Ordered twice for a pick up and they never showed up and I paid 51 £ And except that they never reply to the emails

DO NOT USE THEM!! I booked 2 boxes with them, and they charged me for 2, but only sent me a label for 1 parcel !! The courier turned up but wouldn’t take the 2 parcels as told me only 1 has been booked in. After many many messages to ‘parcel monkey ‘ asking for a second label or refund they just stopped replying. So they took my money but did not pick up the parcels !!! I’ve had to rebook my returned parcels with a different company and had to contact my bank to investigate a fraud due to this company taking my money without supplying me the service I paid for !! So if you want to use them watch you don’t loose your money !!! Bad service , bad customer service , bad bad bad all round

Used this company for the first and last time. Wanted a parcel collected and on their website it states the deliver driver will bring his own label no need to print and attach a label to the parcel. This is not true, you have to attach your own label. They charge almost twice what it would cost if you went directly to the courier companys own website. They have no phone number to contact and do not respond to enquires. Has to be the worst parcel delivery service!

As a customer I made a mistake typing in the delivery postcode. Parcel Force were unable to deliver the package. I wonder if it is possible for your address algorithm to flag if the postcode failed to match the road and city entered? It would be a great idea if ParcelForce could do this too!!

Not only did you fail to deliver my parcel I didnt even get a refund or compensation for the terrible service. Then..... you had the cheek to charge me to return my parcel to me by threatening to dispose of it if I didnt. Disgraceful customer service.

I booked a delivery using UPS via Parcel Monkey which all seems to go ok initially. Exact measurements and weight was entered prior to creating a shipping label. After delivery had been done I received an additional charge of £7.31 due to incorrect parcel size/weight which I disputed as I recorded all the information prior to sending and also taking photos. I raised a complaint which was recorded by Kassia on the 22nd December 2022 and have not heard anything back since. Poor customer service and still not received any money back for this obvious mix-up. Wont be using them again. Better off going direct to the courier company.

They make the process very easy
I had never had any reason to send a parcel, other than by Royal Mail, before and Parcel Monkey is a great site for pointing one in the right direction
As there was a £200 refund at stake I am very grateful to the person who recommended Parcel Monkey (who then pointed me in the direction of Yodel)

Worked fine for me and saved money but do check that the carrier is proposing the service and insurance inclusions you need, as they might be different to the carriers direct website - hence the saving.

Parcel hasnt arrived yet.It was collected on 16th,when i track it it just says exported.Was told it would take 3/4 days to get to near Barcelona its now been 6 days and counting!!

Invalidated recipient’s email even though it was correct, Went thro whole process of getting it validated twice only to be told again that it was invalid - each time having to begin at the beginning so this entailed endlessly filling in the form. Gave up and went elsewhere. Not impressed.

I paid the highest rate for the quickest delivery to Ireland - 2 days - all good - or so I thought. Parcel picked up on the Monday as planned - 2 business days in transit should see delivery in Ireland by Wednesday. 2.5 days later the parcel was in Slough - which is 15 miles from me. Absolute joke! Parcel will now arrive on the 8th working day - not the 2nd working day! £30 down the pan - missed my nephews Birthday and needless to say - I wont be using this Parcel Monkey site again.
