I booked a parcel with parcel monkey , wasnt collected . Contact their support feel support wasnt very supporting parcel still not collected 2 days on and paid for 24 hr as it was a item that someone purchased from my Ebay so now parcel very late Ebay not happy with me. Getting absolutely no further getting parcel collected.

**** show - delivered someone elses parcel to me after putting a label with my address onto it. I still have the incorrectly delivered parcel over a month later and support have done nothing to get this poor person back their lost property.

I paid to send a parcel via Evri, but the QR code did not work when the sales assistant tried to scan it in the shop. I tried the order code provided by Parcel Monkey, and that did not work either. I immediately sent a message to Parcel Monkey, and have had no response 16 hours later. No phone number or live chat. I sent a further message to cancel my order. Atrocious customer service.

Reliable service

No issues with Parcel Monkey. However, the courier selected (DPD) uplifted the parcel the next day (29th) but didnt deliver until the 31st and, given that the parcel was clearly marked on all four sides and on the top to "Please keep upright", the driver placed it up on his shoulder on its side. I had to inform him that it was a printer full of ink so unfortunately, I wasnt exactly impressed with the experience.

I had been using an alternative courier comparison site and twice in 3 months when I came to post my items the Post Office told me the bar code had already been used. No problems with Parcel Monkey. Easy to use and I think the prices maybe the cheapest. Thank you Parcel Monkey :)

Dont recomended . I send a parcel in Monday and should take 3 days to arrived. 1 week gone and still not delivered and tracking parcel looks like frozen From 4 days - no progress. Really bad expierence for me. No more.

I have been using ParcelMonkey for many years now to send parcels mainly to Japan. I usually choose their cheapest carrier. They are always reliable, deliver on time and keep informed of any issues that might arise along the way.

Received a notification of an excess charge due to an oversized parcel. I contacted PM to challenge as the parcel was dropped off with the correct weight & dimensions. Initially PM responded to my complaint but when i confirmed I required them to challenge & I also provided evidence as requested by them I have since heard nothing & have no way of updating the complaint string on their page to ask why. Basics of running a business is you need to be able trust a company you deal with. Unfortunately I can no longer trust PM so I wont be doing further business and with them. Not mentioning the fact Im also unfairly £50 out of pocket.

I have reviewed Parcel Monkey previously on Trust Pilot but it was several years ago. Still an amazing service, all you need is the dimensions and weight of your parcel and where it’s going and Parcel Monely give you loads of different options and prices for delivering your parcel. All done online, you can even arrange someone to come to your house to collect your parcel for you and bring labels with them. Brilliant. 5 stars from me.

One of the parcels was severely delayed despite us paying a premium for a rapid service. No comms from shipper or Parcel Monkey to notify us or explain the reason. This caused considerable anxiety and bad feeling with the recipient. Poor service - wish we’d just gone to a Post Office.

This is more a review of the service received from ParcelForce through parcel monkey. I needed to get a small packet to France. Of the available services parcel monkey indicated that parcel force could achieve this in three days, other services were available forecasting 2 to 4 days. After one week, parcel force still have not delivered the packet I do not know what come back I can have having engaged parcel force through parcel monkey.
