Do not use this company. I sent a package from USA to UK and paid a lot of money. My packages moved through several USA states for one week. I had been forthcoming about contents of the package and the contents were in line with customs law in both countries. This company are now holding my parcel ransom. They are telling me that my item is restricted (my item specifically isn’t listed on restrictions). They sent me a list of their own restrictions for international shipping which pretty much covers all items ever and since this was not clear to me when booking and I was honest in my order and customs forms without anyone flagging this issue, I am now having to make a claim for a mis-sold service. This company now have the audacity to ask me to pay to have this product returned to sender. And won’t release my package until I do. Furthermore they are trying to bully me in to not making a consumer claim on a missold service. Their conduct with me in the chat/messaging service has been hugely unprofessional and downright intimidating. They will not refund me the amount I paid despite them not having provided the service I paid for. Unless shipping locally, please avoid this cowboy company at all costs. When I ask them to wait for my case reps to contact them about my consumer law claim they bombard me with messages telling me I HAVE to pay for return of the product. This is one of the worst encounters I’ve had with a company in my 35 years. Awful, parcelmonkey you should be ashamed

Parcel Monkey made it so simple to send parcel from UK to Jersey (Channel Islands). Helped me with filling out customs forms and gave information how to include these with my parcel. Would definitely recommend!

5-7 working days service they deliver in 20 working days - worst ever - Please avoid if you dont want to lose your monies...they reply escalated case in negative review but nothing happens. If NICHOLAS handling your case then you know you are talking to someone in Kindergarten. Just dont use them if you need peace of mind. thanks

BEWARE let us down sixth time in last 3 months. Not using them again. One of the worst service run by Foreigners, nobody understands your request, NICHOLAS is the guy who beats about the bush , 3-5 days delivery and its delivered after 20 days, he talks everyday you will be covered once courier deliver. Please see his reply now after 21 days Hello, I am very sorry to hear about your item being so delayed, now although this issue was clearly with the couriers I have to inform you that they were still within their service agreements for collection and delivery. Many of our terms mimic the couriers so please take note of the following three terms. 2.6. Compliance with the estimated time of collection or delivery is not guaranteed and the company shall not be liable for late deliveries unless there is valid evidence of a period of 5 working days from the date the goods were scheduled to be delivered. 2.7. You will be responsible to ensure that the correct goods are available to be collected by the Carrier from the collection address on the scheduled collection date. You should ensure that you or a trusted representative are physically present at the time of collection. The company shall not be liable for late collections, including those from Post Offices, courier depots or store locations unless there is valid evidence of a period of 5 working days from the date of goods were scheduled to be collected or dropped off. I am sorry I could not be of more assistance on this matter, however, these terms are provided at the time of booking and have to be agreed to before a booking can be processed. When my package arrived to Austria they didn’t leave a card to say they try to deliver my package or a person can go to the post office to pick it up !!!! So now my package is coming back to me a sender . Birthday boy left with out present . Very disappointed

I cannot even start to write the utter disappointment i have for parcel monkey and its staff. I first went online like everyone else to have a parcel sent over for whilst i was on holiday. There are a few problems with parcel monkey that i will have to go through and to start when they list the businesses that will deal with your parcel this is miss information and misleading. These companies do not deliver to you abroad, they use third party local companies to which if you have any problems you are then told to go and deal with them. Parcel monkey supply a customs declaration print off sheet which a customer assumes that is all they need for this delivery, because nothing is stated otherwise upon purchase. When sending these parcels abroad this is not the case a lot more information is needed by customs. I sent the parcel well over a month ago now and it’s never arrived, after dealing with foreign customs with no help by parcel monkey or the courier i actually purchased to deliver my parcel my item has then been stated to return to sender ( at one point it said it was being destroyed! However after calling up i found this was an “error”) . To my absolute disbelief their words are there are no return policies in place so they can not give me an eta on my parcel being returned?. In the whole of this process I received no help from parcel monkeys customer service online, in fact i had to open multiple chats to start a complaint with them and to date have not received any refund, formal apology or my parcel. My last correspondence with parcel monkey when i asked about reporting them they told me that they are not regulated and the ombudsman won’t help. So off to trading standards i go and to the bbc watchdog. If I can recommend to anyone wanting to send parcels abroad i would not recommend parcel monkey and i will not be using them again. I almost guarantee that their staff will reply to this review with “your complaint is open and we are waiting to hear back from your courier”, this had been the repeated reply for the last month. I would offer 0 stars if i could!
