On line instructions were easy to follow and we dropped off the parcel locally on the arranged day and it arrived speedily to Germany within 5 days. Very impressive in these busy times.

I was delighted that when I used Parcel Monkey to send gifts to family members it was so easy. Being able to pay and print off address label at home easy and quick. Taking the parcel to be sent locally and it arriving, when it said it would at this time was also good. I would use it again.

My parcel was sent 9th of October 2020. The parcel still has not arrived. I contacted parcel monkey over and over again. Do not need to say anything, Just see bellow these useless customer supports. ParcelMonkey offered a discount over the standard cost of the same DPD service, and the collection time was also sooner than using DPD, so this was very good.
The tracking service was not updated regularly, so this could be improved.
From the second day of the shipping, when the parcel left the UK, no information was available.
I also didnt get the usual DPD message on my phone when the parcel was out for delivery, so also this could be improved.

Driver collected the parcel and was polite and friendly. Sad times we are in but he kept his covid distance. Parcel was delivered the next day and tracking via the website was perfect.
