Avoid this company! I paid for 24 hour delivery, and the courier used through parcel monkey still hasnt collected the item - I have been told it will be 4 days until it is collected! This is extremely late. I had to reimburse the buyer of the item and Parcel Monkey state there is no compensation for late collection. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I now use parcel monkey to send parcels to my daughters family in Pennsylvania…Really easy to book and fill in all the customs paperwork tracking is excellent and using the drop off option my parcel arrives easily in 3 days !

Sourced best price online, booking relatively easy, parcel was able to be tracked along the way right through to arrival at my daughter’s condo in Canada, and, it arrived on time.

Great price and choices. I did not expect the service was so fast in such as low price by dpd. It was collected on Dec 27 from London and reach me at HK on Dec 30. Amazing.

Excellent 24 hour service with what was a very short timeframe to book to secure a collection next day and was extremely impressed with the speedy collection and delivery process. I have used this company before and found the booking process to find the best delivery options and prices far easier and flexible than other companies, Highly recommend.

Have used this company several years and usually only minor issues or delays, so no real problems until this time. I had written the recipient address on the box as well as using the label. Parcel was delivered mikes away to someone called Millie who apparently signed for it. Nope. The box was thrown in a BP garage and abandoned by the DX couriers. Damaged box but mist presents ok apart from a damaged and a missing item. Parcel m want an invoice for the damaged missing item.. I paid cash. So now what! Will use direct service in future.

First time using them after using a competitor for many years. First time and parcel lost, never delivered. Can never get hold of them to chase and evri fobbed me off for two weeks. Avoid

Oh dear this does not bode well. Parcel Monkey have asked me to rate their service, They havent picked it up yet. Neither have they confirmed when they will. Have given 1 star cos its Christmas after all.

I often use Parcel Monkey for European and Scandinavian packages, the prices are very competitive, if there are any problems Parcel Monkey are helpful in getting things sorted out.

Posted parcel Royal Mail booked through Parcel Monkey Thursday 19th 24hr service...paid additional fee to guarantee on time delivery Mc to Brighton...didnt arrive until Monday late afternoon 23rd. I appreciate time of year delay however sent a parcel via post office standard charge no extras Royal Mail M/c to Cornwall at the same time and it arrived early morning of the 20th December... dont feel you should offer or charge for additional services/guarantees that you then dont meet. No contact as to why/what delay was or when to expect...

Parcel could not be delivered, no card or any information was given as to what to do next or where my parcel was being held. Eventually I managed to get it re delivered but in the meantime had to purchase some clothes for us all

Ive sent 4 big boxes with these guys and theyve been brilliant. I did incorrectly under weigh the last one and contacted customer service quickly who were able to cancel that collection so I could do it again with the correct weight. They advised me to make sure I wasnt giving the UPS driver the canceled collection label details otherwise Id be charged the excess weight which I obviously didnt and used the newer labels. I did wait a couple of days for that refund which was no problem at all and was refunded in full. My correct labels were used and no problems getting to Miami.
I will continue to use them, they are great on shipping costs too.

Choice would be 0 stars this time!! Courier booked for collection on 23/12/24, didnt turn up... Finally collected on 24/12/24 and not delivered until 27/12/24 !! HARDLY A 24 HR SERVICE WAS IT? ON THIS OCASSION I HAVE BEEN TOTALLY FAILED AND EXPECT A FULL REFUND AS CONTRACT BROKEN BY Courier OR YOURSELVES!

I received a message that it had arrived on24th Dec.
My daughter is out of Norway at the moment but said that it would be picked up when she returns after the New Year.

I have used this service a couple of times - but I won’t again. It is very stressful, you have an easier booking process but then if there are any questions after there is zero service and if you were direct with the carrier you would have the tracking number and could query, My recent booking was Cali to Ireland - which went from Cali to Chicago with FedEx and then (found out after) Courier international- but the 5 day service is now 10 days and no updates other than delivered in Chicago. Parcel Monkey keep saying they have raised the query but never get back to you. Total disaster and stressful and pointless

Absolute scam artists! Come to another courier (pick up cost £55) and lost it within the first couple of hours! Even with a receipt/tracking number they said “nothing we can do” and that it can no longer be found. I lost out on (parcel worth: £180 + £55 pick up fee = £235!) without any kind of compensation all because they couldn’t do a simple job of picking up the parcel and delivering to address. Instead they lost my parcel and told me there was nothing they can do. Stay away! Use a reliable source. SCAMMERS

Dont trust them with you delivery if its important. They offered a next-day service to me with DPD on 22nd December 2024. They took full payment, they DID NOT pass the order to DPD until the 23rd SO NO COLLECTION. I am now being to my package will get collected on 27th December. NO APOLOGIES OR COMPENSATION FROM PARCEL MONKY AND NO CONTRACT PHONE NUMBER. JUST DONT USE THEM.

Very easy to use website, used to use parcel 2 go but found it much easier and really quick delivery parcel force got delivered within 24 hours and got a discount on shipping would definitely recommend and use in the future????

DO NOT USE PARCEL MONKEY UK. On 26 Dec I paid for the 48 hour delivery service -- pickup in England on 27 December and Delivery in England on 30 December. As of the evening of 28 December the package had not been picked up. I received a message that the package would be delivered on 31 December. The delivery recipients would fly out of England on the 31 December which is why i paid for delivery on 30 December. I understand this was a busy holiday season, however, if Parcel Monkey had communicated with me that the order could not be filled, I could have used a more reliable service. Beware--do no use Parcel Monkey UK.
