Unfortunately you recommended Evri for international parcel delivery. I have had a very bad experience with them and have lost my parcel. The make it impossible to contact them in every way :(

I dont think it is the company itself !! I sent a Large Parcel through this company Via Parcelforce Express 48 Last Tuesday 15th It should have got there Thursday 17th It is now Monday 21st and it still has not been Delivered !! I am now considering Legal Action because this is clearly not Express 48 Delivery

Extremely easy process. When the parcel got to Australia there was a mix up as my son didnt get the card left by the postman when he tried to deliver it so we didnt know where the parcel was. I emailed parcel monkey and received a reply almost immediately advising me exactly where the parcel was and what he needed to go. Will definitely use parcel monkey again

I wanted the courier to pick something up from a crematorium and deliver it to me. However the courier would not pick up the package because my address was hand written and they needed a printed label. He told the crematorium staff he would be back the next day, but he did not come. I could not get in touch with the courier. I thought it was easier and cheaper to get another courier.

Paid for next day pickup on a Sunday afternoon, parcel monkey said it would be picked up on Monday, parcel force never picked up till Tuesday night , complained to parcel monkey but was just told It was correct (it wasnt) reply sent from a noreply email address so couldnt even question their answer.

They lost a parcel which I suppose can happen. The problem is that although I have provided them with all the documents and proof they have requested they will not deal with my claim. They havent refused to deal with it but instead, just send messages asking for documents they already have and or ask questions they have already asked and that have been answered. You will note that I have previously complained about them losing the parcel and posted a review here saying how difficult they were to communicate with and they will not speak to me on the phone. They responded to the review almost immediately and posted that they would reach out to me. They did "reach out" but the message was "Unfortunately we do not provide telephone services, as we only operate over email and Live Chat." If this was a low-value item I would give up and let them get away with it however it is not so I imagine I will have to take them to the small claims court. I am now searching for a blogger to see if they can help me make others aware that if this company lose your parcel even if you insured it with them they will not deal with the loss.

Paid for next day pickup using Evri, however parcel was not picked up until 4 days later. False information from evri/parcel monkey stating attempts had been made to collect the parcel even when they had not. Parcel was also delayed when it was delivered. A 2-3 day service took 11 days. Pi55 poor service. Would not use again.

Friday 11th August I sent a parcel via ParcelMonkey. It hasnt arrived. Everyday I ask where it is and everyday I get "we will respond to you when we hear from the courier" It cost me £64 to send the parcel on a next day delivery basis, I contracted ParcelMonkey to send it - they chose to subcontract. Its their problem to sort out that its lost but they just wont admit any kind of responsibility or repay me their charge plus the insurance I took out. Next step will have to be be the small claims court.

Do not use - I paid £33 for a parcel, using the dimensions and weight provided by the seller to which I was returning the parcel. ParcelMonkey made an additional £80.05 charge with no warning or explanation apart from saying the dimensions and weight were different to what I provided. They have provided no proof of this or details about the measurements. I have spoken to Customer Services and (when I get a reply) they tell me it is in the T&Cs. However, this was not at all clear to me when making the payment and I have no idea how they got to the £80.05 additional charge. Terrible service, and I am disputing it with my bank, because the second charge was not authorised.

Disgusting Company do not trust them with anything. I booked a Courier Service via PMonkey which was designated with UPS For next day delivery and I paid for Insurance cover. 1. My item was not delivered as promised. 2. It was smashed in transit and unrepairable 3. I filed a claim, afer weeks they came back with an amount of 50% of what the so called Insurance was underwritten for. This I declined and they have ignored any further requests to settle and all subsequent emails. I asked for a copy of the Insurance schedule which was totally ignored I would suggest no Insurance was ever put into force although charged for. 4. The phone number listed on their presumed address in Eastleigh is fictional. Does anyone know where they actually work out of I wish to lodge a claim in the Small Claims Court but if the address on the website is false as well what can I do. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
