Easy to use the webpage and book a parcel collection for the next day. There were no hidden extras and the chosen company collected the parcel the next day. Pricing was very competitive

Sent me a final bill of £52.60 as apparently Parcelforce used laser technology and determined that the parcel was larger in dimensions and/or weighs more. Firstly Parcelforce express 24 allows upto 30kg and 3m dimensions. The car seat I returned weighed 15kg and was below 2m in dimensions. Can you explain which car seat weighs more than 30kg and has dimensions of more than 3m?? Fraudulent company have done this numerous times to other customers. I will report to companies house, HMRC and trading standards as this company should not be trading unlawfully.

OK when it all works but bear in mind they are a parcel courier broker and will have little or no interest when or of your parcel is delayed. Guarantee is a wasted extra expense as well.

I paid full money on my delivery and they charged again on the destination country. I am not happy with this delivery and I am not not going to use this parcel monkey again.

Parcel Monkey & FedEx have lost an expensive iPhone their customer service is incompetent, I even took out insurance, this has been ongoing for nearly a month. Parcel Monkey see you in court.

I initially picked UPS as delivery agent as my parcel was going to the US! By the time I had gone through the process UPS had doubled in delivery price.
I returned to the 3rd option - NOT UPS and ended up even with options not much more than quoted.
Total mis information re UPS!!! Not impressed.
I was impressed with how easy and smooth the paperwork etc was through parcel money and the agent I chose.

Iv used many times over the years but the last 2 parcels iv sent havent been collected after iv paid extra for same day collection, in the end I had to post myself. This has also happened to my friend. Unfortunately I wont use again, There is zero customer support. They take your money and dont provide the service. Avoid!

I have to give this 1 star. Ive purchased an item and the seller used this service (which Ive never heard of) and provided tracking. In order to view the tracking I need to create an account. Im sorry, but thats *****ic. I have no desire to give out my info and create an account with a company I dont plan to use just to see the status of my package. All of the help center info pages just redirect you to login pages and make it clear that you can get support if you create an account. But if you dont have an account I guess youre out of luck. Im not really one to write a review of a company but this is beyond frustrating.

I paid for insurance to send a large parcel back to a business. The package was double-boxed with styrofoam inserts but arrived broken (packaged as initially received). I put in a claim and was provided with everything asked for regarding evidence. After a month, they decided I hadnt packaged it well enough (how could they tell?) and refused to pay the insurance. Given the evidence, this is an untenable excuse. In my view, this is a scam! Buyer beware!

I will never use Parcel Monkey again and would give a zero review if possible.I arranged a delivery to Norway. The update on the tracker was returned to sender as no contact from addressee. The addressee was not contacted and there was one minute on timeline between released from customs and return to sender. An absolute joke, complete lie as addresses never contacted to collect. Did a live chat with parcel monkey and advised no manager available and no call centre set up, absolutely ridiculous.Will never use parcel monkey again.,

Absolute Monkies of the courier industry - sub lets out the business to small Indy couriers that have no interest in your items being delivered in 1 piece. My item came damaged and dumped at the front of my property with no phone call or signature ( which is required ) the courier did not want to deal with the confrontation of the neglected parcel. 0 stars, on top of this the “insurance” that’s offered isn’t worth a rub. Don’t bother using this company as your better off using Jim Carey from Dumb and Dumber kicking your parcel down the hallway, at least he delivers On time as these monkies were 5 days late. Terrible firm, Avoid

Sent a parcel a few weeks before Christmas. Dropped it off as normal. Item never made it. Granted it’s UPS who I hold responsible. However, Parcelmonkey do not care nor did they show any understanding or take any ownership for this situation or helping rectify it. Constantly saying they’ll contact UPS but then no feedback is ever delivered. For all I know they never bothered to chase them up. To them, they don’t want anything to do with it.

I shipped an item to Canada using UPS via Parcel Monkey due to a postal strike in Canada I was unable to use Royal Mail. I used a standard 35x50cm shipping box that I cut down to 26cm height, weight was 2.4Kg and I declared 2.5Kg, firstly it took 2 days and an e-mail to get the postage label meaning I missed the Monday pick up when I would have been home and had to leave the package outside my front door on Tuesday for UPS to collect, then 1 week after deliver they charged my Paypal £10.81 without informing me prior claiming the declared weight was 9Kg and actual weight was 12Kg, when I disputed this charge with Paypal they changed their mind and claimed the box had grown by 6cm and that was the reason for the charge, they offered no proof of this or any alleged communication with UPS and instead asked me to send them pictures of the package size and weight, I literally sent them a copy of the label showing declared weight of 2.5Kg and their invoice showing the declared weight was 9Kg. As Paypal only seems to put PM and myself in a forum to argue back and forth and does not get involved I let it go but will be lodging a complaint with the Postal Redress Service (POSTRS) as its clear to me; and after reading many similar cases here, that PM are a bunch of scamming fraudulent thieves who are making a fortune by stealing money from customers as they see fit and with no justification only false accusations....STAY AWAY

Parcel force called to collect but did not have room on the van. Driver said he would call back either later that day or the following day. He did not come back either time & i had to reschedule with Parcel Monkey.

This item is still not delivered. It taken to the post office Northern Hill Post Office on Monday or Tuesday today is Sunday, the 12th of January. I’m not happy with the service.

I arranged a parcel collection via Parcel Monkey to be collected on Monday. Monday morning I got email saying they will collect between 9-5 oclock. Well, noone turned up and noone called me or texted me or emailed me. They simply didnt turn up. So I went on the website and the ONLY option was to rebook for a different day. So I rebooked for the next day - tuesday. On tuesday I didnt even receive the email saying they will collect and again - noone turned up and noone let me know. I asked for a refund and received it in about a week but this is simply unacceptable and outrageous. I get it, stuff happens, but at least let me know! Just staying quiet and not even letting me know is terrible experience. The only reason I gave them 2 stars rather than 1 is because they gave me my money back and I understand theyre just a middle man and its not them actually collecting the parcel but bloody hell. I was fuming.
