I was disappointed, as I cancelled this collection, but I was still charged. I havent heard anything back yet.

straightforward experience in sending my parcels

Awful. Parcel late on paid for service. Also paid for protection insurance. Two small pieces of machinery. One arrived with a smashed screen. The other had hit the ground with enough force to snap two thick metal rails in several places. Because I used these monkeys, I cannot make a claim through dpd and had to use them. After a lot of chasing, my claim was rejected because the photos of the box do not show damage. I’ve sent very clear photos of the damage, but dpd will not recognise the PM tracking number. The only thing these guys are good for is to use the site for a comparison and then order directly from the courier, so you have proper recourse. Very disappointed

Parcel sent as priority since December not arrived yet , extremely rude customer service which doesnt help as well it make the company look like fraud I hope they are not

These people are THIEVES. They messed up my original order and when I placed it again for them to get it right, they messed it up AGAIN! To add insult to injury, they ignored all of my messages to either correct the mistake or refund me my money. So, I had to go to a different company and pay AGAIN to send my parcel, while they ILLEGALLY hold on to my money since they didnt provide the service I paid for. If you want the job done and value your money, AVOID AVOID AVOID this company.

Today I booked in 2 parcels as normal - both were cancelled by you as they were "over £75 in value" (despite me paying the extra insurance and them both being less than £200) Also Parcelforce have claimed we sent a 12kg parcel not a 4.3 kg one - and without notice you tried to take a fine out of our credit card - it was rejected and so you have suspended the account. So I cant re-book the other parcels in and you have us down as non payers, and I suspect that our parceforce parcel has been mixed up with another. This is not the way to deal with issues - normally you are better than this.

Really good experience. My only issue was Post Office have no printer for labels. If this was possible it would be very very helpful

Difficult to book; price rose during booking process. Customs declaration difficult to fill; no agreed deliver by date on conformation. No indication that 3 copies of customs declaration would be needed at dropoff

Missed collection and paid extra for this service. Damaged goods I was informed. Tracking not live. Goods then advised had been returned to eBay sender and not me the buyer. No compensation for poor service, delivery and also out of pocket for the goods I purchased and paid for courier delivery. I was advised I should have paid additional insurance to cover against damages. I dont even have the goods to see how damaged? Staff responses slow - they blamed the courier. OVERALL HIDEOUS SERVICE AND VERY COSTLY EXPERIENCE! Will not be recommending or using!

The parcel was booked in on Sunday 5th Feb. I am writing this on Wednesday 8th Feb. The parcel is still waiting to be collected.

Fast delivery from the UK to the USA but as usual with Parcel force their tracking system is rubbish. The day after the parcel was delivered their tracking told us it was still in US customs awaiting release.

The package was delivered to your collection point, Booze Stop, in Aylesbury on 1 February 2023. The person in the store did not appear to know what he was doing and did not provide any receipt. We paid for next day delivery. The package was not collected until 3 February 2023 and not delivered until 7 February 2023.

Amazing delivery speed and great price
I took the parcel to a drop shop on mainland UK on Friday afternoon and the recipient received it in Northern Ireland the following Monday, fully insured for full value and the total cost was less than £8. Great service , price and performance

A very poor experience - my first time. booked a same day urgent delivery - arranged for a 0700 hrs collection - still no sign at 1000 hrs an ongoing dialogue on line was present but totally ineffective this was an urgent package booked the night before and i had no sense of surety that it would ever be organised. i had to seek for last minute alternative help which thankfully was brilliant

Initially I bought postage with Parcel Force only for them to not come and pick up when they said they would, so cancelled and got a refund. I was sending a 32 inch monitor and for some reason Parcel Force would only cover me if it were lost not damaged in transit. In the end I got DPD fully covered, cost £2 more they picked up at 4pm and the 32 inch monitor was delivered next day by noon undamaged. Super quick delivery !!

so far my experience with parcel monkey has been without complaint & generally excellent, of course the true test will be when something goes wrong with a delivery and how that plays out with the them and the third party parcel courier but so far so good.

What went wrong this time? How can the company improve? Remember to be honest, helpful and constructive. Guidelines from Trust pilot for writing a review. Having read other reviews for Parcel monkey. The same things are going wrong on a daily basis. Gift parcel to my grandchildren in Germany was returned to me on 4 Feb, having posted it on 17th Jan 2023. Weight, dimensions, contents and addresses all correct. 19th Jan DPD sent an email in German which I didnt understand, but could read 27 euros. I contacted Parcel Monkey asking for an explanation and was told the parcel was delivered DDU. Delivery Duties Unpaid. Parcel Monkey said that they had no control over what other countries charge for customs duties and that the recipient would have to pay the charge. However, on there website, it says that if there is a problem, they would contact the courier DPD. They did not do that. I am very disappointed with Parcel Monkey and DPD and would not recommend using them.

Process of booking was straightforward with exception to the customs form, all the links supplied to find the information required so got there in the end.
Parcel was picked up when they said and delivered safely to the recipient within days.

As Royal Mail were unable to export parcels I used Parcel Monkey it was more expensive but was a smooth experience through customs & reached the client in the time so worth the money
