Parcel Monkey keep overcharging me on the items I send stating weight and dimensions are incorrect and then apply a £70 fee on top of the cost to send. My parcels dimensions and weight are checked always before dispatch, Parcel Monkey are appalling stealing money from me in this way. Numerous attempts to recover my money have been in vain. I will not be using there service ever again.

According to the tracking information, this parcel hasnt been delivered,yet it was advertised as 2-3 days, so should have been delivered on Wednesday at the latest, having been picked up last Sunday.

I am very disappointed with the service .sent it on 3 -4 days delivery but 3 days on my parcel was not even picked up. Nearly a week tomorrow and my customer has still not received her parcel .no compensation for not delivering yet paid for express

The parcel was due t be collected on Tuesday. It STILL wasnt collected by Friday despite numerous contact via phone calls and repeated new bookings. The last option I was given was to just cancel. However, although the first part of the journey was by DPD and it was DPD who we paid they would ot reimburse me and Parcel Monkey gave no phone details. All in all tis was a nightmare!

Absolutely fab!
While it is very expensive, the timelyness with which they collected and delivered my parcels could not be faulted. Filling out the forms was nice and easy, and overall a relatively stress free experience!

The item I sent this time has been broken it was well wrapped fragile tape around it sign saying this way up it would have taken quite a bit of force to break the part it broke on it

Overall a very helpful experience.
I had to make a claim because the delivery company lost my parcel. (Parcel Monkey lets customers choose from a selection of delivery companies and then they come back with the best quotes).
Jag was prompt at replying to all my messages, and when they realised the parcel was lost, they were quick at processing my claim, which was settled in full.

A clear and fluent process for getting from A to Z. A better range of couriers than some other agents, and of course a bit cheaper than going direct. Ill always use them.

Please be aware that Parcel Monkey have a chequered reputation for stolen items in parcels sent. They refuse to response with a satisfactory explanation, blaming the sender (in this case me) for not providing an itemised invoice. The itemised invoice was attached to the parcel when picked up. It is still stuck to the box that was ultimately returned with three missing out of five gifts sent. So far they are refusing to respond to my question regarding the stolen items. My advice to anyone thinking of using Parcel Monkey is to avoid them at all costs. Go direct to trusted courier companies.

Completely failed in processing my pickup service, I tried to order a pick up through your services with Parcel force and they just left a card even when we were in. I’ve rescheduled the pick up but they’ve failed to collect again.

DO NOT USE. I sent a DPD package from UK to US (no strikes or anything was on) heres the list of issues in chronological order - it took DAYS to be picked up - it had an "attempted" delivery when it finally got to the US but the address was completely fine so I messaged Parcel Monkey and they said they would get in touch with DPD. it took 2 WEEKS and 5/6 emails and then the tracking changed to return - when the package was returned to the UK, parcel monkey then tried to charge me £6 to just return it back to me (unsure why this is the case. ANY other courier company does not charge) - Parcel monkey assistants are useless. they copied and pasted a message from DPD which didnt make sense and could follow up ANY of my questions. - I find out today the item was returned to sender (I had no knowledge of this) and guess what, its returned to an unknown person. so now the package is lost and 4 weeks late and just to confirm how useless they are, I sent another package of the same goods to the SAME address using another courier and it arrived in 5 days. DO NOT USE PARCEL MONEY.

Item still not delivered- in my experience using Evri is again very unreliable, their excuse that the recipient of the goods was closed when as a business it’s open Monday to Friday is a typical response. Also no advice about when to deliver. I shouldn’t have selected Evri as the delivery option. Please sort this and get my goods delivered.
