no-one would give a straight answer. Simple result - package gone missing, waiting for money for the claim. It has been confirmed by Chronopost/DPD its vanished, so where is my money. Customer services for Parcel Monkey are pretty much non-existent. THINK HARD BEFORE TRYING TO SAVE A FEW QUID. ITS BETTER TO PAY A LITTLE MORE AND DEAL DIRECT WITH THE COURIER. AT LEAST YOU HAVE DIRECT CONTACT AND SOMEONE TO TALK TO, RATHER THAN GOING THROUGH A THIRD PARTY WHO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DONT GIVE A #######....

Ive been a customer for a number of years but Im sorry to say I wont be using their services again. Sent two expensive eBay parcels using Parcelforce 48 hour delivery on Tuesday 24th November 2020. Expected them to be delivered on Thursday 26th November. To my surprise even after 5 days the tracking info for parcelforce had not updated. At this stage my ebay customers were messaging me to say they had not received their items and were worried. I called Parcelforce customer services and they said the parcels had not been received and they didnt have them despite me dropping them off at the local Post Office and having a receipt for both items. After having a panic attack and driving back to the local Post office I went to see the manager and he was very helpful and he even looked on CCTV to see the parcels been taken away by Royal Mail. Apparently RM collect the parcels on behalf of Parcelforce. So I called Parcelforce who then said that Royal Mail dont collect the parcels and theyve been handed to the wrong people and they cannot track them. Anyway to cut a long story short, contacted Parcelmonkey and they just kept responding with a templated reply of "well chase the courier" and never gave any updates. Twice they asked for proof that the parcels were dropped off - I uploaded this info and they still kept asking for it. Totally useless responses. In the meantime one of my buyers reported me to eBay for non-delivery and demanded a refund. The goods were worth a total of £400! Luckily I took the insurance option but claiming anything from these monkeys would be a joke as they just put obstacles in the way of everything you do. About a week and a half passed by and I was about to refund my buyers and suddenly Parcelforce found the missing items and delivered them. I guess I was just unlucky and I understand things can go wrong but its the way it was handled. I have messaged ParcelMonkey back to ask for a refund on the postage as I think its the least they can do but now they are not replying to me. It just shows what they think of the customer. You pay peanuts, you get monkeys. Next time Ill pay more for a better service. Lesson learned, I could have nearly lost £400 thanks to saving a couple of quid. Its just not worth the risk. Dont expect any help from them when something goes wrong.

First time Ive used parcel monkey, I recieved a text to tell me what time my pick up would be, you have an hour as in between eg.9am and 10am and they were on my doorstep at 2mins past 9. Great service. Will definitely be using again very soon, highly recommended.

Easy to book and pay for delivery. Unfortunately, I paid extra for 24 hour delivery and when dropping off parcel for Parcelforce I was told that it would not be collected for two daysas collections didnt take place over the weekend. This was not made clear on the site. Once collected the parcel was successfully delivered within 24 hours.

Easy straightforward booking system though had impression early in booking process that cost would be less than it worked out. Must have clicked wrong button. Cost nevertheless satisfactory.

Despite being a regular customer, failed to another courier for three days and handling the complaint very badly this time. Very poor and neglectful service leading to aggravation with my consignee client and going through the hassle and extra costs in rebooking my parcel with another courier. An utterly dissatisfied and unreliable service. I’ve requested and now waiting for compensation for gross negligence.
