Easy process to book the collection and speedy delivery to Italy (3days)

Parcel was late being picked up, which then meant it was a day late being delivered. When I spoke to chat to find out whats going on, they just wanted to rearrange for collection next day, which would have been 2 days late. Told this was the only option. I rang parcel force direct, they were really sorry for the delay and said they would ensure the driver came that day no excuses and so they did. Parcel Monkey were not keen to solve the issue considering i paid for 24hr delivery. Nor any compensation or cost reversed.

We use Parcel Monkey a lot to send to our family abroad. The service is always very efficient and competitively priced. There are other similar services, but why change when Parcel Monkey is so good.

No there are no other drop off places where I live & I donot have my own car to take it anywhere. Why don’t you have a deal with Royal Mail,so I could give empty parcel back to my postman?
Because of this incredible waste of expensive packaging, & my practice to recycle & not waste anything, I will not be ordering from you again as I donot want to be involved in trying to dispose of heavy thermal packaging & a. thick cardboard box which I will have to cut up into small pieces so it fits into my paper recycling box which the council collects

Quick and easy to use service
I have used Parcel Monkey twice so far, once to ship to the UK and once to mainland Europe. The most difficult part of the process was printing out the shipping labels.
Comparing couriers and pricing could not be clearer. Can recommend highly.

appalling company! Should be shut! Horrific customer service. Stolen our up to 4kg parcel, The driver printed wrong label with insane measurements and weight of 123kg and charged the card nearly £80 for extra weight. Unable to provide tracking details or proof of the package and asking us to prove that the parcel was smaller than the information they’ve got. How about you find where the package is first of all and we’ll see the size of it then??? DISGUSTING. Avoid at all costs

Very easy site to use & excelant rates, cheeper than I was expecting. Collected on time by lovely helpful man. Delivered within a couple of days to Northern Ireland. Boxes all in tact.
Would most definatly recommend Parcel Monkey and will most certainly be using them in tbe future.

Using Parcel Monkey was a simple and straightforward process. I was sending eight identical boxes so just entered the details and was given a number options to have them collected from my house or to drop them off somewhere.
I opted to have them collected and they were picked up when they said they would be picked up.
I was also able to track them to the end destination. It was seamless.

I wished to sell a faux fur coat on Ebay. It was long with a hood so weighed quite heavy. The price of Royal Mail was high so I searched for a better price on Parcel Monkey, and came up with one from Courier. When I sold the coat to a lovely lady who had given her work address for delivery, I arranged pick up the next day. This went smoothly and for two weeks I heard nothing so thought it had arrived safely. Then I received a message via Ebay that the buyer had not received it! I checked the Parcel Monkey website and found a message that showed there was a problem. However when I attempted to track the item with the ref. no. I had been given by Parcel Monkey the tracker didnt recognise it!! There was no contact number to speak to a human being so I started an on line chat... Two days later, hours on and off the chatline where Id received contradictions from different agents, but what appeared to have happened is that Courier could not find the address!! I googled the address and it appeared in 2 seconds, so I found it hard to believe a delivery firm whose main job is to locate addresses to deliver packages etc, couldnt find an address!! I wondered if attempted delivery had occurred at the weekend so there was no access to the building but what about the second attempt to deliver, obviously that hadnt happened. I finally was given the correct ref. no. that showed the parcel had gone no where for two weeks...Parcel Monkey by now had requested more money twice to get Courier to redeliver, and by two different methods which I found suspect, they had also said I had now supplied a different address, WHICH I HAD NOT! At the end of the second day I contacted Courier direct by telephone and email to complain. The parcel was located and I was advised it was now on its way back to me - again Courier had no clear explanation as to why it had not been delivered. I complained a lot... Then after two days of on line chat at Parcel Monkey including myself advising that I had been told the coat was on its way back to me I had a message out of the blue stating that it would be delivered the next day, they didnt say where, but on the third day it was confirmed, that the parcel would be delivered to the recipients address!! I checked later but nothing showed on the tracker. I had messaged the buyer numerous times to try and explain why she had not got her coat and to have patience etc. I have never had poor feedback on Ebay as a seller and didnt want it has a result if the incompetent Parcel Monkey and their ineffective pals at Courier. Good news, the parcel was delivered, and the buyer loved the coat and I didnt appear to have been charged again up until now, but I keep checking!! However I will never get back them two days of my life and the utter stress of trying to get a honest answer from someone!! I advise everyone NOT to use Parcel Monkey nor Courier, they are ineffective at their jobs and do not appear to have the ability to correct errors without a lot of time and effort. Take this as a warning for your Christmas parcels!!

Sent a parcel to the Denmark and it arrived within a week! Absolutely amazing service and cracking price to boot. Have bookmarked and will be my go to stop for posting from now on.
