My Parcel was supposed to be picked up on Wednesday the 7th of August, it has not been picked up still. I have called Parcel force multiple times, but no one bothered to pick it up yet.

The service provided was inadequate from start to finish. While they seemed to have good intentions, their process was wholly inefficient. I purchased a service and soon received an update indicating there was an issue, advising me to contact them. Upon reaching out, they informed me that they would respond within two days. When they finally did, they claimed the issue had been resolved. By this time, the deadline for sending and receiving my parcel, which contained important medication, had passed. I requested to cancel the transaction, but they then informed me that the parcel had been collected and was en route. However, there was no parcel and no label, yet they refused to refund or acknowledge their error, insisting that their system showed the parcel was on its way. I requested documentation and confirmation of the parcels origin and destination, but they have since stopped communicating. This service is not fit for purpose, and I am now forced to raise a complaint with Visa for failing to deliver the service I purchased. I recommend going directly to a courier of your choice rather than wasting your time with this company.

Amazing company to use as a first-time user. Found the instructions easy to follow and great that you are given options that suit what and where you wish to have a parcel picked up from.Will recommend to friends and family and will use again if the opportunity is needed

If I could give no stars I would’ve. The parcel was as t delivered the next day as I’d payed for I fact it took nearly two weeks and then a journey to the depot. When recovered the frame was broken beyond repair and the Perspex smashed. When going for compensation I was told that I’d get just the delivery cost as it wasn’t insured. I would’ve insured it only it wouldn’t let me because it was a frame. Shocking company, do not use ever.

After inputing parcel value £40 and paying the delivery fee, the recipient ov the parcel had to pay a further fee of $60. When this was questioned to Parcel Monkey I didnt receive any feedback so will not use parcel monkey in future.

I googled parcel returns and Parcel Monkey was one of the options presented to me. Id never heard of Parcel Monkey until then.
I decided to try them out. I was very pleased with the number of choices displayed. I was able to compare costs and made my choice according to my needs.
Parcel Monkey impressed me with their quick responses. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

It was easy to arrange parcel collection and cost was acceptable. A bit annoying that I had to be prepared to stay in all day as no time slot was given.
Tracking worked well.
Unfortunately some items in the box arrived broken so it may have suffered rough treatment as I thought it was well packed.
I would however use the service again.

Parcel Monkeys comparisons made it very quick and easy to select a courier for an international shipment, and I actually found tracking via Parcel Monkeys link easier than navigating the couriers site. The information and tips pages are helpful too. Will definitely use Parcel Monkey again.

First of all UPS in Bulgaria 1.didnt inform my daughter that parcel has arrived in Sofia 2.They aske her to release the parcel to pay more £30. I mention on the parcel that it is a gift, its not fair others to pay more,never ever using this company again.Very disappointed.

Further update on my previous very poor experience with this company dated 25th January. They have finally agreed to re-emburse my costs. However they now send the funds to the wrong bank account. No notification of monies paid, just silence. After further contact which takes five days to answer they admit the funds have been paid to wrong account number. It will now take a further 5-7 working days to receive refund. I would advise any user of the service to proceed with utmost caution.

Gave me clear choice of Companies, services available and cost.
Clear communication and delivered on time by Parcelforce.

Sadly, this is not a great company to use. You check a parcel in for express AM delivery and it gets there 4days later damaged!! I was sending a parcel to a post office so they have advised me to put a complaint in and not to use this company.

Shocking service! This is the second time it’s happened in eight weeks. You upgrade to check your parcel in for express delivery and it doesn’t get there!! No compensation or apology. They then make out You have booked a different service, but you have the history in front of you. Because you are using a third-party, you can’t get direct answers from the company you used, i.e. Parcelforce, DPD Etc. Avoid Parcel monkey Would be my advice.

I had 2 parcels to send back to a supplier and found it easy to book on line with Parcel Monkey. Selected Parcel Force 24. Dropped off at local post office. Returned goods received next working day after collection from P.O.
All very straight forward.

I am sick and tired of getting review for companies where youve just done what you are supposed to do! Any that send me a survey gets a low rating. Stop wasting our time. Doing what you paid to do is the bottom line...not something worthy of praise!!
